Abstract

The digital era demands that the Indonesian bureaucracy adapt through the implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System (ESG). The success of digital transformation is largely determined by the capabilities of the State Civil Apparatus (Civil Servants) as public administration implementers. However, limited digital literacy, intergenerational skill gaps, irrelevant training, a conservative organizational culture, and disparities in digital infrastructure are obstacles to realizing an effective digital bureaucracy. This study aims to analyze the role of development administration in increasing the capacity of civil servants (ASN) using the Grindle capacity building approach, which encompasses individual, organizational, and system development. The method used is qualitative-descriptive through literature studies and policy analysis related to the digital transformation of the bureaucracy and the development of civil servant human resources. The results of the study indicate that improving digital literacy, technical competence, and adaptive mindsets of civil servants is necessary at the individual level, while organizations require flexible, collaborative structures and visionary leadership. At the system level, regulatory support, policy integration, and the provision of digital infrastructure are needed. The results of this study demonstrate that development administration plays a strategic role in directing digital transformation through comprehensive capacity building of civil servants

Abstract

Hypertension is a prevalent health problem that increases the risk of cardiovascular complications. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacological interventions such as brisk walking exercise play an important role in helping control blood pressure. This study aimed to analyze the effect of brisk walking exercise on blood pressure reduction among patients with hypertension in the working area of Puskesmas Kembaran 1, Banyumas Regency. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. A total of 32 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of hypertensive patients without complications and with stable conditions. The intervention consisted of brisk walking exercise performed for three consecutive days, 15 minutes per session. Blood pressure was measured 30 minutes before and after each intervention using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Data analysis used the paired t-test for systolic pressure and the Wilcoxon test for diastolic pressure. The results showed that most respondents were late elderly (56.3%), female (62.5%), and had a family history of hypertension (65.6%). The mean blood pressure before the intervention was 149.47 mmHg (systolic) and 89.97 mmHg (diastolic). After the intervention, it decreased to 142.09 mmHg and 84.38 mmHg, respectively. Statistical tests indicated a significant reduction in systolic (7.38 mmHg) and diastolic pressure (5.59 mmHg) with p = 0.0001. The study concludes that brisk walking exercise has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure among hypertensive patients. This intervention is recommended as a simple, safe, and affordable strategy for hypertension management in primary health care settings

Abstract

Nursing management supervision is one of the managerial functions that plays an important role in improving the performance of the nursing team. The optimal implementation of supervision focuses not only on supervision, but also includes coaching, mentoring, and ongoing evaluation of nurses. This article aims to examine the role of nursing management supervision optimization in supporting the performance of nursing teams. The writing method used is a literature study by examining various scientific sources in the form of nursing textbooks and relevant journal articles in the last ten years. The results of the study show that nursing management supervision carried out in a planned, systematic, and continuous manner is able to improve the performance of the nursing team, which is characterized by increased compliance with nursing care standards, documentation quality, team communication, and nurse job satisfaction. In addition, supportive and educational supervision can increase the motivation and responsibility of nurses in providing quality nursing care. Therefore, the optimization of nursing management supervision needs to be applied consistently by nursing leaders as an important strategy in improving the performance of the nursing team and the quality of health services.

Abstract

Motivation is the main factor driving someone to carry out their activities in a work environment. Conceptually, if an employee (online motorcycle taxi driver) has high motivation in working, the resulting performance will increase. Driver performance can be affected by work stress. Stress can have a negative impact on a person's psychological and biological state, this also occurs for Grab drivers in Yogyakarta. Because the company's motivational efforts are aimed at achieving high work effectiveness in order to achieve predetermined targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work stress and work motivation experienced by online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grab), especially in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were online motorcycle taxi drivers who are members of the Grab Indonesia company, with no age restrictions, officially registered and domiciled in the city of Yogyakarta. The data collection method was a scale of work stress and work motivation. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation technique, The results of the study showed that the F test showed that the F count value of 59.576> F table value (3.15) with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 <0.05, thus indicating that work motivation jointly affects work stress. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between work stress and the work motivation of Grab online motorcycle taxi drivers in Yogyakarta

Abstract

PT. KMB is a company that cultivates oil palm plants and processes them into CPO. PT. KMB follows government regulations, but in reality, it does not comply with government regulations regarding overtime hours. Happy Prosperous Works. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict on employee work stress at PT. KMB, the influence of leadership on employee work stress at PT. KMB, and knowing the effect of the work environment on employee work stress at PT. KMB. The research design used in this study is a descriptive research design and causality research. The result of the research is that there is an influence between work conflict and work stress at PT. KMB. This can be seen from the t-value of 2,458 > t-table of 1.976 and the sig value of 0.015 < 0.05. Then there is no influence between leadership and work stress at PT. KMB. This can be seen from the t-value of 1,863 < t-table of 1.976 and the sig value of 0.064 > 0.05. In addition, there is no influence between the work environment and work stress at PT. KMB. This can be seen from the calculated -t value – 1,768 > -t table -1.976 and the sig value of 0.079 > 0.05.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products in the context of rapid economic digitization in Indonesia. The main focus of the research is to identify the level of understanding and awareness of MSMEs of IPR, the obstacles faced in registering and managing IPR, and the role of the government and related institutions in facilitating such protection through digitization of services and education. The research method used is a qualitative study with data analysis from primary and secondary sources, including government policies and interviews with MSME actors. The results show that despite increased awareness, MSMEs still face cost constraints, complicated procedures, and limited access to information. Digitalization of IPR services and education programs are key to overcoming these obstacles, while supporting MSMEs in expanding market access and product competitiveness. The findings recommend simplifying the IPR registration process, strengthening IPR literacy, and increasing policy incentives as strategic efforts to strengthen IPR protection for MSMEs in the digital era. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective IPR protection policies and practices for Indonesia's creative economy.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is a legal mechanism intended to provide legal certainty and fairness for the parties involved, particularly creditors and debtors, in situations where the debtor is unable to fulfill debt obligations. However, in practice, bankruptcy caused by force majeure raises specific legal issues, especially regarding the form and scope of legal protection for creditors. Conditions of force majeure may place the debtor in a position of non-performance without fault, which potentially creates an imbalance of interests between creditors and debtors. The method used in this research is normative legal research, conducted as an effort to obtain the necessary data related to the problem. The data used are secondary data and tertiary legal materials. In addition, primary data is also used to support the secondary legal materials. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative legal analysis methods. The theories used in this research are the Legal Protection Theory and the Risk Theory. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for creditors in bankruptcy caused by force majeure is still provided through the principle of paritas creditorum and the mechanism of bankruptcy estate settlement conducted by the curator. However, the Bankruptcy Law has not explicitly regulated differentiated treatment for debtors who become bankrupt without fault. Therefore, equitable legal interpretation and more comprehensive legal policies are required to ensure a balance of rights and obligations between creditors and debtors in bankruptcy situations caused by force majeure.

Abstract

The abstract is a brief summary of the entire article’s contents. The This article aims to examine the role of nursing audits in improving the quality of care through medical record documentation. The issue addressed focuses on the suboptimal quality of nursing documentation, which may affect service quality and patient safety. This study employed a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing twenty relevant national and international scientific articles related to nursing audits and medical record documentation. The literature was reviewed to identify the role of nursing audits, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their implications for quality of care. The findings indicate that nursing audits play a significant role in improving the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of nursing care documentation. Audit implementation accompanied by feedback, supervision, and organizational support encourages nurses’ compliance with documentation standards. Furthermore, the use of electronic documentation systems enhances the effectiveness of the audit process. In conclusion, nursing audits can serve as an effective strategy to improve the quality of nursing care when implemented continuously and supported by appropriate policies, training, and institutional commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting understanding, internal control, and information technology utilization on the quality of financial reports. This study was conducted on auditors in the Nagekeo Regency Government. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a sample size of 40 employees. The data analysis techniques used were: first, descriptive statistical tests; second, data quality tests, including validity and reliability tests; third, multiple linear regression tests; fourth, classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests; and finally, hypothesis tests, including t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests, using the SPSS 26 application program. Accounting understanding, internal control, and information technology utilization influence the quality of financial reports. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that accounting understanding, internal control, and information technology utilization influence the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Cataracts are a condition in which the normally clear and clear lens of the eye turns cloudy. Cataracts that occur due to disorders of the endocrine system are caused by diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the characteristics of cataracts in diabetes mellitus at RSUP Dr. M Djamil Padang Period 2020 –2021. This research was a retrospective descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to determine the characteristics of cataracts in patients with diabetes mellitus at RSUP Dr. M Djamil for the period 2020 - 2021. This study used secondary data in the form of medical records from 39 cataract patients with a history of diabetes mellitus. Data analysis was carried out in the form of descriptive analysis using the SPSS application. This study showed that 28 people (71.8%) respondents aged ≥ 60 years, 24 people were male (61.5%), 30 patients with duration of diabetes mellitus ≥5 years (76.9%), 19 respondents (48.7%) had mature cataracts. Individuals aged ≥ 60 years mostly had mature cataracts (14 people; 50.0%), male respondents mostly had mature cataracts (12 people; 50.0%) and individuals with cataract duration ≥ 5 years mostly had mature cataracts (17 people; 56.7%). The conclusion of this study is the discovery of cataracts in diabetes mellitus with the most age ≥ 60 years, male gender, duration of diabetes mellitus ≥5 years, and type of mature cataract. Most mature cataracts were found at age ≥ 60 years, male gender, and duration of diabetes mellitus ≥5 years.
