Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience on Loyalty, with Satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar. Based on the Social Exchange Theory, business correlations were built on mutually beneficial exchanges, where customers remained loyal if the perceived benefits exceeded the costs incurred. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used as a quantitative method to investigate the relationships between the variables. Business partners were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data, including wholesalers, retailers, and kiosks. The outcomes indicated that CRM had a positive and significant impact on loyalty, both directly and through satisfaction as a mediator. Conversely, Customer Experience did not significantly influence loyalty, although it positively affected satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction partially mediated the correlation between CRM and loyalty but did not significantly mediate the correlation between Customer Experience and loyalty. These findings confirmed that CRM played a more dominant role in fostering loyalty than Customer Experience. PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar was recommended to enhance personalized CRM strategies and strengthen communication to improve customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the optimal portfolio of Jakarta Islamic Index within December 2016 to November 2019 period. The research samples that were being used in this study were the stocks that are consistently included in JII during the study period. This research is a descriptive study using the Single Index Model. Of the nineteen JII sample stocks, an optimal portfolio was formed with nine stocks as constituents, namely: ASII (6.12%), ASRI (2.37%), ICBP (24.60%), INCO (5.09%), INTP (11.45%), KLBF (2.03%), SMGR (16.91%), UNTR (19.58%) and UNVR (11.83%). The conclusion of this research is that the optimal portfolio expected return of JII shares is 1.1180% and 1.11%. The risk of the formed portfolio was up to 6.89%. The optimal portfolio can be said to be suitable for investment because the expected return of both of them is greater than the expected market return (JII) which during the study period was 0.00104, or 1.04%.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the learning environment and motivation on student achievement, with productivity as an intervening variable. Using PLS-SEM for data analysis, the study surveyed 159 active students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) and STIB Kumala Nusa, employing convenience sampling. The findings indicate that the learning environment and motivation significantly influence learning productivity. However, while the learning environment directly affects student achievement, motivation does not. Additionally, learning productivity does not mediate the effects of either the learning environment or motivation on achievement. These findings show that a supportive learning environment helps improve both learning productivity and achievement. Meanwhile, motivation enhances productivity but does not contribute to learning achievement.

Abstract

Ethical standards, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance create a comprehensive framework for high-quality financial reporting. They work synergistically to promote accuracy, transparency, and reliability in financial statements, thereby supporting the credibility of financial information and maintaining stakeholder confidence. The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the impact of ethical standards, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance on financial reporting quality and to identify best practices for integrating these factors. This study employs a qualitative research approach to explore the role of ethical standards, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance in financial reporting quality. This study underscores the significant role that ethical standards, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance play in ensuring high-quality financial reporting. Ethical standards provide the foundation for integrity and transparency in financial reporting, while professional judgment enables accountants to apply these standards effectively in complex scenarios. Regulatory compliance further ensures that financial reporting practices align with established guidelines and laws, promoting consistency and reliability. The interplay between these elements creates a robust framework for enhancing the credibility and accuracy of financial statements.

Abstract

This research examines the application of contemporary Nusantara batik motifs to women's swimwear using digital printing techniques, with a specific focus on measuring product dimensions, design elements, and design principles. The study employed a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys with expert panel assessments. Data were collected from five design and textile experts and 100 female respondents aged 18-25 years through validated instruments measuring three key variables: product dimensions (functionality, aesthetics, comfort), design elements (form, color, texture), and design principles (balance, harmony, proportion). Statistical analysis using PLS-SEM revealed that both product dimensions (β=0.482, t=7.171, p<0.001) and design elements (β=0.424, t=6.327, p<0.001) significantly influence the acceptance of design principles in batik-inspired swimwear. The highest consumer acceptance was for the "appearance of batik motifs on swimwear" (mean 4.27) and "harmony of batik colors in swimwear" (mean 4.22). These findings demonstrate that traditional Indonesian motifs can be successfully adapted to contemporary functional garments while preserving cultural significance. This research contributes to the growing field of culturally-inspired fashion innovation by providing a methodological framework for evaluating the integration of traditional motifs in modern applications and offers practical insights for designers and manufacturers seeking to develop culturally distinctive products for younger consumers.
