Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial telah menghadirkan berbagai instrumen ekonomi baru, salah satunya adalah aset kripto. Namun, legalitas dan status syariah dari aset ini masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan ulama dan akademisi hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan aset kripto dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah dengan fokus pada Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 144 Tahun 2021 serta membandingkannya dengan regulasi syariah di negara lain, seperti Malaysia dan Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada investor Muslim, akademisi, dan praktisi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan regulasi terkait aset kripto dalam hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden setuju dengan keputusan DSN-MUI yang mengharamkan aset kripto sebagai alat tukar karena unsur gharar (ketidakpastian), dharar (kerugian), dan spekulasi berlebihan. Namun, terdapat sebagian responden yang mendukung kripto sebagai komoditas atau aset digital, selama memiliki dasar yang jelas dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Dampak dari fatwa ini cukup signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia, yang cenderung lebih berhati-hati dalam berinvestasi pada aset kripto. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi regulator dan praktisi ekonomi syariah dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi finansial berbasis syariah

Abstract

Fintech syariah telah menjadi salah satu inovasi keuangan yang berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi fintech syariah dalam memperluas akses pembiayaan, meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi fintech syariah oleh UMKM, termasuk regulasi, literasi keuangan, dan kemudahan akses teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam menyediakan sumber pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, terutama bagi UMKM yang kesulitan mendapatkan modal dari lembaga keuangan konvensional. Selain itu, regulasi yang mendukung dan peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah menjadi faktor kunci dalam optimalisasi peran fintech syariah bagi UMKM. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap fintech syariah, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan kebijakan yang tepat, fintech syariah dapat menjadi solusi pembiayaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM di Indonesia.

Abstract

This article reviews the contribution of the youth organization Taruna Merah Putih (TMP) in shaping the character of the young generation rooted in Pancasila values ​​in the Lampung Province. As a wing organization of the PDI Perjuangan, TMP focuses its activities on aspects of political education, leadership strengthening, and social activities to encourage the active role of youth in public and political spaces. By making Bung Karno's Trisakti the foundation of the movement namely political sovereignty, economic independence, and national personality TMP seeks to produce youth who have integrity and commitment to nationality. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of TMP in sowing Pancasila values ​​while empowering youth as agents of social transformation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach and participatory observation.

Abstract

Civic Education has a key function in building the character of the younger generation amidst the complex issues of globalisation. This research aims to explore the contribution of Citizenship Education in shaping the character of an adaptive and nationalist Generation Z. The method used is library research by analysing various accredited journals and scientific articles related to learning theory, morals, character, citizenship, and globalisation. The research process was conducted by reading, summarising, and developing the information obtained. The results show that the implementation of Civic Education that focuses on experience, ethical values and digital technology can build critical attitudes, nationalism and a sense of social responsibility among the younger generation. This research shows that an approach that suits the character of digital natives is essential to keep civic values relevant and contextualised in modern times.

Abstract

Family economic pressure is a significant predictor of stress, anxiety, and depression in individuals and can affect family relationships as a whole. Factors such as poverty and unemployment are identified as the main causes of economic pressure, so appropriate interventions such as family counseling and economic assistance programs are crucial to help families develop effective coping skills and improve their well-being. This study uses a literature approach through books, articles, journals, and other previous research to examine the impact of economic pressure on the mental health of family members. The results show that family economic pressure has a significant impact on individual mental health and family relationships, and highlights the importance of appropriate interventions to reduce the negative impacts. The findings of this study have important implications for the development of policies and programs aimed at reducing the negative impacts of economic pressure on the mental health of family members.

Abstract

analyze the impact of social media on young people’s knowledge of Human Rights (HAM). Social media, as the primary channel for communication and information for young people, has a significant ability to shape their views and understanding of human rights. This study will examine how social media content, both supportive and anti-human, influences young people’s understanding, attitudes, and actions about human rights. In addition, this study will also investigate the function of social media in raising human rights awareness, and identify challenges and opportunities in utilizing social media for human rights education and advocacy among young people. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of effective strategies in using social media to increase understanding and awareness of human rights among young people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat gegar budaya (culture shock) dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adaptasi mahasiswa asing di Universitas Islam Riau (UIR). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 60 mahasiswa asing yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa asing mengalami tahapan culture shock yang khas, dimulai dari fase antusiasme awal, diikuti fase frustrasi, dan kemudian berangsur menuju penerimaan budaya lokal. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi adaptasi adalah kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia (mean 3,67) dan ketersediaan informasi dalam bahasa asing (mean 3,55), sementara hambatan utama meliputi kesulitan komunikasi sehari-hari (mean 3,13) dan perbedaan nilai budaya. Proses administrasi yang rumit juga menjadi kendala bagi 30% responden. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyederhanaan prosedur administrasi, pengembangan program buddy system, dan penyediaan layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan adaptasi mahasiswa asing. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan internasional di perguruan tinggi berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

Fatherlessness, or the absence of a father’s role, can have a significant impact on children in Indonesia, including emotional and psychological disturbances, difficulties in social relationships, and an increased risk of negative behavior. Patriarchal culture and lack of social support can exacerbate this impact. Therefore, it is essential to raise awareness about the importance of a father’s role and provide support to children who grow up without a father. This journal uses a literature review method in its research, which involves analyzing various sources of information such as books, journals, or other previous studies. The research findings show that fatherlessness can have a significant impact on children in Indonesia, including emotional and psychological disturbances. Patriarchal culture and lack of social support worsen this impact. This research uses a literature review method and highlights the crucial role of fathers in shaping healthy personality and behavior in children.

Abstract

The writing of this journal is motivated by family problems in Indonesia, which include financial problems, poor communication, parenting, work-life balance, quarrels, division of household chores, and lack of appreciation. The solution to overcome this problem is to improve communication, share tasks, and appreciate each other. This research is a qualitative research that is library-based (Library Research) using descriptive analysis. The results show that family problems are challenges that can affect family harmony and well-being, such as conflict, financial problems, domestic violence, and differences in perspective on child education. To overcome them, effective communication, conflict management skills, and appropriate approaches, such as psychodynamic, behavioral, and counseling, are needed, so that families can find solutions to achieve a happier and more balanced life.

Abstract

The Childfree phenomenon is a legitimate lifestyle choice for some married couples who choose not to have children. This decision can be based on various reasons, including economic factors, career, and personal freedom. Childfree allows couples to focus on their personal lives and careers, as well as enjoy greater freedom and flexibility. This choice should be respected and understood as part of individual life diversity. This study uses a literature review approach to examine the Childfree phenomenon, which is the decision of married couples not to have children. Through in-depth collection and analysis of various literature sources, including books and journals, this study aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of Childfree and the factors that influence this decision. Thus, this study can contribute to the development of knowledge and understanding of Childfree and its implications for society. Childfree is a legitimate choice that needs to be understood and respected. Couples choose Childfree due to economic, cultural, past trauma, work, health, and personal desire factors. This decision can provide freedom and marital satisfaction, but it also has consequences that need to be considered.
