Abstract

Language variations are a form of the use of different languages based on speakers. Factors that influence speakers of the occurence of language variations can come from social status factors, individuals, culture,. This paper discusses the form of language variations inthe speech of a TikTok creator content. TikTok is a social media application that allows users to make and upload videos. TikTok Taufik Ragil’s creator content is one of the creator content originating from Madura. The use of the style language used by Taufik Ragil is his trademark, so that without seeing it and just hearing it of course for someone who often watching the content will find out. The data obtained uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data is taken from severalvideo content of Taufik Ragil and uses the Records of the Records. In this analysis it can be concluded that Taufik Ragil uses a form of language variation in terms of speakers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of code-mixing in HallosaEr's TikTok videos, a TikToker from Madura who combines Madurese and Indonesian languages in his content. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, the study reveals that HallosaEr employs code-mixing effectively and creatively in his TikTok videos. The use of code-mixing is not merely a random switch, but a planned and effective communication strategy to build familiarity with the audience, highlight Madurese cultural identity, adjust to conversation contexts, and enhance content appeal. Factors influencing code-mixing include Madurese cultural identity, desire for audience familiarity, social media trends, need to reach a broader audience, and adaptability to conversation contexts. This study demonstrates that HallosaEr's use of code-mixing on TikTok is an effective and creative communication strategy for building connections with the audience and creating engaging and memorable content.

Abstract

Al-Banjari is a type of Islamic musical art that combines the singing of sholawat or praises for the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the rebana and other traditional musical instruments. The language used by the Al-Banjari community is Indonesian and Arabic, but we often hear some people using regional languages, specifically Madurese, during events such as religious gatherings, weddings, and so on. The factors contributing to the phenomenon of decreasing use of the Madurese language among the younger generation are: 1) young people prefer to use Indonesian in daily conversations, 2) many Madurese families who work or migrate to other cities are starting to abandon the Madurese language, 3) parents no longer use the Madurese language when communicating with their children, 4) young people are more interested in foreign languages than their own regional language, 5) lack of knowledge and understanding about the Madurese language. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a sociolinguistic approach. this association plays a significant role in fostering a love for language identity among young people.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of vulgar language variation found in the dialogue of the film betting. Considering that this film is an action film that is popular with teenagers with stories about their lives, the language variation used is interesting to study. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained from dialogue between characters through the technique of free listening and conversation followed by the technique of taking notes. The results of the study showed 2 data forms of profanity, 9 data forms of curses, and 1 data form of obscenity. These findings indicate that vulgar language in the film betting is not only a form of individual expression, but also reflects complex and conflict-filled social dynamics.

Abstract

Language as a means of communication between humans is an object of discussion in linguistics, which is not a little influenced by the conditions and social developments of the community as its users. One of the phenomena that occurs is the occurrence of code mixing in a speech. This code mixing is caused by social conditions that do not only consist of one language, it is possible that each region has its own language. YouTube is one of the results of social development, where language can be found there. YouTube presents several types of content such as podcasts, or casual chats. One example is the famous YouTuber, Denny Sumargo who on one occasion invited Livy Renata as his guest star. From the podcast, several code mixing phenomena occurred, especially considering the background of their biodata as Indonesian citizens who both have Chinese blood, making it possible for both of them to not only master one language, so that in the podcast the code mixing phenomenon can be found.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the language variety in the Serat Penjajah poem using a sociolinguistic approach, in order to reveal the social, cultural, and ideological meanings contained therein. This poem contains a representation of the suffering of the common people due to oppression and injustice during the Dutch colonial period, which is represented through the use of various variations of the Javanese language, including the ngoko dialect, sociolect, idiolect, and chronolect. The analysis shows that the language variety is not merely a means of communication, but also a reflection of social stratification, cultural identity, and a form of symbolic resistance to the colonial power structure. The sociolinguistic approach shows that language in literary works has an important role as a medium for social criticism and efforts to fight for justice. This finding confirms that traditional literary works, such as the Serat Penjajah poem, function dually as historical sources and as tools of social resistance that are still relevant in the current context.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of Artificial Intelligence and analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence in learning Arabic at MAN 2 Kulon Progo. This type of research is qualitative research with description and explanation methods. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in three stages, namely: data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique for validating the research data is through data triangulation, including source, technique and time. The results of this research show that; 1 Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the characteristics of Acting Humanly, Thinking Humanly, Think Rationally, Act Rationally. The way AI works in learning is as follows: Personalization, Flexible, Adaptive, Collaboration, Innovation. This AI has advantages and disadvantages when used in learning Arabic. 2. The use of AI in learning Arabic at MAN 2 Kulon Progo has been implemented in the four Arabic language skills, with the following details: 1) Listening Skills (al-Maharah al- Istima') with the veed.io website, 2) Speaking Skills (al-Maharah al-Kalam) with the Instagram and TikTok applications, 3) Reading Skills (al-Maharah al-Qira'ah) with Google Lens and the almaany.com website, 4) Writing Skills (al-Maharah al-Kitabah) with the Bing translator and Canva websites.

Abstract

. Tindak pidana korupsi merupakan salah satu kejahatan yang paling serius di Indonesia, karena dapat merusak perekonomian negara dan menghambat pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hukum terhadap tindak pidana korupsi dan penegakannya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum pidana korupsi di Indonesia telah memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat, namun penegakannya masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga penegak hukum, kurangnya sumber daya, dan masih adanya praktik korupsi di kalangan aparat penegak hukum. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem penegakan hukum korupsi, seperti meningkatkan koordinasi antar lembaga penegak hukum, meningkatkan sumber daya, dan meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam proses penegakan hukum.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja, khususnya dalam era digital yang semakin pesat, telah menjadi isu global yang mengkhawatirkan. Akses yang mudah terhadap informasi tentang narkoba melalui internet, serta pengaruh teman sebaya dan tekanan sosial, mendorong banyak remaja untuk mencoba dan bahkan kecanduan narkoba. Dampak dari penyalahgunaan narkoba ini sangat kompleks dan meluas, tidak hanya pada kesehatan fisik, tetapi juga pada kesehatan mental remaja.Studi telah menunjukkan bahwa penyalahgunaan narkoba dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan mental, seperti depresi, kecemasan, gangguan bipolar, hingga psikotik. Perubahan kimiawi dalam otak akibat penggunaan narkoba dapat mengganggu fungsi kognitif, emosional, dan perilaku remaja. Selain itu, penyalahgunaan narkoba juga dapat memicu perilaku impulsif, agresif, dan antisosial, yang dapat merusak hubungan sosial dan mengganggu perkembangan pribadi remaja. Era digital semakin memperumit masalah ini. Platform media sosial dan aplikasi pesan instan memudahkan penyebaran informasi yang salah tentang narkoba, serta menciptakan lingkungan daring yang memungkinkan terjadinya transaksi narkoba secara online. Remaja yang merasa terisolasi atau tidak memiliki dukungan sosial yang kuat cenderung lebih rentan terhadap pengaruh negatif dari dunia maya dan lebih mudah terjerat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pencegahan dan penanganan masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif, melibatkan berbagai pihak, mulai dari keluarga, sekolah, komunitas, hingga pemerintah. Pendidikan tentang bahaya narkoba, konseling, serta ketersediaan layanan rehabilitasi yang memadai merupakan langkah-langkah penting untuk mengatasi masalah ini.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an important skill in the increasingly digitalized information era. In today's digital era, children are very familiar with technology so that a digital-based learning approach is one of the effective strategies for fostering reading habits. This study aims to describe how the use of digital media such as interactive e-books, learning videos, and online reading platforms can increase students' enthusiasm and motivation in reading. The results of the study show that digital literacy not only enriches reading sources but also encourages active student involvement through content that is more interesting and in accordance with their learning styles. With the right integration of digital literacy, teachers can create a learning environment that is more inclusive, enjoyable, and in accordance with students' developmental needs. Therefore, it is important for educators to continue to improve digital competence in supporting adaptive and sustainable learning processes.
