Abstract

Employee performance is defined as the amount and quality of work that an employee can accomplish while performing his primary responsibilities and functions in line with the tasks assigned to them. By applying a basic random sampling technique, 30 office workers were selected as the study's sample. The non-physical work environment variable (X1) has a significant level of 0.639 > 0.05 in the study, which indicates that the non-physical work environment variable affects employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Office, but not significantly. The self-awareness variable (X2) yielded significant results with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05, which shows that there is a significant influence of self-awareness on employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Agency. Based on the simultaneous test results, the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination R2 is 73.7%, indicating that the non-physical work environment and self-awareness have a significant influence on employee performance together, and other variables not included in this study have an influence on 24.5% of the data. The findings of this study suggest that in order to maintain improved employee performance, institutions should focus on the non-physical work environment and employee self-awareness. Abstract

InvestasiKu, a component of the CT Corp conglomerate operating under Mega Capital Sekuritas, has actively implemented a marketing mix strategy. Despite concerted efforts, InvestasiKu has not succeeded in establishing itself among the top 20 brokerage firms in Indonesia. Consequently, this research concentrates on users of the InvestasiKu application in the Central Jakarta region. The study was conducted quantitatively from November to December 2023. The target population comprises users of the InvestasiKu application in Central Jakarta, though the exact population size remains unknown. Employing purposive sampling, 96 respondents were chosen for the research sample, and data collection was carried out through Google Forms. Multiple regression served as the analytical tool. Subtest results indicate that the product variable (X1) significantly influences investment outcomes (Y), as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the specified margin of error of 0.05. Conversely, the location variable (X3) does not exert a significant influence on investment interest (Y), with a significance value of 0.174, surpassing the specified margin of error of 0.05. Simultaneous tests reveal a noteworthy collective impact of the product, price, location, and promotion variables on investment interest, with a significance value < 0.000, signifying statistical significance. In essence, these variables collectively wield a substantial influence on investment interest. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Investment Interest, InvestasiKu

Abstract

The objective of the operational audit is to analyze whether the disbursement process and the cost accountability for official travel and study assignments have been running effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the university, and identify problems that arise as a result of the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the accountability process at XYZ University. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data so that it can provide a fairly clear picture of the object under study to make conclusions. In addition, researchers collect and process the results of questionnaires related to internal control and conduct interviews with related parties. From the research conducted, it is known that the costs of official travel and study assignments are uncollectible advances that arise because there is no responsibility for these costs. Internal control over the provision of official travel costs and study assignments is considered effective, but accountability for these costs is considered less effective. Apart from this, the accountability for costs that have been incurred but canceled by means of returning the down payment is deemed inefficient. The main cause of the ineffectiveness and inefficient of this procedure is the lack of firmness in imposing sanctions on employees who do not carry out accountability for the costs of official travel and study assignments. The recommendations put forward by researchers need to be implemented by the university as a step towards improving the procedure for giving and accounting for costs for official travel and study assignments.
