The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of corporate culture and career development to employee performance in Bank bjb Sharia Branch Office Bandung, by knowing which one is more dominant variable affecting employee performance. Methods of data collection is done with interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Model analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing simultaneously or partially performed using SPSS software version 18. The results showed that the corporate culture and career development simultaneously or partially significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bank bjb Sharia Branch Office Bandung. This means that the dependent variable is the employee's performance can be explained by the independent variables corporate culture and career development is 83.8%. While the remaining 16.2% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in this research model.

This research is motivated by the disobedience of restaurant taxpayers in paying their tax obligations based on the amount of restaurant tax arrears in 2017-2021. This study aims to determine how much influence Taxpayer Awareness and Administrative Sanctions have on Taxpayer Compliance. The research method used by the researcher is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 99 restaurant taxpayers as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study are normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis testing t-test and F-test using the IBM SPSS Version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.776, a value of tcount> ttable (5.521>1.985) with a significant value of 0.000<0.05. (2) Administrative Sanctions have a positive and significant effect on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.225, a value of tcount>ttable (2.752>1.985) with a significant value of 0.007<0.05. (3) Taxpayer Awareness and Administrative Sanctions have a positive and significant effect on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance, with a value of Fcount>Ftable (29.306>3.09), with a significant value of 0.000<0.05.

Every company always has a target to make a profit. It takes the right methods and calculations to obtain these profits. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role in determining the selling price using the variable costing method and the ABC method on CV. Madani Digital Printing. After using the calculation with the determination of variable cost of goods, the expected profit can be achieved while the selling price per set is higher. The selling price per sofa set using the ABC method is lower than the variable method. CV. Madani Digital Printing has not set a precise and accurate selling price. The company's calculation method is not correct, CV Madani Digital Printing has not done it well in setting the selling price, there are marketing costs and administrative and general costs that have not been taken into account. By determining the selling price using the variable costing method, including marketing and administrative and general costs, it is proven that the expected profit can be achieved. Using the ABC method can be useful for CV Madani Digital Printing to achieve maximum profit as expected, continuous evaluation must be carried out considering that changes in material costs are very dynamic, so that in setting selling prices more precisely and competing with competitors

The focus of this research is not optimal employee discipline in Tomo District. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of supervision, organizational commitment to employee work discipline with implications for performance employee of Tomo District, Sumedang Regency. The method used in the research This is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in the study There were 67 respondents consisting of village officials and apparatus in Tomo District. The results of the study show that supervision has a partial effect on work discipline employees by 0.343 or 34.3%. Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee work discipline of0.827 or 82.7%. Supervison and organizational commitment together have a simultaneous effect on performance of 0.922 or 92.2%. Supervision has a partial effect on employee performance by 0.636 or 63.6%. Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance of 0.383 or 38.3%. Supervison andOrganizational Commitment together are simultaneously influential on employeeperformance by 0.850 or 85%. Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance by 0.748 or 74.8%. Supervision and employee work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance by 0.636 or 63.6%. Commitment organization and employee work discipline affect employee performance by 0.383or 38.3%.

Marketing management in an educational institution is very important. This is the desire of education consumers to know what is in the school. In that case, an education management strategy is needed to carry out good and correct marketing according to existing conditions. When marketing a school, what must be considered is the quality of the school as something that will be offered to the market. The implementation of an education marketing management strategy will be good if it is supported by good school quality. However, there are still schools that have not integrated the two well. This research aims to determine the education management strategy carried out at MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency and to determine the quality of school at MTs Darul Hikmah. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency has implemented an education marketing management strategy and the quality of the school is quite good, although improvements are still needed for the future

This study aims to determine and test empirical data related to the Effect of Educational Information Systems and Teacher Social Competence on Parent Satisfaction of Students separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used a quantitative method with a correlational approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely the parents with a research sample of133 respondents from a total population of 202 parents of students. The data was collected using a questionnaire / questionnaire technique. The type of analysis used is correlation and regression analysis which is described descriptively. The results of this study are First, there is a positive and significant influence between the education management information system and parental satisfaction of 44.9 % and it means that the remaining 55.1% is determined by other factors, which means that every one unit increase in the education management information system score will affect the increase in parental satisfaction scores by 0.567. Second, there is a positive and significant influence between the social competence of teachers and parental satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 55.8%, which means that everyone unit increase in the social competence score of teachers will affect the increasein parental satisfaction scores by 0.800. Third, there is a positive and significantinfluence between the education management information system and the socialcompetence of teachers together on parental satisfaction with a correlationcoefficient of 0.810 and a coefficient of determination R-square of0.656 which jointly influence parental satisfaction of 65.6% and the remaining34.4% is determined by other factors. The regression coefficient is obtained by Ŷ =11.706 + 0.316X1 + 0.581X2, which means that every one unit increase in the education management information system score and the social competence of teachers together will affect the increase in the Parental Satisfaction score of0.897

Since COVID-19 entered Indonesia in February 2020, as a result the Indonesian government is currently taking steps to social distancing activities to the community. Where people are asked to maintain a distance of 1-2 meters when interacting to minimize the spread of the virus. So that schools, universities, offices, agencies under the auspices of the government closed their operational activities and replaced with activities at home. Indirectly, will result in a weakening of the economy so that many retail companies suffer losses and are forced to Terminate Employment. Lack of accurate decision making by a manager will not make retail companies last long. This case study aims to determine the role of Managerial Control in a Manager's decision making. The method used is descriptive and qualitative data forms. This case study states that a manager in an effort to continue the company takes the decision to reduce fixed costs in the form of employee salary costs without looking at the opportunities of the COVID-19 pandemic situation by utilizing technological advances in communication andinformation such as online shops to market their products.

This research focuses on Leadership Style in the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office of Sumedang Regency with the aim of knowing the leadership style used by the head of the service and its development efforts. The research method used was qualitative with a purposive sampling technique and informants were taken from service secretaries, heads of fields, and others. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman and the results of interviews, observation and analysis show that the leadership style used is good and in accordance with regulations, and the leadership style used is democratic with good communication, decisions are taken through deliberation, transparency in communication, and good relationships between superiors and subordinates.

Public demand for motorcycles is always increasing. The motorcycle automotive manufacturers compete with each other to offer their products. Yamaha is one of the biggest and best automotive companies, especially in Indonesia. In the current uncertain economic situation as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic crisis which has resulted in a sluggishness in motorcycle sales which has had an impact on the motorcycle sales marketing process. So before marketing their products, companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior first. Because consumer behavior will be the target for purchasing products that will be marketed. The purpose of this research is to analyze consumer behavior in determining the purchase of a Yamaha motorcycle at Jaya Perkasa Motor Sumedang. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective motorcycle consumers in buying a motorbike have many considerations to get the motorbike they want, such as what are the advantages, affordable prices, if purchased on credit with low interest and how long does the delivery process take because the current process is through ordering goods first or indent for 1 month to 3 months to purchase a motorcycle unit
