Journal Psikoeduko is expected to be able to communicate, enrich theories, research, policies, and practices in the field of guidance and counseling. As a national journal, Psikoeduko provides a quality platform for writers throughout the Indonesian archipelago from a variety of cultural backgrounds who are still in one umbrella of guidance and counseling. Readers are expected from among students, educators, and others interdisciplinary in the national sphere. The published articles include comprehensive guidance and counseling studies, individual development in educational settings, measurement, and assessment in guidance and counseling, as well as technological innovations in guidance and counseling. This journal is expected to explain the implications of guidance and counseling in educational settings for practitioners, educators, researchers, and students. The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include: Theoretical articles Empirical studies Practice-oriented papers Case studies Review of papers, books, and resources. As far as the criteria for evaluating and accepting submissions is concerned, a rigorous review process will be used. Submitted papers will, prior to the formal review, be screened so as to ensure their suitability and adequacy to the journal. In addition, an initial quality control will be performed, so as to ensure matters such as language, style of references and others, comply with the journal´s style. 1. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and technology currently supports an increase in the number of social media users causing the emergence of cyberbullying as a new type of crime. Cyberbullying is a new type of bullying as a result of developments in information technology and technology whose acts of violence are carried out in the cyber world or the internet. Cyberbullying is often experienced by teenagers and most perpetrators of cyberbullying are generally teenagers their age. Victims who experience cyberbullying receive ridicule, insults, threats, or hacking. If this cyberbullying phenomenon is not addressed immediately, it will continue to erode the mental health of adolescents widely, so the attention of many parties is needed in overcoming this problem. Law in Indonesia through Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) has regulated the actions and behavior of cyberbullying. Using the literature review method through a review of various literature, this article describes a study of the concepts, characteristics, and aspects of cyberbullying and its influence on adolescent mental health, especially TikTok users. The conclusion of the study results provides recommendations for the importance of increasing information and communication technology literacy, especially in the use of social media to prevent and minimize the occurrence of cyberbullying.

Abstract

: Nowadays the issue of emotional intelligence is catching most of the attention in both academic and non-academic areas especially during covid19 pandemic. Researchers and parents are seeking a way to enhance adolescent’s emotional intelligence. Improve emotional intelligence is like a pathway to increase mental health and wellbeing. Environmental impulses such as communication with peers if in real life and in the case of online networking by the satisfying a sense of belonging are key factors to improve emotional intelligence. Today, the internet has become a vital factor in all aspects of people's lifestyle and networking has become more popular among adolescents to organize their contacts by giving and receiving feedback and enhance and facilitate community during covid19 lockdown. In this regard in this article is tried to focus more on the role of Facebook to enhance emotional wellbeing during Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Anxiety is a psychological disorder characterized by fear, concern about the future, prolonged worry, and nervousness. Anxiety is common for everyone, but it is called a psychological disorder when it prevents a person from living their daily life and carrying out productive activities. Anxiety disorders can occur in students in general Anxiety, academic Anxiety, and Social Anxiety. To deal with student anxiety disorders individually, counselors or supervising teachers can carry out individual counseling services. One technique of individual counseling services to deal with anxiety disorders is assertive training. Assertive training can help individuals who have difficulty expressing feelings be honest, transparent, and open but without harming, hurting, and offending other people so that they do not harbor their anxiety and can solve problems that cause anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social development of adolescents in an authoritarian parenting style. Several previous studies have found that adolescents in families with authoritarian parenting tend to have negative social behaviour. This study uses the literature study method by analyzing several previous studies. The research steps are as follows: 1) looking for the topic to be studied, 2) prioritizing the literature to be studied, 3) making an abstraction, and 4) using a literature guide with a review style. The study's results found that authoritarian parenting tends to harm social development. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and adolescent social development. Further research is recommended, especially for a student in boarding school who partially interacts with the parent.

Abstract

Marginalized people are typically at risk of undesirable outcomes and experiences. Youth, especially those who the deaf, face significant challenges in making the transition from school to career life. Vocational Training is organized by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to equip deaf youth with skills that suit their interests and talents. Empowerment can be understood as acknowledging or empowering oneself, gaining or regaining the power, energy, and imagination to structure one's situation. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study with as many as four deaf people as informants who have carried out a vocational training program located at Balai Melati. Methods of data collection in studies using depth interviews. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and member-checking methods. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques were interactive models consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study show that vocational training can be a means of empowerment for deaf individuals. There are barriers to female informants. Without proper support, deaf women cannot contribute effectively to their communities' societies and economies. Within the deaf community, parental hearing status plays an important role. Due to the negative stigma attached to deaf individuals, it is recommended that guidance and counseling services be provided in vocational training programs

Abstract

During adolescence, success in interacting with their social environment, especially with their peers, will greatly affect the process of their further psychological development. SMP Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung is one example of a school that has its own specialty, therefore, this research entitled "Friendship Relations Between Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung Students" to find out more about friendship relationships in girls' schools. In this research, the method that we use is to use a quantitative approach with a survey method, with a random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was developed based on the definition of operational variables which were then compiled into a grid to reveal friendship relationships, which was adapted from a previous research instrument by Hasilah Rachman in 2010. The results of this study indicate that friendship relationships at SMP Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung tend to be at a moderate level. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference to find out how the ability of relations in a school is.
