The problem of interfaith marriage involves the conflict between religious freedom and religious values and the constitution. Regarding interfaith marriage in Indonesia, Article 28J, Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution highlights that legal restrictions may be placed on an individual's rights and freedoms. This research discusses how to ensure the protection of human rights without neglecting upheld religious values. This study uses a normative juridical analysis method of laws and regulations, legal norms and doctrines as well as previous articles on marriage and human rights. The results of the study found that the right to marriage is qualified as a derogable right (a right that can be restricted) by the 1945 Constitution. Although the right to marry is a human right, its implementation is not liberal and the religious aspect in the understanding of particularism greatly affects the protection and enforcement of human rights, including the right to marry.

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees in carrying out the recording of district and subdistrict monographs at the Medan Helvetia District Office. District and subdistrict monographs play a crucial role as fundamental data in regional planning and development. Employee performance in the implementation of monograph recording is a critical factor to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of the required data. This research uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research respondents are employees directly involved in the implementation of monograph recording at the Medan Helvetia District Office. The results of the study indicate that the performance of employees in the implementation of monograph recording still faces several challenges. Factors such as a lack of training, excessive workload, and limited resources are major obstacles. In addition, the suboptimal reporting and monitoring system also has a negative impact on the quality of recording. The recommendations of this research include expanding training for employees, reviewing task allocation to reduce workload, improving information technology infrastructure, and optimizing the reporting system. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected that the performance of employees in the implementation of monograph recording can be improved, resulting in more reliable data to support decision-making at the district and subdistrict levels.

This paper was inspired by the clear signals the researcher received in his first few weeks as a graduate student of Development Communication at the University of Philippines Los Banos (UPLB), which pointed in the direction that Rhetoric had no place or significant role to play in Communication for. Development/Development Communication practice. It aims at theorizing that Rhetoric has a place, and is relevant to Development Communication. It attempts this through an exploration of existing literature for foundations of a number of assumptions that appeared to have informed decisions on the usability of Rhetoric in Communication for Development. paper concludes that beyond answers to the discursive positions of the essay,a thorough understanding of the foundational elements of Rhetoric may help strengthen the quality of development practitioners by preparing and equipping them with the right measure of sensitivity, and an appreciation that the field of development is primarily made of ‘people’ and ‘communities’, and most especially in finding truthful answers to whether Rhetoric in its classical and contemporary incarnations, can offer an alternative way of addressing some of today’s issues of development/social change and/or ensure a better grasp of principles and concepts of social change.

International trade between countries concerns the formation of multilateral relations between various countries to facilitate cooperation in the field of international trade, so international organizations were formed that regulate trade relations between countries so that international trade can be easier, and there are no obstacles in international relations trade between countries, namely the WTO (World Trade Organization). With the formation of the WTO, there are agreements that have been agreed upon by member countries. Indonesia is a member of the WTO and is bound by the provisions established in 1995 which were marked by the ratification of the WTO agreement through Law Number 7 of 1994. Indonesia must comply with all WTO provisions in order to increase market access in other member countries. The Indonesian state has a policy in the form of a halal policy which is regulated in UU/33/2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees. The existence of a policy stating that all products, both domestic and imported, must be halal certified is considered to be an obstacle to international trade because it is contrary to GATT policy and the TBT Agreement. The method used is normative legal research and the data used is secondary data sourced from primary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The approach used is a historical, explanatory and legal synchronization approach. Data collection techniques through literature studies and studied using qualitative analysis.

Traffic congestion is a significant issue with studies indicating it costs cities billions annually and averages 54 hours of wasted time per traveler each year. This situation necessitates the implementation of efficient traffic management systems, especially at intersections. In response to this challenge, our work introduces an artificial intelligence-based system designed to analyze and predict traffic flow using machine learning algorithms and deep learning methods in conjunction with traffic cameras. The model comprises two main components: real-time data collection and predictive modeling. It employs object detection to identify and classify vehicles and adjusts traffic signal timings based on the necessary passage time and predetermined constraints. Additionally, data accumulated during operation facilitates the development of a predictive model for traffic flow over time, allowing for proactive traffic management. Evaluations are done to showcase the accuracy of the model and corresponding simulation and physical implementation further approved the applicability of our approach. Finally, this work aims to enhance urban transportation efficiently, reduce commuting stress, and improve the quality of life for city residents

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the regulation of Build Operate Transfer (BOT) agreements in positive law in Indonesia and the legal issues in the BOT agreement between the Mataram City Government and PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The types of data used include secondary and primary data. Secondary data consists of literature sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The regulation of Build Operate Transfer is essentially the same as general contract regulations, which are governed by the third book of the Civil Code regarding obligations. Additionally, Build Operate Transfer is also regulated by several other regulations, including: Government Regulation No. 27 of 2014, Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2010, Minister of Finance Regulation No. 78/PMK.06/2014, and Minister of Finance Regulation No. 02/PMK.06/2008 concerning the Appraisal of State-Owned Assets. The legal issue in this Build Operate Transfer agreement is that PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy failed to comply with and PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy regarding the management of the APHM Cilinaya Area. PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy did not fulfill its obligation to pay royalties to the Mataram City Government from 2016 to 2019.
