The subject matter is then broken down into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: 1) what is the general description of food stalls in North Kolaka Regency 2) What is the policy of the Ministry of Religion of North Kolaka Regency regarding the Implementation of the Law on Halal Product Guarantees in Assigning Halal Labels to Food Stalls in North Kolaka Regency? 3) How is the implementation of the law on halal product guarantees regarding the provision of halal labels to food stalls in North Kolaka district? 4) What is the maqasid al-shariah analysis of halal labeling in restaurants in North Kolaka district? This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used is a juridical approach, a syar'i approach, and a sociological approach. The data source for this research is a data source in the form of humans in research in general as respondents. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, and reference tracing. Then, data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) Food stalls in North Kolaka Regency are business opportunities that have continued to develop in accordance with increasingly advanced times 2) The policy of the Ministry of Religion of North Kolaka Regency regarding the implementation of the law on halal product guarantees regarding the provision of halal labels to food stalls in North Kolaka Regency is currently still not optimal. The constraints faced as UUJPH implementers. First, the draft implementing regulations for the JPH Law were purely the result of the Ministry of Religion without any bilateral relations between other ministries in their fields. Second, when the draft was rejected by the PAK, the Ministry of Religion had to start all over again to make the draft. Third, during the meeting to discuss the draft implementing regulations for the JPH Law with the PAK who were present were not the heads of ministry policies in their fields. 3) The method of implementing Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products has not gone well because the average restaurant in North Kolaka Regency has not been labeled halal. As for the factors hindering this implementation, namely the participation of law enforcement officials has not been running as it should, then the public's attitude towards the existence of this law does not seem to care too much. 4) Analysis of Maqāṣid asy-syarīʻah on giving halal labels to restaurants in the first Kolaka Regency, the JPH Law can provide comfort, security, safety, and certainty of the availability of Halal Products for the community with the aim of implementing guarantees to increase halal products. Second, the Halal JPH Law can provide added value for business actors to produce and sell Halal Products.

Abstract

This article discusses the history of the Abbasid dynasty, as we all know that the formation of the Abbasid dynasty is inseparable from the long history and influence of the fall of the Umayyad dynasty. This writing is a tangible symbol that the long history of the Abbasid dynasty will be documented in a journal entitled "The Dynamics of Islamic Civilization: The Process of the Formation of the Abbasid Dynasty." Like the common discussions that the Umayyad dynasty was the Islamic rulers who created a monarchy system (a government system in the form of a kingdom). Previously, the system used was democratic, and therefore, this kingdom gained its power through diplomacy, violence, and deception, allowing the dynasty to grow rapidly. Unlike previous leadership, during the era of the Khalifaur rasyidin, the society chose their leaders using a democratic system. This system has been in place since the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW. At that time, the existence of the Umayyad dynasty lasted for 90 years (680-750 AD).

Abstract

This article discusses the history of Islamic civilization in Europe or Andalusia during the period from 711 CE to 1492 CE. The type of research employed in this study is library research, which focuses on examining literature as the object of study, using books as its data source. The data for this research is obtained from secondary sources, derived from previous studies, involving reading, reviewing, and analyzing various literature relevant to the research. The research findings indicate that the arrival of Islam had a positive impact, enriching life in Andalusia and transforming the region into one of the world's centers of civilization, comparable to the glory of the Umayyad Dynasty in Damascus and the Abbasid Dynasty in Baghdad. Islamic contributions played a crucial role in the development of Western civilization, particularly in the fields of politics, economy, science and technology, astronomy, philosophy, medicine, literature, history, and geography. However, despite the efforts of the Islamic community to maintain its dominance over the centuries, it faced severe challenges such as intra-Muslim conflicts, conflicts with Christians, the absence of a unifying ideology, economic difficulties, and unclear power transition systems. Consequently, Islam eventually relinquished its authority, marking the end of Islamic rule in Spain. Thus, the history of Islam in Andalusia, despite its eventual defeat, reveals Islam as a cultural force that gave rise to various branches of culture in all its diversity and forms. Abstract

In the era of globalization, lifelong learning has become an urgent need due to changes in technology and the job market. However, public participation is still low, especially in developing countries. Islam emphasizes the importance of knowledge, as reflected in the Prophetic traditions that encourage people to continue learning. These hadiths can serve as motivation and strategies to increase community involvement in continuing education. This study aims to examine the role of hadith in promoting lifelong learning and formulate strategies based on Islamic values that can be applied in continuing education. The research method used is a qualitative approach with analysis of hadith texts and literature studies. This study also adopts an interdisciplinary approach by linking hadith studies with modern learning theories. The results show that hadith has great potential in shaping the paradigm of lifelong learning. The integration of hadith with modern learning strategies can increase community motivation and participation. For example, entrepreneurship training can be linked to the hadith on work ethic while digital literacy can be taught through the analogy of the story of Prophet Moses and Prophet Khidir. Initial case studies show that hadith-based approaches are more effective than secular methods in increasing community engagement in learning. Lifelong learning is a fundamental principle in Islam, but it still faces challenges in its implementation. Synergy between academics, government and religious institutions is needed to develop education policies that are more inclusive and based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The phenomenon of childfree in Indonesia has become a topic that attracts attention, especially among Muslim communities facing the challenges of modernization, social change, and the dynamics of urban life. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of childfree from the perspective of maqasid al-syariah, which is the objectives of sharia in Islam. In this context, marriage is not only seen as a biological bond between a man and a woman, but also as a means to maintain the continuity of humanity and produce quality offspring. The results show that although the choice not to have children can be understood as a form of individual freedom, this is contrary to the principles of maqasid al-syariah which emphasize the importance of preserving offspring and achieving benefits for society. In Islam, marriage has broader goals, including forming a generation that is pious and God-fearing, and contributing to the welfare of society. The childfree phenomenon also reflects society’s changing values and views on marriage and family, with many couples choosing to focus on their careers, personal freedom and quality of life. This choice is often fueled by concerns about the unstable state of the world and the challenges of raising children. As such, this phenomenon needs to be critically considered in the context of Islamic values and its impact on social structures. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into the social and cultural implications of childfree choices and encourage further discussion on marriage, offspring, and social responsibility from an Islamic perspective.
