Abstract

Banking is the core of every country's financial system. Through lending activities and various services provided, the Bank serves financing needs and expedited payment system mechanisms for all sectors of the economy. The problem is customer complaints at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. Customer complaints are caused by the lack of rapid response from employees to customers, credit services are still slow, based on this research objective is to analyze and solutions to improve customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach. The sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique. Research informants are: cash chief, wado, teller , customer service and customers of PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Research variables have been analyzed, including: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance or certainty, and empathy. The results showed the facilities at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang that the dimensions of physical evidence (tangibles), reflected in physical facilities, lack of atm machines. Abstract

Stimulated by the development of middle-class society and the changes of people's lifestyle, the performance of the coffee industry in domestic area, especially in Sumedang, has significantly increased. Eilaji Coffee Sumedang is a coffee shop that located at Budi Asih street, number 2 (side to the Sumedang Prison). Because of that, to win the competition competitively, Eilaji Coffee Sumedang needs to develop and improve their products through the Product Mix. This study purposed to determine the Product Mix Analysis at Eilaji Coffee Sumedang. This study used the Qualitative Research Method, how to collect the data is by doing the observation, interview and documentation. The Products Mix contained at Eilaji Coffee Sumedang are the Width Level of Product Mix, the Length Level of Product Mix, the Depth Level of Product Mix and the Product Mix Consistency. Eilaji Coffee Sumedang consistently processed their various coffee drinks with the exclusive and unique taste in each their coffee products by using the product mix system in order to get the well-received by their consumers.

Abstract

Promotion is the key to success in business. When the promotion that is run is right, usually customers will be loyal to continue to buy. Product packaging has a strong influence on consumer purchase intentions, especially at the point of sale. Packaging serves as a means of promotion because packaging that can protect and facilitate the use of the product adds value to the sale and promotion of the product. Packaging is able to add value to consumers if it is in accordance with the function of the packaging itself, such as a place that fits the load capacity of a product and also becomes a differentiating identity from other products, so that consumers are sure to buy. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of product promotion, product packaging, consumer buying interest at the Tiara Sari cake shop. The method uses a qualitative research approach and literature study (Library Research) which is useful for obtaining a series of descriptions of the factors that influence the results of the variables studied. This research step uses data collection methods from online journals literature sourced from Google Schooler. The results of product promotion research affect consumers in generating consumer buying interest, packaging has a negative impact on the variable of consumer buying interest, which means that the lower the quality of the packaging, the lower the consumer's interest in buying a product. The conclusion of the role of product promotion in generating consumer buying interest at the Tiara Sari cake shop can be seen specifically for respondents with low packaging perceptions, high promotional perceptions increase purchase intentions more than low promotional perceptions, if the product quality is good, although not there is a product promotion, consumers can still buy the product so that the better the quality of the product it produces will provide an opportunity for consumers to make purchasing decisions. In addition, the role of product packaging in generating consumer buying interest at the Tiara Sari cake shop is already functioning properly, the packaging has an influence (gives a negative impact) on consumer buying interest, which means that the lower the quality of product packaging, the lower the consumer interest in buying a product. Product packaging has a great influence on buyers when making purchasing decisions, product packaging moderated by promotions generates consumer buying interest. Although good packaging does not guarantee good product quality.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on a country’s economy. Therefore, every company is required to carry out its business activities in a more professional. In carrying out its business activities, a management control system is needed to be able to regulate and evaluate every company policy in achieving their goals. This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Management Control Systems on Employee Performance at PT. Sigma Poly Internusa Bandung City. This research is a quantitative research methods with an explanatory approach with a sample of 75 respondents employees of PT. Sigma Poly Internusa Bandung City The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaires, while the techniques used to analyze are: validity test, uni reliability, simple regression test, hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that the Management Control System has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The core of the problem in this research is the Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on the Performance of Police Members (Perception Study of Satlantas at the Cianjur Police Resort). This study uses a survey approach, and part analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation studies as well as data processing related to the problems studied, namely Organizational Culture and Leadership on the Performance of Satlantas Members at the Cianjur Police Resort. The analytical technique used is Part Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Correlation Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the discussion show that the Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on the Performance of Police Members (Perception Study of Traffic Traffic Units at the Cianjur Police Resort. It can be seen that the Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on the Performance of Traffic Police Members in Cianjur is 32.9% this figure shows a fairly strong correlation. This means that this figure shows that there is a fairly strong influence and there are 67.1% of other factors that affect the performance of members of the Cianjur Satlantas.The results of the test of the influence between Organizational Culture on Member Performance of (0.484)2 = 23.4% thus there is a significant at 0.000, meaning that there is an influence between variables Organizational Culture on Member Performance at the Cianjur Traffic Traffic Unit, and the results of the test of the influence between Leadership on Member Performance of (0.171)2 = 2.9%, thus there is no significant at 0.056, meaning that there is no influence between the Leadership variable on the Performance of the Cianjur Satlantas Members. Culture Organization and leadership have an influence on the performance of members of the Cianjur Satlantas can be accepted.

Abstract

The focus of this research is not optimal performance of TB employees. Harris Jaya Bandung. Based on this, this study aims to determine the implementation of employee performance improvement strategies and efforts to implement TB employee performance improvement strategies. Harris Jaya Bandung. This study uses a qualitative research method approach with the research variable is an employee performance improvement strategy. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Research informants as many as 6 people consisting of owners and employees. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the TB employee performance improvement strategy. Harris Jaya Bandung is good, this can be seen from the dimensions of 1) quantity, 2) quality, 3) timeliness, 4) cost effectiveness, 5) need for supervision ), and 6) the interpersonal impact is in line with the expectations of TB employees. Furthermore, efforts to overcome performance barriers need to be made as material for obligations, duties and responsibilities that require employee services because the success of an organization in carrying out its duties can be seen again the performance of its employees. Abstract

At this time Muslim fashion or what is more often called modest fashion, has begun to appear and become a trend. The target or market for Muslim fashion (modest fashion) has reached various circles, both Muslim and non-Muslim. One of the largest Muslim fashion companies in Indonesia is Elcorps. The elcorps group is a company that was founded in 2012. The elcorps group itself divides its business units into 4 industrial divisions, including the fashion industry, food industry, cosmetic industry, and tour and travel. One of the industries that is the biggest contributor to the company's revenue is the fashion industry. The brands in the fashion industry include Elzatta, Dauky, Zatta Men. In this Muslim fashion business activity, one of the important points is in the warehouse. But in this case, some problems come from the warehouse, including storage and product layout problems, to fulfilling orders for consumers. In this study using descriptive analysis research with qualitative methods, by collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that improvements must be made to warehouse management, one of which is storage management. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out which activities or parts of warehouse management need to be improved. The advice recommended by the author is to make a stock control schedule or stock taking every 3 months on products that are in warehouse. improve the storage layout (storage) and improve the layout of the warehouse management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee compensation and job satisfaction and to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka. This study uses survey methods, data collection techniques used are observation methods, questionnaires and data processing related to the problems studied, namely employee compensation and job satisfaction. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, Product Moment correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion regarding X (Compensation) are 1761 (Very Good) as a whole which is assessed based on the indicators because it is in the 1680 - 2000 interval, and regarding Y (Employee job satisfaction) is 1806 (Very Good) overall which is assessed based on the following indicators. the indicator is because it is in the interval 1680 – 2000. The relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka is 0.252 or 25.2%. This shows that compensation has a fairly strong influence on employee job satisfaction. While the remaining 74.8% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between compensation for employee job satisfaction at PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka and can be accepted with tcount > ttable or 3.582 > 2.02108, meaning Ho is rejected or H1 is accepted. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka, this will be useful in increasing employee job satisfaction and increasing the quality and quantity of employee work.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of non-performing financing (NPF) and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return On Assets (ROA). The data in this study are secondary data on the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri period 2006-2013. The method of analysis used in this study is using multiple regression analysis. This shows that the influence of variables Non Performing Financing (NPF) and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return On Assets (ROA) of 82.9%. Means a very strong independent variables affect the dependent variable. While partially Non Performing Financing (NPF) significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is not significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Simultaneously Non Performing Financing (NPF) and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of changes in oil prices on stock returns in the largest commodity-producing countries and the largest oil-importing countries, namely America, China, India and Indonesia. The research period was carried out during a decline in the stock market in 2022 (January 2022 – October 2022). The research method used was quantile regression, where the results show different symmetric and asymmetric effects in each country. The negative and significant effects of oil prices and stock returns occur in India, while the positive and significant effects occur in the United States and Indonesia. For China, no significant evidence was found between the influence of oil prices and stock returns even though China is one of the largest oil producers.
