Abstract

This study entitled the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang. The problem of this research is the lack of optimal facilitation of improving employee performance. The purpose of the study was to determine work motivation, employee performance, the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with quantitative analysis techniques, conducted through a survey method. Data collection techniques were analyzed by means of observation and questionnaires. The population is the performance of employees at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang as many as 50 people and the research sample was 50 people. The research data uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation is 1,912 (good enough) with an average of 63.73%, employee performance is 1,619 (good enough) with an average of 64.76%, then the magnitude of the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang of 0.820 (very strong relationship), and the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT.Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang amounted to 67.2% and there are still 32.8% of other factors. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test, it turns out that tcount (9.93) > ttable (1.67722), it can be said that there is a positive influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT.Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) Sumedang is acceptable. To increase work motivation can be useful because it is human nature that requires some kind of inducement, encouragement or incentive to get better performance. Motivation acts as a technique to improve the performance of employees working at different levels.

Abstract

The research focus contains the role of business ethics in increasing profits at PD. Surya Medal Sumedang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of business ethics and to find out how the role of business ethics in increasing profits in PD. Surya Medal Sumedang. This research is motivated by the important role of business ethics in increasing company profits. Not only seen from the achievement of profits, but also seen from the role of business ethics during the company's activities. Which is an important foundation for the company to continue to grow and be able to face competitors. With the implementation of business ethics, which is seen from business ethics according to economics and business ethics according to special regulations that apply. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with two variables, namely business ethics and increasing profits. Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Using data analysis Miles and Huberman (1984) namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. As for the results and discussion, namely business ethics according to economics, the company has run it well, so the company can maintain its service quality, product quality to get a good image from many parties. And business ethics according to the special regulations that apply greatly affect the existence of the company if it complies with all the rules that have been previously agreed upon. The achievement of an increase in profits felt by the company, this is realized through the implementation of business ethics which is the main guideline or it can be said as the foundation for the business to be able to maintain its image, existence, product development, and reach a wider distribution system to various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Halal food supply chain is one of the things that is being highlighted in various parts of the world based on a report from the Global Islamic Economy. All of the questions regarding the core of this research focused on finding out the system halal food supply chain of Japan and Malaysia and comparing both with the system halal food supply chain of Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the world, while the system in halal food in Indonesia is the halal certification system issued by the MUI. Halal certification of a food production facility, food product, or slaughterhouse is an examination of the people, practices, and products that comply with Islamic laws by a competent organization. The Malaysian Islamic Development Department, abbreviated as (JAKIM), is the Malaysian government agency that regulates Islamic religious affairs in Malaysia. the halal process in Japan, it is based on the system carried out by Malaysia, the Japanese government collaborated and adopted the system for implementing halal certificates in Malaysia. Some halal institutions in Japan can have ties with the existing system in Malaysia as shown in the picture above. For example JIT has obtained mutual certification from Malaysia (JAKIM). There are several halal certificate organizations in Japan such as the Japan Muslim Association, Japan Halal Association, Kyoto Halal Council etc. The aim of this research, is to analyse three perspective about halal supply chain management in Indonesia, Japan and Malaysia. Indonesia have different system of halal supply chain between Japan and Malaysia. The result of this research is analyse and compare best system of halal supply chain

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an evaluation of a person's judgment in the form of feelings of pleasure or disappointment that occur after comparing what is desired for the product or service used with the reality received. anwhile, service quality is something that consistently meets or exceeds consumer expectations. Efforts to improve the service quality of GOJEK drivers need to know the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers to use GOJEK services. In this study carried out a qualitative approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the majority of the reliability dimensions applied by GOJEK drivers were in the very good category, GOJEK drivers had implemented the responsiveness aspect very well which focused on providing fast service and driver readiness to help consumers when they needed help. The application of aspects of guarantees that focus on guarantees regarding the friendliness and courtesy of drivers in providing good service to consumers, must be improved so that consumers feel more confident and confident in GOJEK drivers, have implemented aspects of empathy so that consumers feel more respected and valued. And on physical appearance, means of communication, and cleanliness also results in consumers feeling satisfied and comfortable.

Abstract

The core problem in this study is to determine the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch. The method used in this research is quantitative research method, the number of respondents is 60 people, data collection techniques with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove that the effect of motivation on employee performance is 0.760 or 76.0% with Sig 0.000, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The effect of competence on employee performance is 0.305 or 30.5% with Sig 0.000, meaning that competence has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office. The effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office is 0.926 or 92.6% with a coefficient of determination of 85.8%, meaning that the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance is 85.8% in the value range of 60% - 80% or has a strong influence while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the static calculation show that the calculated F value of 171.862 is greater than the F table of 3.16. To improve employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office through motivation and competence, Bank BJB should supervise and check all information, both complaints, information services and attention to clarity and certainty of human resource management policies in the banking sector at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office and reduce the uncertainty of policies that cannot be applied in human resource management management.

Abstract

The background of this study is that there are indications of anorganization at Sumedang Bank that has been running quite well but needsto be optimized. This study aims to apply organizational culture knowledgeand determine the application of organizational culture and determineemployee loyalty at Sumedang Bank. This research uses qualitativeresearch methods with data collection techniques, namely interviewobservation and documentation. The informants in this study weredetermined using the purposive sampling method, namely a total of 6people. The final results of this study concluded that the cultureorganizational owned by Bank Sumedang had been going well but was stillnot optimal in the way it behaved, dress, and so on. While employees atBank Sumedang have been running well but not optimally. This can beseen from several things, namely there are several bank employeesbecause they are late for work from the specified hours. Therefore, theresults of this study can be used as references and recommendations tosupport the smooth running of Organizational Cultute and EmployeeLoyalty at Bank Sumedang

Abstract

The research focus contains the implementation of marketing strategiy and SWOT analysis in increasing the number of customers at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. The purpose of the research is to find out the various kinds of superior products of collection and financing, to know the marketing strategies that are applied and to know the SWOT analysis to increase the number of customers. This research is motivated by the rapid growth of the Islamic banking world. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive marketing strategy and keep up with the digital age in order to be able to compete. In addition, the SWOT analysis can help companies determine good steps for the future of the company. The method used is descriptive qualitative with two variables, namely marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Using Miles and Huberman (1984) data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results and discussion are various types of superior products with high customer interest, namely in the form of collection and financing (productive financing and consumptive financing). Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang has a good, effective, innovative, creative marketing strategy implementation and successfully competes with other competitors. Marketing is not only done through print media but also the use of electronic media, namely social media that is always updated or commonly called digital marketing, besides that there is socialization to the community and participating in various events. SWOT analysis is considered effective to be able to find out the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang must face as well as to make the right steps in the success and success of the company

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a very important part of the implementation of the company's overall strategy, especially in conditions of very tight competitors. Business competition in the tourism services sector is currently quite tight. Mulia Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the tourism industry, especially in the travel agency sector. In carrying out its business activities, it cannot be separated from the increasingly competitive market conditions which are marked by the proliferation of similar businesses in Sumedang Regency. Therefore a good and appropriate marketing strategy is needed, which is one of the ways that greatly determines the business in the tourism services sector so that business activities can continue. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach which aims to identify, describe and explain the actual situation related to the marketing strategy carried out by Mulia Tour & Travel. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documents. The data analysis used consisted of the data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Mulia Tour & Travel service company used a marketing mix strategy including product, price, place, promotion, human resources, physical evidence and the process of running its service business through online media. Suggestions from this research are better package travel packages, increase tour package bookings, increase promotion through the website, expand the collaboration networkoff line

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of competencies and organizational culture on the performance of employees for bpr majalengka jabar. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar with a sample number of 64 employees. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not give an equal opportunity/opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the results of this study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from thitung > ttable or 3.623 > 1.670, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as viewed from thitung > ttable or 1.889 > 1.670 and simultaneously competence and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance was shown Fact > Ftable of 27.120 > 3.145. Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit of the Office of Directors of Cirebon. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. PG Rajawali II Cirebon Office Unit has 89 employees with a sample number of 89 employees. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling using the Total Sampling Technique so that in this study samples were taken from the entire population in PT. PG Rajawali II Unit of the Office of Directors of Cirebon. The technique of data collection using questionnaires and the results of the data analysis used are multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed partially the positive and significant influence of leadership and work motivation variables on employee performance can be seen from thitung > ttable of 15.064 > 1.98761 The positive and significant influence of leadership variables on employee performance can be seen from thitung > ttable of 21.914 > 1.98761 and simultaneously the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the results of the test of leadership and work motivation shown in FCalculation > Ftable of 272.073 > 3.1, which means It has a positive and significant impact on employee performance
