Abstract

This study aims to observe the role of the Regional Leadership of the Ansor Youth Movement (PW GP Ansor) in Lampung in educating the younger generation, particularly in shaping character, leadership, and social engagement. Through direct observation and interviews with the chairman of PW GP Ansor Lampung, it was found that the organization actively fosters youth development through regular cadre training, leadership programs, religious-social activities, and creative economic empowerment initiatives. Despite facing challenges, especially in funding, PW GP Ansor Lampung strives to overcome them by establishing business units and collective livestock farms. The findings show that the organization plays a crucial role in instilling nationalism, religious values, and enhancing the social skills of youth in Lampung Province, thus creating innovative and transformative agents of change for society.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to the business world, particularly in the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer big data. Amid efforts to maximize the strategic value of big data, major ethical challenges have emerged, especially concerning privacy and corporate social responsibility. This article is a literature study that aims to examine how ethics are integrated into the management of customer big data in the business sector. Using a qualitative approach based on a literature review of various journals and scientific publications from the past ten years, the study finds that ethical integration in big data management remains a developing and complex issue. Most companies still lack strong ethical guidelines in handling consumer data, which poses risks to individual privacy and potential social harm. This article suggests that businesses should establish data governance rooted in ethical principles, including transparency, accountability, and the protection of customers’ digital rights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the elements of self-defense as regulated under Article 49 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP), and to evaluate the urgency of its reaffirmation in the Draft Penal Code (RKUHP). The research uses a normative and empirical juridical approach, employing literature review, court decision analysis, and interviews with legal practitioners such as defense attorneys who have handled self-defense cases, including Mr. Sukarmin, S.H. as data collection methods. Analysis of three court rulings from 2020 to 2024 reveals inconsistencies in the application of Article 49 due to the lack of clear evidentiary standards and differing judicial interpretations of proportionality in defensive actions. Furthermore, limited understanding of the defendant’s psychological state has exacerbated legal uncertainty. The current RKUHP is considered insufficiently progressive, as it largely replicates the wording of the old article without substantial improvement. From the perspective of legal practitioners, such as Mr. Sukarmin, S.H., self-defense is a legitimate right as long as it is performed in an emergency situation, without malicious intent, and does not exceed reasonable limits. He emphasized the importance of evidence and defense strategy in criminal trials, particularly the need for the accused to demonstrate that they were in a position of disadvantage—physically, numerically, or in terms of weaponry—compared to the attacker. Therefore, reaffirming the legal elements of self-defense is urgently needed to ensure legal certainty and protect citizens’ constitutional rights when facing threats. A more contextual reformulation, including recognition of noodweer excess, should be integrated into Indonesia’s criminal law reform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan media video tutorial dalam pembelajaran praktik pangkas rambut lanjutan melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan peserta didik vokasional untuk menguasai keterampilan teknis secara efektif dan efisien. Keterbatasan metode konvensional mendorong pemanfaatan media visual seperti video tutorial yang memungkinkan pembelajaran mandiri, fleksibel, dan berulang. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Scholar dan Publish or Perish dengan kriteria inklusi seperti rentang waktu 2019–2024, konteks pendidikan vokasional, serta fokus pada praktik pangkas rambut. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa media video tutorial berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, pemahaman konsep, dan keterampilan psikomotorik peserta didik. Faktor-faktor penentu efektivitas meliputi kualitas penyajian video, sudut kamera, durasi, serta integrasi dengan strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif seperti diskusi dan praktik langsung. Video tutorial juga memberikan akses fleksibel melalui platform digital seperti YouTube dan aplikasi Android. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa video tutorial bukan sekadar alat bantu, tetapi merupakan pendekatan pedagogis yang strategis dalam pendidikan vokasional, khususnya praktik pangkas rambut lanjutan. Implikasi dari temuan ini merekomendasikan integrasi media video dalam kurikulum sebagai strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kombinasi teknik make up cut crease dan gaya rambut panjang dalam konteks industri fashion dan kecantikan kontemporer. Melalui metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap 35 publikasi terpilih (2016-2025), penelitian mengungkap transformasi makna dari praktik kecantikan ini dari akar subkulturalnya menuju arus utama. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa cut crease yang berasal dari komunitas drag dan teatrikal telah melalui proses komodifikasi tiga tahap, sementara rambut panjang mengalami reinterpretasi makna yang melampaui konstruksi gender tradisional. Analisis mengidentifikasi paradoks dalam industri kecantikan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis yang menggambarkan dinamika transformasi praktik kecantikan dari komunitas marjinal ke arus utama. Hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang performativitas gender, apropriasi budaya, dan ekonomi politik industri kecantikan dalam era digital. Implikasi penelitian mencakup rekomendasi bagi praktisi kecantikan, desainer fashion, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih etis dan inklusif terhadap tren kecantikan kontemporer.Kata Kunci: cut crease, rambut panjang, industri kecantikan

Abstract

AMPG, as the youth wing of the Golkar Party, plays a vital role in youth development by providing political education, leadership training, and social programs that engage young people in local political dynamics. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Young Generation of the Golkar Party (AMPG) in building political awareness among the youth in Lampung Province. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, conducted through interviews with AMPG leaders to explore their role in fostering political awareness among young people. The findings indicate that AMPG has successfully addressed the challenge of low youth interest in political issues by utilizing social media, organizing leadership training, and introducing entrepreneurship programs. AMPG is also actively involved in youth character-building activities. Its contribution to developing political awareness among the younger generation is significant in shaping future leaders with integrity and active engagement in the political process..

Abstract

Akad murabahah digunakan dalam pembiayaan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) sebagai alternatif dari sistem konvensional, di mana bank syariah membeli terlebih dahulu rumah yang diinginkan oleh nasabah, kemudian menjualnya kembali kepada nasabah dengan harga yang telah disepakati dan margin keuntungan tetap. Dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat beberapa tahapan penting, yaitu akad wakalah yang memberikan kuasa kepada nasabah untuk membeli rumah atas nama bank, diikuti oleh akad murabahah antara bank dan nasabah setelah dokumen kepemilikan rumah diserahkan kepada bank. Notaris berperan penting dalam proses legalitas dan penandatanganan akad tersebut. Namun demikian, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan sejumlah permasalahan, seperti nasabah yang tercatat buruk dalam sistem informasi debitur, pembatalan sepihak dari pihak nasabah, atau ketidaksesuaian antara pendapatan dan nilai angsuran. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, bank syariah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudential principle), tidak memberikan sanksi berupa denda, tetapi lebih mengutamakan pendekatan solutif melalui mekanisme restrukturisasi atau kerja sama lelang sukarela apabila terjadi wanprestasi.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and digital business landscape, the ability to convey messages effectively has become a crucial aspect of marketing strategy. This study discusses the importance of integrating business writing and marketing skills as a means to enhance communication effectiveness in modern marketing practices. Clear, concise, and persuasive business writing strengthens brand messaging and builds corporate credibility. Meanwhile, marketing skills play a role in understanding the market, crafting targeted strategies, and tailoring messages to consumer needs. Using a literature review method, this research analyzes relevant sources to identify the relationship between these two skill sets and their impact on marketing communication effectiveness. The findings indicate that the synergy between effective business writing and adaptive marketing skills can enhance message appeal, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of marketing strategies.

Abstract

. In the digital era, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education continues to expand, including its application in providing automated feedback to students. This study aims to systematically review the literature that examines the impact of AI-based feedback on the development of critical thinking skills among junior high school students. Using a narrative literature review approach, this paper analyzes relevant studies to identify patterns, key findings, and challenges in implementing AI in learning environments. The findings indicate that AI-based feedback has the potential to enhance students' critical thinking skills through timely, specific, and adaptive responses. However, challenges such as students’ dependency on technology and limited reflective engagement remain significant concerns. The teacher’s role remains essential in facilitating deep thinking processes and preventing passive use of AI. This review offers both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of technology-assisted learning that supports critical thinking skills at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This research discusses finance technology, which is the use of technology to provide better services in finance or banking. This service will certainly facilitate consumers, so that it will grow, and eventually produce a separate industry whose products work with commodities of various conventional financial institutions. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, with a normative legal research approach, namely a statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach. The aim is to ensure that there are regulations related to Fintech-based financial institutions that are protected by law, both in terms of Positive Law and guidelines for legal provisions that lead to halal either in terms of sharia or Islamic law.
