Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kearsipan pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Bengkulu, Untuk mengetahui Efektifitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Bengkulu dan mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kearsipan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak (BGP) Provinsi Bengkulu serta mengetahui besarnya tingkat pengaruh kearsipan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor BGP Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini dalam menganalisa menggunakan berbagai penghitungan statistic dengan menggunakan berbagai rumus statistic dengan inti analisa rumus korelasi produck moment. Dengan demikian bila dilihat dilihat dari teknis pelaksanaan penelitian ini maka penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriftif study korelasi (Descriftif study correlation)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk : mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perumusan strategi kebijakan pengembangan desa wisata di Panca Mukti Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretariat Desa, Ketua BPD, Tokoh Masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Panca Mukti ini telah melibatkan masyarakat dalam perumusan strategi kebijakan pengembangan desa wisata. Berbagai bentuk dukungan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah pun terlihat pada beberapa kegiatan seperti penanaman melon, penebaran bibit ikan yang disupport oleh Bupati Bengkulu Tengah dan Dinas Pariwisata

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian di lakukan Untuk mengetahui ketercapaian Program Indonesia Pintar bagi siswa SD Negeri 24 Kelurahan Panorama Kecamatan Singaranpati Kota Bengkulu dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program kebijakan Pogram Indonesia Pintar bagi siswa SD Negeri 24 Kelurahan Panorama Kecamatan Singaranpati Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskeriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun dalam penelitian ini penelitian menggunakan pendekatan induktif. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian deskeriftif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan metode yang menggambarkan permasalahan atau kasus yang dikemukakan berdasarkan fakta yang ada dengan berpijak pada fakta yang bersifat khusus kemudian diteliti untuk dipecahkan permasalahanya dan di tarik kesimpulan secara umum

Abstract

Poverty Reduction Policies here have a very strategic role in efforts to increase poverty reduction in Indonesia. Various programs have been created and run by the government in various forms over a long period of time. However, in the implementation phase of the policy, it turns out that there are still many obstacles and obstacles. The distribution of social assistance that has not been properly targeted (distribution bias) is one of the main problems that must be immediately found the best solution. This distribution bias is caused by the discretion of the program implementing officers in the field (street-level bureaucracy). This condition has had an impact on the achievement of the poverty reduction target which has not been optimal.

Abstract

The most prominent employee mutation activity in Palembang City is in the context of promotion and transfer in order to evenly distribute employees in the ranks of the Office, Agency and Office in Palembang City. The type of research that is considered appropriate in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection of this research was carried out based on observations, interviews and documents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a taxonomic analysis technique, which is to form a detailed and in-depth analysis in discussing a theme or subject matter. This taxonomic analysis is used to describe in detail the process of mutation of promotions for civil servants at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Palembang City. Based on the research results, in terms of mutation of civil servants, the authority that exists in the government is very broad. Only the appointment of echelon II requires approval from the top level government, and the appointment of the Regional Secretary requires approval from the local DPRD. The procedure for employee transfers differs according to the position of the mutation. For mutation due to promotion, it has been determined based on the applicable legislation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the standard operating procedure for making a driver's license. The implementation of standard operating procedures in public services is one way to realize good governance in public services. As well as the importance of order and smooth traffic in order to avoid traffic accidents that can result in death, injury or damage and loss of property. So Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation that everyone who owns a motorized vehicle is required to have a driving license in accordance with the type of motorized vehicle being driven as a legitimacy of the driver's competence. This research method is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis techniques. Techniques Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Determination of informants based on purposive technique. For the aspect of completion time is less than the standard time set. The standard service completion time is two hours, but the implementation is less than two hours because there are several processes that are not carried out such as written tests and practical tests. The cost aspect of making a driving license is greater than the provisions stipulated in PP no. 50 of 2010 concerning PNBP. This is because of the system for making a Shooting Driver's License. For the aspect of competence of service providers as well as aspects of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure are sufficient.

Abstract

TikTok is a media to promote product at social media by using creative and interesting content. This research purpose is to find out TikTok as creative media by content creator in promoting product, this research is qualitative research. The theory which used in this research is about marketing mix according to Rangkuti (2009) which involves advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and direct marketing. The result of this research shows that TikTok as creative media by content creator. From TikTok account @enny_230221 who has succeeded in promoting corn ice product by using five marketing mix, the selling is by using content video. The user also active in responding the comment positively. The personal selling is conducted directly while selling the corn ice at the location. While the direct marketing, the user uses comment and direct message feature to communicate directly with audience. Marketing mix has been done by Eni Lestari totally and succeed. It can be seen from the positive comment from customer can give positive influence such as increase the selling every day. The TikTok account @enny_230221 has implement marketing mix strategy very well.

Abstract

Kemiskinan   hampir  menjadi  masalah di semua negara, baik di negara maju maupun di negara berkembang dengan tingkat permasalahan yang berbeda-beda. Indonesia pun tidak terlepas dari masalah pengentasan kemiskinan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah mengatasi masalah kemiskinan adalah melalui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH).  Salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah - Srikaton termasuk kategori desa tertinggal, dan memiliki penduduk miskin dengan anak usia sekolah yang terpaksa berhenti karena kesulitan biaya. Adanya PKH menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi masalah anak putus sekolah. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian tentang efektivitas PKH. Peneliti ingin mengamati  ketepatan antara harapan yang kita inginkan dengan hasil yang di capai dari PKH. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu peneliti mengamati langsung ke lapangan untuk memperoleh data yang benar-benar terjadi, yang terjadi di latar alam berupa kata-kata, tulisan, lisan dari orang-orang yang menjadi informasi dalam penelitian ini, tektik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, tahapan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKH bidang pendidikan di desa Srikaton cenderung efektif dilihat dari ketepan waktu, ketepatan perhitungan biaya, ketepatan pengukuran, ketepatan menentukan pilihan,ketepatan berpikir, ketepatan arahan, ketepatan tujuan, ketepatan sasaran.
