Abstract

This research article examines the use of pinterest applications as a fashion design teaching material in students of Vocational Education Fashion Design. The aim is to describe the effectiveness of pinterest applications in improving fashion design skills that will be displayed into a real fashion product. Pinterest, as an application engine that finds visual ideas to inspire styles, hobbies, recipes, eating styles and many more ideas that will come up to suit the inspiration you are looking for. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Research results show that pinterest is effective as a learning medium, improving skills, understanding, developing ideas and creators of a product that will be made by students of vocational education fashion design.The integration of digital technologies such as the pinteres application provides learning experiences and prepares students to become designers. It is suggested that the pinterest application can be used more widely in various learning to improve the quality of education. The use of the pinterest application provides a positive and worthwhile feature to use.

Abstract

Masa menyusui adalah periode yang sangat krusial bagi kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan sumber nutrisi utama bagi bayi yang memberikan segala kebutuhan gizi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal.Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah melihat beberapa hasil penelitian mengenai kebutuhan nutrisi ibu menyusui kemudian dianalisa dan sintesis sehingga dapat dibaca kesimpulannya.Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur review yang diperoleh melalui jurnal ilmiah, buku dan laporan penelitian terkait topik “Kebutuhan Nutrisi Ibu Menyusui” yang di publikasikan dari tahun 2015-2023 berdasar kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan metode naratif untuk menyusun temuan utama, serta mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam penelitian yang ada. Dari 10 Penelitian, ada 2 jurnal menemukan bahwa faktor umur mempengaruhi kebutuhan nutrisi ibu menyusui, 4 jurnal menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan ibu baik dan 1 jurnal menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan ibu masih kurang, 3 jurnal menggunakan tambahan nutrisi dan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu menyusui mengenai nutrisi yang dibutuhkan. Diharapkan penelitian literatur review ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif dan mendalam mengenai kebutuhan nutrisi ibu menyusui, serta memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk  penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hak-hak orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) dalam pemilu di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengakuan dan perlindungan hak pilih mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode normatif, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, dokumen resmi, serta literatur hukum yang relevan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami dan menginterpretasikan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta mengevaluasi penerapannya dalam konteks hak-hak ODGJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun secara hukum ODGJ memiliki hak yang sama dengan warga negara lainnya, termasuk hak untuk memilih dalam pemilu, terdapat tantangan signifikan dalam implementasinya. Beberapa regulasi dan putusan pengadilan mendukung hak pilih bagi ODGJ, namun praktik di lapangan menunjukkan adanya hambatan dalam memastikan bahwa hak-hak ini benar-benar terlindungi dan diimplementasikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perlunya upaya lebih lanjut dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah ini, termasuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat serta memperbaiki mekanisme perlindungan hukum bagi ODGJ dalam pemilu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak perubahan konstitusi terhadap struktur ketatanegaraan dan implementasi hukum di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada serangkaian amandemen terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen melalui studi literatur yang relevan, termasuk analisis historis dan perbandingan dengan teori perubahan konstitusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa amandemen konstitusi telah secara signifikan mengubah konstitusi yang semula bersifat rigid menjadi lebih fleksibel, memperkuat prinsip-prinsip demokrasi dan supremasi hukum melalui pembentukan lembaga-lembaga baru seperti Mahkamah Konstitusi dan Komisi Yudisial. Perubahan ini juga mengubah hubungan kekuasaan antar lembaga negara, mengurangi sentralisasi kekuasaan eksekutif, dan memperluas otonomi daerah, sehingga memungkinkan adaptasi yang lebih baik terhadap perubahan sosial, politik, dan ekonomi.

Abstract

The Class IIA Bukittinggi Penitentiary is a correctional institution that conducts rehabilitation programs during incarceration to shape the character of inmates for their betterment in the future. This research explores the role of the Class IIA Bukittinggi Penitentiary in fostering self-reliance among inmates with narcotics cases, as well as the factors that hinder and support this rehabilitation process. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data through documentation, interviews, and observations at the Class IIA Bukittinggi Penitentiary. The findings indicate that correctional institutions play a crucial role in providing self-reliance training to inmates, particularly in the context of narcotics cases, to prepare them for life after serving their sentences. However, there are several obstacles in implementing rehabilitation programs, including the lack of skills among supervisory staff in teaching relevant skills, as well as challenges in financing and providing adequate accommodation for a large number of inmates. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the Class IIA Bukittinggi Penitentiary enhance creativity and professionalism in providing self-reliance training, and offer relevant programs to equip inmates with the necessary skills to overcome challenges upon release. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to make correctional institutions more effective in rehabilitating inmates with narcotics cases and preparing them for reintegration into society.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the mechanism of the guarantor of debts and receivables with the guarantee of a house certificate owned by the guarantor by the debtor to the creditor or savings and loan cooperative agreement between the guarantor and the debtor on the land certificate that is collateralized for reasons in the form of unwritten, trust and length of the agreement between the parties debtor by the creditor for 5 years from or since the signing of the agreement from 2023 to 2027 and the agreement is carried out in the South Tangerang Legal Area, more precisely at the place where the object is used as collateral which is located in Rempoa, East Ciputat District. This research is an empirical research that is descriptive. The data source used is primary data obtained through interviews with related parties and secondary data used are books, laws and regulations, journals and materials from the internet and other related sources. The data analysis technique used is qualitative with an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the research on Debt and receivables guarantor with a guarantee of a house certificate owned by a guarantor by the debtor in the jurisdiction of South Tangerang, more precisely in the place of the object that is used as collateral which is located in Rempoa, East Ciputat District in the background with the interest of opening a thousand pempek business branches. The agreement process does not require difficult procedures, only based on trust

Abstract

A broker is defined as an intermediary between bothparties, sellers and buyers who mutually pledge or enter into a contract to offer any goods/objects, including a plot of land. The size of the income earned by the broker depends on his efforts and good work. If the broker can sell land with good work, then the broker's income will also be large. However, sometimes the price agreed upon by the broker and the buyer does not provide the right information to the land owner at the broker's request. In this research, the author uses qualitative research methods by identifying, describing and analyzing the distribution of brokers' profits in a sale and purchase transaction of a plot of land. As an intermediary between sellers and buyers of land, accepting and servicing every job in order to use their services as an intermediary, apart from that, a broker sometimes has the task of checking the validity of the certificate itself. In this case, a broker plays a very important role in selecting potential buyers.

Abstract

Productivity is something that always wants to be improved because it can describe the level of efficiency and effectiveness of employee work. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee work productivity, factors that have an impact on employee work productivity and formulate strategies to improve employee work productivity at Berkah Hospital, Pandeglang Banten Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, documentation, literature. Informants in this study were employees who worked at the Blessing Hospital of Pandeglang Banten Regency. The informants were two people, namely the Head of the Payment Counter Room and the Ambulance Driver. The result of this research is the work productivity of employees at the Blessing Hospital of Pandeglang Banten Regency is fairly good, but there are several issues that are of concern to the leaders or directors of the hospital. The level of employee work productivity at the Berkah Hospital of Pandeglang Banten requires improvement efforts through employee motivation, training, discipline, skills or competence, technological sophistication, social security, and rewards.

Abstract

Services at the Central Amuntai Sub-District Office, have not been maximized in providing a service, namely the lack of attention and ability of employees in the form of providing information to visitors, so that misunderstandings often occur, services are less precise, and lack of socialization / direction. Research Objectives to find out the influence and magnitude between service quality on community satisfaction. The research method used is Quantitative with associative type cause and effect and explains systematically. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data sources were taken using the Slovin formula with simple random sampling techniques totaling 75 respondents. The results showed that the results of the Service Quality variable (X) had a significant effect on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y) at the Central Amuntai Sub-District Office, HSU Regency. This can be seen from the level of satisfaction as evidenced by the simple linear regression analysis Y = 22.294 + 0.089 X, which means that every one increase in Service Quality has an effect of 0.089 on Community Satisfaction, so there is an influence between variable X on variable Y. Meanwhile, from the results of the t test calculation, namely the tcount of 2, 438 compared to the t table (db = 73) which is 2, 379 with a significant level of 0.01, this means that tcount> t table, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. means that there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Central Amuntai Sub-District Office of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. To the Head of the Central Amuntai Sub-District of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, and service officers in order to further improve the ability of employees, provide information and periodic socialization to the community.

Abstract

Hukum Islam adalah salah satu aspek ajaran Islam yang menempati posisi yang sangat krusial dalam pandangan umat islam, karena ia merupakan manifestasi paling kongkrit dari hukum Islam sebagai sebuah agama. Hukum Islam memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam hukum positif Indonesia, terutama dalam beberapa bidang hukum.sedangkan hukum positif adalah hukum berupa Undang-Undang yang mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia, ataupun dengan badan hukum. Hukum Islam secara garis besar diartikan dengan aturan-aturan yang merupakan hasil pemahaman dan deduksi dari ketentuan-ketentuan yang diwahyukan Allah SWT kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Karena itu, sumber utama hukum Islam adalah al- Qur’an dan Hadits. sumber hukum positif murni dari masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan pengambilan atau penemuan hukum positif menggunakan metode induktif. Yaitu dengan mengamati perbuatan-perbuatan dan sikap anggota masyarakat. Dari berbagai hasil pengamatan inilah kemudian dibuat peraturan-peraturan umum yang mengikat seluruh masyarakat. Dalam artikel ini penulis berusaha memaparkan lebih jauh analisis konsep dan sumbersumber dari kedua hukum tersebut, dan analisis perbandingannya.
