Abstract

tantangan tersendiri dalam proses produksinya, terutama dalam efisiensi waktu produksi karena metode produksi yang masih bersifat manual dan semi-manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah (Non-Value Added) dan mengoptimalkan lead time produksi pashmina eco-print menggunakan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dengan alat bantu Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara langsung di lokasi produksi. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa total lead time produksi sebelum perbaikan mencapai 9.040 menit. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dan pemetaan ulang menggunakan VSM, total lead time berhasil dikurangi menjadi 4.677,5 menit. Efisiensi dicapai melalui pengurangan waktu tunggu, perbaikan layout kerja, eliminasi aktivitas tidak bernilai tambah, serta peningkatan koordinasi antar proses produksi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Lean Manufacturing mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi secara signifikan dan dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam industri kecil menengah berbasis seni dan budaya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Firm Size, Return on Assets (ROA), and Price Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices at PT Adaro Energy Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, specifically PT Adaro Energy Tbk for the period 2014–2023. This is a quantitative study using linear regression analysis. Data were processed using SPSS software version 26. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The results of the partial test (t-test) indicate that Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price with a calculated t-value of 4.778 > table t-value of 1.860 and significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, ROA has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price with a calculated t-value of 7. 085 > t-table 1.860 and significance 0.000 <0.05. Similarly, PBV also has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price with t-count 2.766 > t-table 1.860 and significance 0.024 <0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) shows that the three independent variables together have a significant effect on Stock Price, with F-calculated 98.031 > F-table 4.35 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.970 indicates that 97% of the variation in Stock Price can be explained by Firm Size, ROA, and PBV. This study shows that internal factors play an important role in determining the share price of PT Adaro Energy Tbk. These results can be used as a reference for investors in making decisions based on the company's financial indicators.

Abstract

TikTok telah menjadi salah satu media sosial yang paling berhasil dalam pemasaran digital, terutama dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan mendorong mereka untuk membeli barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana influencer marketing, live streaming, dan brand awareness meningkatkan customer trust, serta bagaimana hal-hal ini berdampak pada purchase intention produk haircare Makarizo. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan mengirimkan kuesioner online kepada 225 orang yang aktif pada platform TikTok di DKI Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh influencer marketing, live streaming, dan brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer trust. Selain itu, customer trust terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang bergantung pada influencer marketing, live streaming, dan penguatan brand awareness berhasil membangun customer trust, yang berdampak pada purchase intention untuk produk Makarizo. Penemuan ini memberikan masukan praktis bagi perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan potensi TikTok sebagai alat pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Abstrak. To determine the partial effect of rewards on employee performance. To determine the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance. To determine the simultaneous effect of rewards and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Optima Mandiri Persada. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population is 63 employees of PT. Optima Mandiri Persada. Using total sampling or saturation, that is, the entire population is sampled. The analysis results show that reward (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), with the regression equation Y = 15.302 + 0.846 X1. The coefficient of determination is 56%. The hypothesis test results indicate that the t-value exceeds the t-table (2.373 > 2.0030), suggesting statistical significance then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected . Similarly, work discipline (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y), with the regression equation Y = 6.707 + 1.065 X2. The coefficient of determination is 76.5%, and the t-value is greater than the t-table (7.919 > 2.0030), indicating significance. Simultaneously, reward (X1) and work discipline (X2) significantly and positively affect employee performance (Y), as represented by the regression equation Y = 5.750 + 0.242 X1 + 0.870 X2. The coefficient of determination is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is explained by other variables outside the model then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected . The F-test shows that the F-value exceeds the F-table (109.548 > 3.15), So it can be said that Rewards (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of physical and non-physical work environments on employee performance at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja District, Tangerang Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative with an associative method. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The population in this study consisted of 70 respondents. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16.172 + 0.605 X1 and a determination coefficient of 51.4%. The non-physical work environment also has a positive and significant effect, with the regression equation Y = 15.113 + 0.624 X2 and a determination coefficient of 49.2%. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 12.814 + 0.366 X1 + 0.327 X2 and a determination coefficient of 56.9%. The F-test result shows Fcount > Ftable (44.239 > 3.13), and the significance value is < 0.05, thus all alternative hypotheses are accepted. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing both physical and non-physical work environments to enhance overall employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which uses a sample of 43 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis f test. The results of the study of motivation and work discipline on employee performance". Shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14,962 + 0,460 + 0,162. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained the value of f count> f table (11,675> 3,23) and strengthened by the significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the determination coefficient test of the motivation and work discipline variables have an influence of 36,9%.on employee performance. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Payment of Transfer Fee (BBN) is the main requirement in the process of issuing Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) and Motor Vehicle Ownership Book (BPKB) in the name of the new owner. Without payment of BBN, the transfer process cannot be completed and the STNK and BPKB cannot be issued in the name of the legitimate owner. PT ABC is a company engaged in the sale of new cars, spare parts, and after-sales services. In its operational activities, the company uses an internal system called AMS as a business process control tool. Over time, the AMS system has undergone updates that significantly affect the efficiency of BBN payments. This system update has had a significant impact, reflected in an average increase of more than 80% in the number of BBN payments successfully processed compared to the previous system. This study uses secondary data. The method used is secondary data observation.

Abstract

Human resource development for transportation officials becomes an ongoing project if the type and quantity of human resource needs to be met are not known, in accordance with organizational needs. Preparing transportation support human resources through various processes, including education, training, technical guidance, workshops, outreach, and other activities for each type of competency development need. In response, a reference or guideline for developing a Grand Design for Development is needed to achieve the goals/targets set in the context of welcoming a Golden Indonesia.This research employed qualitative methods with a SWOT analysis. The conclusions of this study include the importance of structural changes within the organization, increased training and development, and enhanced utilization of information technology. Furthermore, collaboration between relevant agencies and external stakeholders is crucial.

Abstract

This inquiry endeavors to dissect the interrelationship between Work–Life Balance and Self-Efficacy as predictive determinants of employee performance within the administrative framework of the Langsa Lama District Office. The investigation adopts a descriptive, quantitative paradigm, engaging the entire population of thirty civil servants through a saturated sampling design. Empirical data were elicited via triangulated methods, structured observation, dialogic interviews, and standardized questionnaires, and subsequently processed using multiple linear regression analysis facilitated by SPSS (v.25). Findings demonstrate that equilibrium between occupational and personal domains (Work–Life Balance) exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on performance indices. Similarly, Self-Efficacy manifests a comparable directional effect, indicating that employees’ confidence in their own competencies serves as a vital catalyst for optimal productivity. Jointly, these two psychological constructs elucidate 47.2% of the variance in performance outcomes, affirming that harmonized life domains and robust self-belief synergistically cultivate higher levels of institutional efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT Esta Dana Ventura di Pamulang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh pelanggan PT Esta Dana Ventura di Pamulang, dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung 15,684 > t-tabel 1,986 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kepercayaan Pelanggan (X2) juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 36,069 > 1,986 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji simultan (uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 759,414 > F-tabel 3,947 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,972 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel bebas dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,943 menunjukkan bahwa 94,3% variasi Kepuasan Pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
