Abstract

The reasons for divorce can be based on several factors, including economic, physical violence, or one party has a physical disability or illness with the result that they can no longer fulfill their obligations. Like the case of the Bandung Religious Court Decision Number 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg, in this decision a person filed for divorce who tested positive for mental disorders, namely Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorder. The problems that will be studied: first, regarding the judge's consideration of the Bandung Religious Court Decision Number 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg regarding mental disorders as one of the reasons for divorce?, second, analyzing Maqosid Usro in Case Number 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg regarding mental disorders as one of the reasons for divorce?. This research is included in Normative Law research and is a library research. Primary data and secondary data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, by reviewing the Compilation of Islamic Law on filing for divorce on the grounds of mental disorders and then analyzing it using Maqashid Usroh. This study produced two findings: first, the judge's basis in deciding case Number 78 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PA.Bdg concerning mental disorders was in accordance with the trial process, the use of formal and material law. Second, according to the analysis of Maqosid Usro, divorce on the grounds of mental disorders can be justified to maintain the scope of the individual and the scope of the family. Keywords: Divorce, Judge's Decision, Maqashid Jamaluddin 'Athiyyah.   Abstrak. Alasan terjadinya perceraian dapat didasari oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya ekonomi, kekerasan fisik, ataupun salah satu pihak mendapat cacat badan atau penyakit dengan akibat sudah tidak bisa memenuhi kewajibannya. Seperti kasus Putusan Pengadilan Agama Bandung Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg, dalam putusan ini seorang mengajukan cerai talak yang positif mengalami gangguan mental yakni Bipolar dan Bordline Personality Disoder. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji: pertama, mengenai pertimbangan hakim atas Putusan Pengadilan Agama Bandung Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg tentang ganguan mental sebagai salah satu alasan perceraian?, kedua, menganalisis Maqosid Usro dalam Perkara Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg tentang ganguan mental sebagai salah satu alasan cerai talak?. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Hukum Normatif dan bersifat studi kepustakaan (library research). Data primer dan data sekunder dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan cara mengkaji Kompilasi Hukum Islam tentang pengajuan perceraian dengan alasan ganguan mental kemudian dianalisa mengunakan Maqashid Usroh. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan dua temuan : pertama, landasan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara  Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdg tentang ganguan mental  telah sesuai dalam proses persidangan, pengunaan hukum formil dan mateeril. Kedua, menurut analisis Maqosid Usro perceraian dengan alasan ganguan mental dapat dibenarkan untuk menjaga lingkup individu dan lingkup keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality and durability of local Indonesian makeup brands in the context of international bridal makeup. The research method used is a literature review, collecting and analyzing various related publications regarding local makeup products, especially concerning product durability and quality under extreme conditions. The findings indicate that local Indonesian makeup products, such as Wardah, Make Over, Emina, and others, have shown competitive quality and can withstand extreme conditions, although challenges remain, such as consistency between batches and performance outdoors. Despite these challenges, the use of local products in international bridal makeup is increasingly accepted due to continuous innovations.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan salah satu permasalahan krusial yang telah lama mengakar di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Praktik korupsi tidak hanya merugikan negara secara finansial, tetapi juga berdampak luas terhadap perekonomian dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara menyeluruh bagaimana korupsi mempengaruhi stabilitas ekonomi serta nilai-nilai sosial di masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literataur dan analisis data sekunder dari laporan lembaga antikorupsi serta publikasi ilmiah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa korupsi menimbulkan inefisiensi ekonomi, menghambat investasi, meningkatkan ketimpangan sosial, serta merusak kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi negara. Upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi harus dilakukan secara sistematis, berkelanjutan, dan melibatkan seluruh elemen masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the optimization of business legality development and social media branding in Wonokusumo Village. This type of research uses a qualitative method, which combines interviews, observation, and documentation of Wonokusumo Village MSMEs. The results showed that business legality and social media branding are still not optimal among Wonokusumo MSMEs. The results of this study reveal that there are still many MSMEs that do not know the purpose, objectives and benefits of business legality. They tend to put aside business licensing matters and prefer to focus on the sales results of their business alone. Likewise, with the understanding and use of social media branding, many of the business actors still do not use social media branding due to limited quality of human resources.

Abstract

This research discusses in depth the views and experiences of an advocate named Mr. Panca Andrian Pikter, regarding the implementation of legal aid in Indonesia, including structural limitations and implementation constraints that occur in the field. Some of the main obstacles found include budget limitations, lack of competent human resources, and low legal literacy in the community. In addition, the role of advocates in assisting justice seekers is important in filling the gap between the legal needs of the community and the capacity of legal service providers. This research also evaluates the effectiveness of Law No. 16/2011 on Legal Aid, as well as the utilization of digital technology in expanding the reach and efficiency of legal aid services.

Abstract

The family is the first and foremost environment in shaping a child's personality. When the family structure is disrupted due to divorce or severe conflict between parents, the child is the most psychologically affected. This case study highlights the story of a family with two children who experienced family dysfunction (broken home) due to passive and violent behavior from the father figure, and its impact on the psychology of the children. The findings show that this condition has a significant impact on mental health, social behavior, and the tendency of children to commit crimes as a form of escape from emotional stress.

Abstract

This study highlights the strategic role of teachers in integrating anti-corruption values into the world of education. Teachers not only function as transmitters of teaching materials, but also as agents of character formation who instill the values of honesty, responsibility, and integrity. Through a curriculum integrated with anti-corruption values, inspiring learning methods, and a conducive learning environment, teachers have an important role in fostering anti-corruption awareness from an early age. Teachers' exemplary behavior in everyday life and involvement in non-formal activities also strengthen the formation of students' character. Collaboration between schools, families, and communities is a supporting factor in creating a young generation with high integrity. Thus, teachers are at the forefront of efforts to build a nation free from corruption.

Abstract

Corruption is a significant obstacle to the progress of countries, especially in Indonesia, and has infiltrated almost every aspect of government affairs. This section explains how teaching children about honesty and fairness from a young age helps them avoid corruption. Using qualitative methods through interviews and records, this study seeks to understand how virtues such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, perseverance, and other ethical principles can be cultivated in education. Anti-corruption education teaches students about integrity and ethics. This section also points out some of the barriers to anti-corruption instruction, including narrow syllabi, little public awareness, and a permissive bribery environment. Therefore, a concerted and comprehensive effort is needed among educational institutions, family units, and government agencies to build an educational framework that serves as a strong foundation for eliminating corruption from the youth.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, konsep kecantikan dan makeup ideal sering mengalami perubahan yang dipengaruhi oleh tren terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas makeup pengantin internasional serta mengidentifikasi karakteristik make up Korean look, dan mengeksplorasi kecocokan Korean makeup look untuk diadaptasikan ke dalam make up pengantin internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka yang melibatkan tiga langkah utama: pengumpulan data, evaluasi data dan teori, serta analisis hasil publikasi seperti buku dan artikel penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi Korean makeup look sangat sesuai untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam tata rias pengantin internasional. Gaya ini menekankan kesan alami dan elegan, dengan fokus pada kulit bercahaya dan sehat, serta penggunaan warna-warna pastel dan teknik seperti ombre lips serta glass skin. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesamaan dalam ciri khas dan teknik aplikasi, seperti penggunaan foundation ringan dan warna yang soft, membuat Korean makeup look dapat diadaptasikan dengan baik untuk menciptakan tampilan pengantin yang autentik dan alami. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has an important role in distinguishing the traits and characteristics of the younger generation. However, the rapid advancement of information technology, especially among Generation Z, requires more innovative and relevant teaching strategies. The purpose of this article is to create an effective digital literacy-based educational worldview for Generation Z in PAI. Through simulation and visualization, technology enables the development of more keys in educational materials and helps students understand Islamic concepts. In education, personalization allows educational modules and teaching strategies to be tailored to students' needs, which can increase their motivation and learning outcomes. This phenomenon is very similar to the development of Generation Z in the digital world.
