Abstract

This study analyzes the condition of stress and anxiety in late adulthood in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic based on demographics. The research used quantitative methods with an online survey by survey monkey program involved 669 respondents based on twelve ethnicities in Indonesia. The data of this research analysis by the Rasch analysis model. The results showed generally experienced stress and anxiety in the moderate category although some respondents also experienced stress and anxiety in mild and severe categories, and only a small proportion was in the normal category. The need for continued treatment requires counselors, psychologists, and other relevant therapists.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the psychological well-being of adolescents who live with the parents of victims of domestic violence in terms of the demographic aspects of the respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique using certain criteria. The number of samples is 42 people (23 women and 19 men). Each sample has different demographic characteristics. The instrument used was the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS) on the Indonesian Version. Data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) with descriptive techniques. The research results found that: 1) the psychological well-being score of male adolescents was lower than the psychological well-being score of female adolescents; 2) the psychological well-being scores of the Minang ethnic adolescents were higher than the psychological well-being scores of adolescents from other tribes; and 3) the psychological well-being score of adolescents with the educational background of S1 parents is higher than adolescents with other educational backgrounds.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone pada era digital saat ini sudah menjadi kebiasaan karena seluruh aktivitas di masyarakat sudah terintegrasi dengan aplikasi pada smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan nomophobia mahasiswa ditinjau dari gender, akses internet per-hari, dan jumlah media sosial (sosmed) di Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang, yang diperoleh melalui cluster random sampling.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah 236 mahasiswa (43 laki-laki dan 193 perempuan). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Welch test pada model rasch dengan bantuan WINSTEPS Version 3.73. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan nomophobia antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan, serta mahasiswa yang menggunakan media dengan jumlah banyak sangat membutuhkan akses internet yang banyak juga (> 8 jam) atau adanya hubungan positif antara akses internet perhari dengan jumlah media yang dimiliki. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa baik individu berjenis kelamin perempuan atau laki-laki memiliki akses internet dan media sosial yang banyak , sehingga hal demikian meningkatkan kecenderungan individu memiliki perilaku nomophobia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find a general description of savoring and adversity intelligence in students and to find a correlation between them. Savoring students explain strategies to increase positive experiences in their lives and overcome negative experiences to become positive by appreciating their experiences. This is illustrated by evaluating aspects of anticipating the future, enjoying present experiences, reminiscing about positive experiences in the past. Literature review revealed that the factor of being unable to be grateful and adversity intelligence has an influence on savoring. Adversity intelligence is defined as an individual's ability to face problems and continue to struggle when experiencing difficulties in his life by controlling problems, understanding problems, limiting problems to aspects of life, and considering the problems at hand to be temporary. So that savoring can increase adversity intelligence in addition to increasing happiness in a person. Because with the savoring in a person, the adversity intelligence will increase. The study used a correlational research design with a sample size of 180 students. Data were collected using simple random sampling technique. Instrument using Savoring Beliefs Inventory (SBI) and Adversity Intelligence Scale. The data analysis technique used the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation method to determine the relationship between savoring and adversity intelligence among students. The relationship between savoring and adversity intelligence was found to be positively correlated. All dimensions of savoring and adversity intelligence were found to be positively correlated. Based on the research results, the more students have high savoring, the higher their adversity intelligence.

Abstract

Pengukuran Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG) adalah metode untuk mempelajari gambaran aktivitas listrik yang terekam di otak secara objektif. Berdasarkan beberapa riset terkait QEEG, gaya belajar ditunjukkan oleh adanya dominansi belahan/bagian otak tertentu yang akan mempengaruhi proses belajar. Guna meningkatkan ketercapaian intervensi EIBI, disusunlah suatu buku sebagai referensi guru dalam melakukan asesmen gaya belajar anak GSA yang mengadopsi pendekatan hasil pengukuran QEEG. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur kesesuaian komponen buku berdasarkan hasil validasi dari tenaga ahli. Komponen validasi buku pedoman ini, meliputi isi, konstruk dan bahasa (keterbacaan) dengan melibatkan tenaga ahli (validator) sebanyak 11 orang Kepala sekolah dan Guru SekolahLuar Biasa melalui proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Skala validitas yang digunakan ialah skala likert 5 poin. Poin 5 untuk indikator sangat tepat dan poin 1 untuk indikator sangat tidak tepat. Hasil analisis padaPercentage of Agreement (R) dan Cronbach's Alphauntuk validasi isi, yakni 4,13±0,28 (sangat valid), R=77% dan α = 0,940 (Excellent Reliability). Pada komponen validasi konstruk menunjukkan rerata 4.20 (sangat valid), R=75% dan α = 0,896 (Good Reliability). Lalu, pada validasi bahasa diperoleh 4,23±0,13 (sangat valid), R=75% dan α = 0,967 (Excellent Reliability). Jadi, disimpulkan bahwa buku sangat valid dan dapat diimplementasikan sebagai bahanreferensi asesmen gaya belajar GSA.

Abstract

The purpose to be achieved in this study is that students could have the ability to analyze and gather to descriptive text through the application of the listening team strategy, especially 2nd semester students in class A majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature Education in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method according to its type. The subject of this research is the ability to listen to descriptive texts of 2nd semester students in the 2019/2020 academic year majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The source of data is class A 2nd semester students totaling 32 people and lecturers of Listening Skills courses. To collect data, the technique used is a combined triangulation of observation and tests. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the facts obtained in the learning process and then constructed according to its type. The process goes through several stages starting with orienting the learning process, all data is described, the next stage is reduction or focus on the problems that arise during learning then selected according to the type, the last stage is analyzed. The results of the study state that the learning teams learning strategy has had a positive impact on student responsibility and activity in analyzing the description text that has been listened to during learning. Of the thirty-two students participating in the learning, 25 students have carried out their responsibilities 'well', 5 people are classified as quite good, and 2 people are 'not good'. The test results showed that 27 students answered correctly and 5 students still needed further guidance. The application of the learning teams strategy can improve the ability to analyze descriptive texts from listening to second semester students of the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education FBS Unima because the achievement is maximum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the judges' considerations in Decision No.205/G/TF/2021/PTUN-JKT related to the actions of the DKI Provincial Government Jakarta to implement the Jakarta Flood Control Program, which was sued by a citizen residing in South Jakarta. The Law on Government Administration provides an understanding of the actions of state officials or organizers to do and or not to take concrete actions in the context of administering the Government. In the Decision, the judge stated that there were no unlawful acts (PMH) by the authorities (onrechtmatige overheidsdaad). Still, in his judgment, the judge did not discuss the PMH argument by the rules (onrechtmatige overheidsdaad, which became petite.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the most important elements that the company continues to run. Although this is not directly related to the company's finances or income, it can indirectly affect the company's performance. The competitive advantage of the company to survive and compete with other companies is of course very dependent on human resources who have good capacity and quality, based on this, the object and purpose of this study is the Influence of Incentives and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty "Tubagus Car Spa" West Java, the results of his research, Obtained for the variable Intensive value t count 8,871 greater than t table which is 5,781 significant. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.222. the value of t count = 7.780 is greater than the t-table which is 5.594, a significance. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.170.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease that can easily spread and infect anyone, including medical personnel. Handling COVID by health workers such as doctors, is faced with a dilemma because the disease itself is easy to transmit to other people. Doctors are a profession that is at the forefront of dealing directly with Covid-19. In conditions like this, doctors sometimes become victims/died in order to protect the public from the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is normative juridical with the main sources of legal material being the Civil Code and the Criminal Code and Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health. Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Article 83 paragraph 2 states that the government guarantees legal protection for everyone according to their abilities. The importance of fulfilling the rights of doctors to be able to work accsording to medical standards. In the critical condition of the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today, the availability of PPE for doctors is one of the essential elements that must be met for doctors to fulfill the element of safety for doctors. In civil law, the doctor-patient relationship states that doctors in carrying out medical practice have the right to obtain complete, honest and clear information from patients or their families. health, then this can lead to criminal acts that are included in acts of persecution or crimes that endanger public safety for people.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN dalam sengketa Perangkat Desa di Kab.Lombok Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Jenis penelitian ini, digunakan dalam rangka mengakomodir aspek dogmatik hukum dan kenyataan hukum yang keduanya dibutuhkan di dalam mengukur dan menganalisis permasalahan yang diangkat. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Hakekat Eksekusi Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Yang Telah Memeperoleh Kekuatan Hukum Tetap adalah  Dalam hal amar atau diktum putusan lembaga peradilan telah dilakukan eksekusi, dilihat dari aspek teori norma merupakan pelaksanaan dari norma kongkrit yang diciptakan oleh lembaga peradilan terhadap suatu kasus dengan obyek  tertentu dan subyek tertentu khususnya pihak-pihak yang bersengketa dan Hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN Dalam Sengketa Perangkat Desa Di Desa Pringgabaya Kab.Lombok Timur yaitu Amar putusan, Hambatan eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN adalah Kepala Daerah  yang kedudukannya sebagai Pejabat Politik, Hambatan  eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN yang  digugat  adalah  pejabat  yang  menerima  kewenangan  delegasi semu, Hambatan tentang pemahaman pejabat TUN terhadap teori Negara hukum dan AAUPB, Hambatan Tekhnis, Hambatan yuridis, Hambatan terkait dengan asas-asas hukum, Hambatan dari segi keterbatasan kewenangan hakim, Hambatan akibat perubahan system otonomi daerah dan Hambatan akibat ketidak-patuhan pejabat TUN dalam hal ini Bupati Lombok Timur atau Kepala Desa Pringgabaya.
