Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of developing Assessment for Learning by applying DeepSeek in the context of 21st-century learning. The application of DeepSeek aims to increase the effectiveness of formative assessment through faster, more accurate, and adaptive learning data analysis to students' needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps of implementing DeepSeek and developing Assessment for Learning in learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 6 Boyolali and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 6 Boyolali and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. The informants of this study were teachers. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Steps for developing Assessment for Learning by utilizing DeepSeek, namely: a) determining the objectives of Assessment For Learning; b) developing assessment instruments; c) designing assessment rubrics; d) analyzing student learning outcomes; e) providing feedback; f) teacher and student reflection; 2) The stages in developing Assessment for Learning are as follows: a) Determining learning objectives, focusing on in-depth understanding and critical thinking skills; b) Analyzing learning needs with DeepSeek, using DeepSeek to identify students' difficulties and potential; c) Designing digital assessment instruments by creating questions, reflections, or assignments based on data from DeepSeek analysis; d) Implementing assessments by providing automated and personalized feedback; e) Analyzing assessment results, using DeepSeek to see patterns of learning outcomes; f) Reflecting and improving learning, using the analysis results to adjust strategies and deepen students' understanding. The conclusion of this study is that DeepSeek is able to help teachers identify students' difficulties and potential, provide real-time formative feedback, and facilitate more personalized and in-depth learning. Thus, developing Assessment for Learning based on DeepSeek not only improves the quality of evaluation but also strengthens the assessment's function as a learning tool that encourages in-depth understanding, critical thinking, and reflective learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps of teachers' role in providing motivation and the strategies implemented to improve students' readiness for the Academic Competency Test (TKA) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. The research subjects were teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. The informants for this study were teachers. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers play a crucial role in mapping students' learning readiness and motivational profiles by identifying initial academic abilities, self-confidence levels, and psychological barriers. In addition, teachers establish warm and empathetic communication to create a safe learning environment so that students are more motivated and do not experience excessive anxiety. The learning strategies provided include step-by-step practice questions, problem-solving discussions, and reasoning-based learning that is appropriate to the characteristics of TKA. These activities have been proven to increase students' interest and academic readiness in facing high-standard questions. Teachers also apply motivational strategies such as positive reinforcement, simple rewards, and verbal appreciation to build students' confidence. Contextual learning based on real situations also increases intrinsic motivation and student engagement. Regular reflection and feedback are provided to monitor progress, identify weaknesses, and strengthen learning enthusiasm throughout the TKA preparation process. Overall, the combination of teacher roles and strategies contributes significantly to improving students' mental and academic readiness to face TKA.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the competency content in the Academic Ability Test (TKA) applied at the Elementary School level, specifically in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 6 Boyolali and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Boyolali, and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Boyolali. This study focuses on identifying aspects of academic ability measured, the suitability of competency indicators with student characteristics, and the use of test results as a basis for learning planning. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 6 Boyolali and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Boyolali, and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Boyolali. The informants of this study are teachers. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The Academic Ability Test (TKA) for Elementary Schools (SD) includes competency content in the subjects of Indonesian Language and Mathematics. For Indonesian Language, the focus is on reading skills of informational and fictional texts, including textual and inferential comprehension as well as evaluation. Meanwhile, the Mathematics TKA measures conceptual understanding, representation, reasoning, problem solving, and connections between concepts; 2) The role of the results of the TKA competency exploration in learning planning: a) Adjusting learning methods and materials; b) Using data as a reflection of improvement; c) Developing relevant learning resources; d) Helping determine remedial and enrichment; e) Supporting evidence-based formative assessment. The conclusion in this study is that the results of the TKA are used as a reference in designing more adaptive and effective learning strategies. This finding confirms that the exploration of the TKA competency content is an important step in improving the quality of the learning process at the MI level, especially in ensuring students' academic readiness according to their developmental stage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Perplexity in the preparation of Assessment as Learning as an innovation in technology-based learning assessment. The application of Perplexity allows teachers and students to optimize the formative assessment process through the use of accurate, relevant, and easily accessible information sources. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps of implementing Perplexity and the preparation of Assessment as Learning in learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Sragen, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Sragen, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. The informants of this study were teachers. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The application of Perplexity in the preparation of Assessment as Learning in learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Sragen, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten is carried out through the following stages, namely: a) Visit the official Perplexity website at www.perplexity.ai; b) Select the desired interaction mode. This mode adjusts the type of question and analysis needs; c) Type the question directly in the chat column. Then ask for the preparation of Assessment as Learning; d) Perplexity will provide answers along with the main reference sources from the search results; e) Search results and discussions can be saved in a special collection, complete with names, descriptions, and advanced instruction settings for subsequent use; 2) Steps for preparing Assessment as Learning by utilizing Perplexity: 1) Integration with a learning management system (LMS); 2) Development of adaptive tests; 3) Providing instant feedback; 4) Learning data analysis; 5) Personalization of learning; 6) Teacher and student training; 7) Periodic supervision and evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Perplexity in the development of AfL can improve students' learning independence, strengthen reflective and metacognitive skills, and assist teachers in designing assessment instruments based on data and conceptual understanding. Thus, the application of Perplexity not only supports assessment effectiveness but also encourages the creation of adaptive, collaborative, and student-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by teachers to increase student motivation when facing and completing Academic Competency Test questions and identify factors that influence the effectiveness of these strategies. The subjects of this study were teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Magelang, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Boyolali, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sragen, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Wonogiri, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Klaten. The informants of this study were teachers. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that teachers implemented various strategies, such as providing verbal motivation, constructive feedback, gradual practice, the use of contextual learning methods, and positive reinforcement to increase student self-confidence. The effectiveness of these strategies was influenced by several factors, including students' psychological conditions, learning environment support, teacher-student interactions, the availability of learning resources, and the suitability of the learning approach to students' needs. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of adaptive and student-centered learning strategies to improve their motivation and ability to solve Academic Competency Test questions.

Abstract

This research departs from the need for more effective and interesting learning media in Karate learning, especially in the mastery of the Heian Godan Word which is often an obstacle for beginner students. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of interactive pocket books, said Heian Godan, as a Karate learning medium. This research uses a research and development (R&D) model through the ADDIE approach which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. In the Analysis stage, the researcher conducts observations and interviews with extracurricular students and coaches. In this stage of design, the researcher made an interactive pocket book design Kata Heian Godan. In the Development stage, the researcher tested the product validation to 3 experts with a total average score of 93.7%, so that the product was declared suitable for use as a learning medium. In this stage of implementation, the researcher conducted a small-scale product trial on 14 Karate extracurricular students at SMK Antartika with a respondent questionnaire result of 93.2%. The Evaluation stage, reviews the feasibility of this media after expert validation tests and product trials. Based on these results, the interactive pocket book Kata Heian Godan was declared valid and feasible so that it can be used as a Karate learning medium in schools.

Abstract

Pulp disease represents an advanced complication of dental caries that may lead to permanent tooth loss and impaired oral health-related quality of life. In the era of Indonesia’s National Health Insurance administered by BPJS Kesehatan, many patients present at advanced stages and frequently exhibit degenerative comorbidities that may aggravate pulpal conditions. This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of pulp disease cases among insured patients receiving endodontic treatment at RSUD Tarakan Jakarta from September to December 2025. A retrospective descriptive design was conducted using secondary medical record data with ICD-10 code K04 diagnoses. Of 235 visits, 115 cases (48.94%) involved pulp disease. Female patients predominated (63.48%) with a mean age of 42.12 years, mainly within the middle-adulthood group. Pulp necrosis (77.4%) was the most frequent diagnosis, indicating late-stage presentation. Comorbidities were identified in 70.6% of patients, primarily hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Root canal treatment was the main therapeutic approach compared with extraction. These findings highlight the substantial burden of pulp disease among insured patients and underscore the importance of early caries detection, strengthened preventive strategies, and multidisciplinary management for patients with systemic conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors influencing the development of Manggasang Tourism in Batu Tunggal Village, Hantakan District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, and to formulate the most effective strategies to enhance its attractiveness and competitiveness among other tourist destinations in South Kalimantan. A qualitative method with a SWOT analysis approach was employed. Primary data were collected through field observations, semistructured interviews with tourism managers, local residents, and visitors, as well as visual documentation. Secondary data were obtained from local government reports, publications by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and relevant literature. The research results show that the internal factors of Manggasang Tourism received a total score of 2.89, consisting of strengths amounting to 2.00 and weaknesses of 0.89. The main advantage lies in the natural beauty that remains pristine and attractive photo spots, while the weaknesses include limited infrastructure and supporting facilities. The external factors recorded a total score of 2.95, with opportunities of 1.62 in the form of government policy support, social media promotion, and ecotourism trends, while threats of 1.33 include competition from other tourist destinations and extreme weather conditions. The SWOT analysis produced a strategic coordinate of (1.11; 0.29), placing Wisata Manggasang in Quadrant I, where a growth strategy is considered the most appropriate for future development. This strategy relies on leveraging internal strengths to seize external opportunities through sustainable improvement of facilities, promotion, and diversification of tourism services

Abstract

Indonesia, strategically located on the Pacific Ring of Fire and at the confluence of tectonic plates, is one of the world's most disaster-prone countries, frequently experiencing earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and floods. The frequency and intensity of these disasters highlight the urgent need for effective and efficient post-disaster recovery strategies. However, the implementation of post-disaster recovery in Indonesia still faces significant challenges, including complex inter-agency coordination, limited resources, and a lack of a holistic approach that integrates various aspects of recovery. Problems are also often related to inefficient humanitarian logistics management, exacerbated by damaged infrastructure, inaccurate or delayed data, and a lack of integrated and real-time information systems. To address this crucial need, this study examines humanitarian logistics as a transformative approach to post-disaster recovery. Using qualitative literature, the study analyzes post-disaster recovery strategies from various countries and compares them with practices and challenges in Indonesia, including technological innovations in damage monitoring and building extraction. The study's findings suggest that adopting comprehensive humanitarian logistics principles, supported by the integration of modern technology and adaptive governance, could significantly enhance Indonesia's capacity to achieve faster, more equitable, and more resilient post-disaster recovery. Specifically, there are opportunities for Indonesia to improve the efficiency and accuracy of post-disaster damage assessments through the adoption of more sophisticated algorithmic innovations and deep learning techniques, such as domain adaptation-based multi-scale feature alignment, which has the potential to equip disaster response capacity with more detailed and objective assessments through high levels of automation.

Abstract

This study describes the application of Cloud AI technology in the preparation of Assessment for Learning (AfL) in learning at State Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah) in Magelang City, State Islamic Senior High School 3 in Sragen, State Islamic Senior High School 1 in Sragen, and State Islamic Senior High School in Sukoharjo, and identifies the challenges and efforts of teachers in its implementation. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers at State Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah) in Magelang City, State Islamic Senior High School 3 in Sragen, State Islamic Senior High School 1 in Sragen, and State Islamic Senior High School in Sukoharjo. The informants of this study were teachers. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Cloud AI created a more systematic, fast, and data-driven formative assessment workflow. The process began with the analysis of learning objectives and competencies, followed by indicator mapping, and then the design of AfL instruments such as diagnostic quizzes, reflective questions, and formative assignments with the help of Cloud AI to be adaptive, varied, and support differentiated learning. Cloud AI also facilitates the real-time collection of AfL results through a cloud-based platform, including student answers, completion time, and error patterns, which are analyzed to identify misconceptions, gaps in understanding, and student learning progress. These findings enable teachers to provide rapid, meaningful, and personalized formative feedback, along with recommendations for remediation and enrichment. However, the implementation of Cloud AI still faces two main challenges: limited infrastructure and unequal digital access, and teachers' difficulty integrating AI analysis results into daily pedagogical practices in a contextual manner. Teachers' efforts to overcome these challenges include improving digital literacy and understanding of AI through ongoing training such as workshops, webinars, learning communities, and competency development programs. With the support of infrastructure and professional mentoring, Cloud AI has the potential to strengthen AfL's function in supporting student learning more effectively.
