Learning is an important factor for students. The need to learn does not make students able to learn and understand the meaning of learning well. The academic flow could be a support in the learning process of students and students are able to study seriously and live the learning process. Based on the search for various sources, it is known that the aspects of flow consist of absorption by activity and fluency of performance. The results of this study could be used as a reference for students and educators to increase learning success and education quality

Strength of hope defineted as a positive motivational state that obtained from an interactive derived sense of successful agency (goal-directed energy), and pathways (planning to meet goals). The study used a qualitative aproach with narrative methods and One Project before-and-after design. The result of the research finds that strength based skill training can result in increased strength of hope from students through the characteristics of high agency and pathway thinking in participants. In general, strength of hope in student has greater aspect on agency or the motivation to achieve happiness in family and social support.

Makna dan fungsi simbolik dari Ritual Nape yang dijadikan sebagai sajian makanan tradisional dalam tradisi selametan masyarakat desa Purwadadi, kecamatan Lebak Wangi Serang, Banten. Pelaksanaan Ritual Nape yang memiliki banyak mitos. Dan juga bagaimana makanan ini menjadi komponen penting dalam tradisi selametan. Ritual Nape adalah budaya membuat makanan tradisional secara bersama-sama. Sehingga budaya ini memiliki berbagai nilai yaitu nilai religi dan nilai sosial. Nilai religi yang digambarkan diambil dari fungsi nape sebagai suatu sedekah dari pemilik hajat yang dipercaya sebagai suatu bentuk ibadah. Dan nilai sosial tergambar dalam bentuk solidaritas sosial yang terus dibangun dan dijaga persaudaraannya dalam sistem kebersamaan. Dari semua fungsi dan makna ritual nape memberikan karakteristik sendiri terhadap masyarakat Purwadadi yang masih memegang kuat warisan leluruh secara turun menurun. Hal ini berdampak sangat baik terhadap eksistensi makanan tradisional di Banten sehingga dapat menjadi warisan budaya.

Berbagai tuntutan akademik seperti kurikulum, tugas, dan non akademik menjadi tekanan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa tak jarang mahasiswa mengalami stress ekstrim dan kecemasan berlebih yang mengarah pada academic burnout. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil academic burnout pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan berdasarkan aspek academic burnout (exhaustion, cynicism, professional efficacy), jenis kelamin, dan angkatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive cross-sectional study dengan Teknik survey dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel mahasiswa sebanyak 105 mahasiswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey (MBI-SS) yang terdiri dari 15 pernyataan. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data 73,3% (77 mahasiswa) cenderung mengalami academic burnout tingkat sedang. Berdasarkan aspek academic burnout mahasiswa BK UPI cenderung tinggi pada aspek exhaustion dan cynicism. Lalu cenderung rendah pada aspek professional efficacy. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini diantaranya dalam pencarian responden dan persebaran data yang kurang merata. Kata kunci: academic burnout, mahasiswa, mahasiswa BK UPI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan eksplorasi karier siswa Madrasah Aliyah di tingkat X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan skala likert mengenai kemampuan eksplorasi karier. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan dengan RASCH Model menggunakan aplikasi Winstep. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 205 siswa kelas X dari populasi 300 siswa di salah satu Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 184 siswa berada pada kategori cukup mampu dan 21 siswa berada pada kategori mampu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas X cukup mampu dalam melakukan eksplorasi karier. Kata kunci: eksplorasi karier, bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan karier

Salah satu tugas perkembangan remaja ialah memilih dan mempersiapkan karir. Remaja yang dapat mempersiapkan diri terhadap karirnya dapat lebih mudah dalam menjalani peran-peran selanjutnya. Namun, kebingungan dan ketidaksiapan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terhadap karirnya masih kerap terjadi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka yang dirilis oleh Badan Pusat Statistik, lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menempati jumlah pengangguran tertinggi dibandingkan jenjang pendidikan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan kematangan karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) serta implentasi bagi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka yaitu ringkasan tertulis dari berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, dan dokumen yang menggambarkan informasi dari suatu topik studi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat beberapa problematika kematangan karir yang dialami peserta didik SMK, yaitu (1) pengetahuan yang kurang; (2) pengaruh keadaan sosial; (3) memilih sekolah tidak berdasarkan minat, bakat dan potensi pribadi; (4) kurangnya eksplorasi; (5) ragu dalam mengambil keputusan; (6) kesenjangan kompetensi sekolah dan dunia industri; (7) mutu sekolah relatif rendah; dan (8) keterbatasan guru produktif. Adapun beberapa strategi atau teknik dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir, yaitu (1) layanan informasi karir; (2) media interaktif karir; (3) teknik modeling; (4) teknik diskusi kelompok; dan (5) modul bimbingan karir.

The rapid development of information technology and technology currently supports an increase in the number of social media users causing the emergence of cyberbullying as a new type of crime. Cyberbullying is a new type of bullying as a result of developments in information technology and technology whose acts of violence are carried out in the cyber world or the internet. Cyberbullying is often experienced by teenagers and most perpetrators of cyberbullying are generally teenagers their age. Victims who experience cyberbullying receive ridicule, insults, threats, or hacking. If this cyberbullying phenomenon is not addressed immediately, it will continue to erode the mental health of adolescents widely, so the attention of many parties is needed in overcoming this problem. Law in Indonesia through Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) has regulated the actions and behavior of cyberbullying. Using the literature review method through a review of various literature, this article describes a study of the concepts, characteristics, and aspects of cyberbullying and its influence on adolescent mental health, especially TikTok users. The conclusion of the study results provides recommendations for the importance of increasing information and communication technology literacy, especially in the use of social media to prevent and minimize the occurrence of cyberbullying.

The study of resilience is a study of how individuals who live with high risk adapt and thrive. Resilience is closely related to risk, because the higher the risk faced by individuals, the higher the needs for resilience. Efforts to develop resilience need to be carried out since elementary school, with the role of class teachers who integrate Guidance and Counseling (BK) services into the learning process. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of a cognitive-behavioral play guidance model based on “andai-andai” integrated with Islamic values to develop the resilience of elementary school students. The method used is collaborative action research, involving collaboration between researchers and teachers in the learning process of grade V in PPKN subjects which are adjusted to the Operational Guidelines for BK Implementation (POP BK). The learning process uses the “andai-andai” strategy, which is one of the local wisdoms from South Sumatra in the form of stories told orally. The research was conducted in two cycles: the first cycle was training for classroom teachers, and the second cycle was the implementation of play guidance to students. The stages of play guidance include Introductory, Assessment, Middle Stage, and Summary and Evaluation. The results showed that the integration of Islamic values in the play guidance model provided a strong moral and spiritual foundation for students, as well as preserving local wisdom. This model is proven to be effective in increasing students' resilience through the use of interesting game strategies that are relevant to the characteristics of children

The phenomenon of subjective well-being among vocational high school students has garnered considerable attention, particularly in light of the high levels of anxiety many students face due to academic and social pressures. This study aims to delineate the profile of subjective well-being among students at SMK Provita Bandung and to identify differences in subjective well-being based on demographic characteristics. Employing a comparative study method, the research involved a sample of 157 students selected through stratified random sampling. Data on subjective well-being were collected using an inventory developed by the researcher, grounded in Ed Diener's theory, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques (ANOVA). The findings reveal that students' subjective well-being levels are categorized as moderate across the dimensions of pleasant experiences, unpleasant experiences, and life satisfaction. No significant differences were observed in subjective well-being concerning grade level, gender, age, or ethnicity. However, noteworthy differences were found based on characteristics of social contact. These results underscore the necessity for programs to enhance students' social interactions and cultivate an environment conducive to fostering connections, ultimately improving their subjective well-being.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya sikap academic hardiness di kalangan siswa, terutama dalam menghadapi tuntutan kehidupan akademik di era globalisasi. academic hardiness merujuk pada kemampuan siswa untuk tetap kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercise dalam meningkatkan academic hardiness pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 12 Bandung untuk Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-eksperimen dan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest nonequivalent groups design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam tingkat academic hardiness antara pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen, dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 42% yang tergolong kurang efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan teknik bimbingan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan academic hardiness siswa dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan teori academic hardiness di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari pendidikan dasar hingga pendidikan tinggi. Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, group exercise, academic hardiness.
