Abstract

This article aims to conceptually explore the role of teachers in fostering creativity among early childhood learners through movement and dance activities within the context of preschool education. Creativity during early childhood is a vital foundation for balanced cognitive, emotional, and social development. Movement and dance serve as multisensory media that not only encourage children's self-expression but also enrich their imagination, confidence, and social interaction. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review and theoretical analysis, this article examines various perspectives on how teachers contribute to designing, facilitating, and integrating artistic activities into daily learning. The findings suggest that teachers play a crucial role as facilitators of creative learning environments, inspirators of artistic expression, and mediators of cultural values. When implemented consistently and contextually, movement and dance activities have the potential to strengthen character development and divergent thinking in young children. The conceptual findings of this article imply the need to enhance the pedagogical capacities of early childhood educators and advocate for curricular policies that provide greater space for artistic expression in early education. Further empirical studies are recommended to verify the practical relevance of these insights across diverse educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of early childhood educators in stimulating multiple intelligences in young children within the school environment, responding to the growing importance of holistic and personalized approaches during the golden age of development. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted in an early childhood education institution in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five early childhood teachers, direct classroom observations, and analysis of daily lesson plans. Thematic analysis revealed that teachers play a central role in identifying and nurturing various forms of intelligence, including linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligences. Teachers utilized thematic instruction, differentiated activities, and created rich learning environments to stimulate diverse intelligences. Additionally, teacher sensitivity to children’s unique characteristics and reflective teaching practices significantly enhanced the effectiveness of stimulation strategies. This study contributes to the existing literature on the application of Multiple Intelligences theory in early childhood education and underscores the need for professional development programs that equip teachers to design responsive learning experiences. Practical implications include the need for policy support to improve early childhood educators’ pedagogical competencies. Further research involving a larger and more culturally diverse sample is recommended to broaden the generalizability of findings.

Abstract

KIPAS counseling model (Intensive, Progressive, Adaptive Counseling toward Structure) as a culturally-based counseling approach rooted in the Indonesian archipelago, relevant to the nation's context. It presents the essence of the Indonesian human being through philosophical perspectives, psychological schools (humanistic, psychoanalytic, behavioristic), and Islamic views. The KIPAS model is positioned as an integrative solution to the challenges of multicultural counseling practices, emphasizing the importance of adaptive counselor personalities and a deep understanding of local culture, as well as counselees who possess inherent potentials that can be developed progressively. This paper asserts that the KIPAS approach is not only culturally responsive but also offers a practical and philosophical framework to enhance the effectiveness of counseling services in Indonesia. The strength of this model lies in the depth of local values that are comprehensively integrated into the counseling process.

Abstract

This article examines the urgency of community involvement in Islamic education by referring to the principles contained in the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the Islamic perspective, education is not solely the responsibility of teachers or formal institutions, but a collective trust shared by all members of society. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature-based approach, utilizing primary sources in the form of authentic hadiths and relevant Islamic educational literature. The findings reveal that society plays a significant role in shaping morality, preserving religious values, and creating a social environment conducive to the learning process. Hadiths related to enjoining good and forbidding evil (amr ma’ruf nahi munkar), conveying even a single verse, and encouraging the pursuit of knowledge emphasize that every individual holds a strategic role in nurturing Islamic education.

Abstract

. The rapid development of information technology has encouraged organizations, both in the public and private sectors, to undergo digital transformation in order to improve operational effectiveness. One of the strategic steps that is widely implemented is the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS), which aims to integrate work processes, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. However, in practice, MIS implementation often faces significant challenges related to human resources (HR). Common issues include low digital literacy, resistance to change, and a lack of understanding and readiness to operate technology-based systems. These conditions result in suboptimal utilization of MIS in supporting organizational performance. This journal is designed to identify and analyze these challenges and emphasize the importance of human resources as a key factor organization. Abstract

Perkembangan pembiayaan sindikasi syariah di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan hukum dan praktis, meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung proyek-proyek strategis berbasis prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan hukum dan praktik implementasi pembiayaan sindikasi oleh bank syariah serta mengkaji konsep dan mekanismenya sesuai prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap bahan hukum primer (peraturan perundangan, fatwa DSN-MUI) dan sekunder (literatur akademik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi ketiadaan regulasi spesifik, variasi interpretasi akad syariah antar bank, serta kompleksitas harmonisasi prinsip syariah dalam struktur sindikasi. Di sisi lain, pembiayaan sindikasi syariah harus mengacu pada akad-akad seperti musyarakah, mudharabah, atau murabahah dengan prinsip risk sharing dan menghindari riba, gharar, serta maysir.

Abstract

Hak Asasi Manusia merupakan tanggung jawab serta kewajiban negara terhadap pelanggaran prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia.Penelitian ini mengangkat kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Korea Utara. Dalam pandangan hubungan internasional HAM menjadi masalah yang serius, oleh karena itu upaya dari berbagai pihak terutama aktor-aktor negara untuk dapat mengambil peranan dalam melindungi setiap HAM. Seiring dengan banyaknya terjadi kasus pelanggaran HAM yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dunia, terutama di Korea Utara. Masalah ini menjadikan masyarakat Korea Utara berusaha untuk keluar dari negaranya sendiri dan untuk mencari kebebasan yang diinginkan selama ini. Kasus pelanggaran HAM ini mendapat berbagai respon dari beberapa negara lain hingga organisasi internasional. Berbagai kebijakan dan upaya dilakukan negara lain untuk mengurangi jumlah pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Korea Utara. Tetapi hal tersebut kurang mendapat perhatian dari Korea Utara, karena sudut pandang Korea Utara menganggap tidak semua masukan tersebut dapat diterapkan ke dalam masyarakat mereka. Kasus ini mencerminkan bahwa pilihan yang paling realistis dalam hal ini adalah tidak mengabaikan peranan sebuah negara, melainkan bagaimana membuat negara tersebut berfungsi sedemikian rupa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis data sekunder, untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber informasi lainnya yang tersedia diberbagai media internet seperti jurnal, artikel, dan sumber lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of classical guidance services in preventing bullying behavior in students. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of action research. The sample consisted of 88 students in grades VII and VIII at SMPN 4 Tambang who were selected through purposive sampling techniques based on the highest bullying behavior scores. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that classical guidance services delivered communicatively with the help of PowerPoint presentation media and supporting videos about bullying behavior, are able to improve students' understanding of the forms of bullying, as well as foster an attitude of empathy and mutual respect. In addition, students' active participation in discussions and reflections shows a positive change in attitude. This service has proven effective as a preventive effort in creating a safe and bullying-free school environment.

Abstract

The announcer is an important figure in an event because it is in charge of leading the course of the event, the text of the announcer analyzed in this research uses Madurese language which aims to describe the Madurese community in maintaining and preserving the Madurese language through the Madurese language announcer in the oktofest event in Bluto District, Sumenep Regency. This research theoretically uses a sociolinguistic approach. The data collection in this research is in the form of the method of listening and writing. The results of this study indicate that (1) The preservation and preservation of the madurese language can still be preserved through the script of the madurese language narrator at the octofest event, (2) The difficulty of language pronunciation in the script of the madurese language narrator at the octofest event and the effort to regenerate the madurese language narrator in the octofest event.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method, which is a research approach that focuses on an in-depth understanding of a phenomenon or something. This article aims to find out how the preservation of the Madurese language is through the art of Ketoprak Madura (Ludruk), such as from its songs and from its speech. Ketoprak Madura (Ludruk) functions not only as entertainment, but can also be used as a medium for preserving the Madurese language. Therefore, it will be very important to instill a sense of love for the Madurese language so that it remains preserved, considering that currently the Madurese language has experienced many shifts in use, especially for the younger generation who currently use more Indonesian than Madurese itself.
