Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Maqashid Syariah sebagai paradigma dalam pengembangan inovasi produk pada perbankan syariah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Maqashid Syariah yang meliputi lima prinsip utama hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz al-nasl, dan hifz al-mal menjadi dasar etis dan filosofis dalam menciptakan produk keuangan yang tidak hanya halal, tetapi juga membawa kemaslahatan dan keadilan sosial. Paradigma ini mendorong bank syariah untuk tidak sekadar meniru sistem konvensional, tetapi mengembangkan produk yang inovatif, berkelanjutan, serta sesuai nilai Islam. Implementasi Maqashid Syariah dapat meningkatkan daya saing bank syariah melalui inovasi berbasis nilai kemanusiaan, keadilan ekonomi, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, penerapannya menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan SDM, literasi syariah, serta regulasi yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan komitmen dan kolaborasi seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk memperkuat fondasi Maqashid Syariah dalam inovasi produk perbankan syariah agar dapat menjadi solusi keuangan yang adil, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan umat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Tangerang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of 200 employees, with a total sample of 67 respondents determined through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the Competence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value of 3.119 > t-table 1.997 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. The Communication variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value of 7.836 > t-table 1.997 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) results indicate that Competence and Communication together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with an F-value of 35.134 > F-table 3.140 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous correlation coefficient (R) of 0.723 shows a strong relationship between Competence and Communication with Employee Performance, while the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.508 indicates that 50.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by Competence and Communication, while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This research seeks to investigate the impact of company size, capital structure, sales growth, and environmental costs on corporate value within the basic materials industry registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. A quantitative method utilizing multiple linear regression was employed across 24 companies, yielding 120 observations. The outcomes indicate that company size and capital structure exert a notable influence on corporate value, whereas sales growth and environmental costs demonstrate no substantial effect. These results align with Signaling and Trade-Off Theories, highlighting how robust assets and effective funding strategies can boost investor confidence. Nevertheless, the Indonesian capital market has yet to completely incorporate environmental expenditures as a key driver of corporate value. The research suggests that enhanced openness in sustainability reporting is crucial for bolstering credibility and enduring corporate worth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perspective of fiqh muamalah and contemporary Islamic law on the use of cryptocurrency in the modern economic system. The rapid advancement of digital technology has led to the emergence of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other digital assets that function as means of payment and investment instruments. The main advantage of cryptocurrency lies in its decentralized system and the use of blockchain technology, which ensures security and transparency of transactions without the involvement of third parties. However, from an Islamic perspective, the use of cryptocurrency remains controversial due to the presence of gharar (uncertainty), maysir (speculation), and dharar (harm), arising from high price volatility, the absence of real asset backing, and its potential misuse for illegal activities. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review of various scholarly sources, fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and opinions of contemporary Islamic scholars. The results indicate that most scholars view cryptocurrency as not meeting the criteria of a legitimate medium of exchange in Islam because it lacks intrinsic value and official recognition by state authorities. Nonetheless, Islam does not reject technological innovation as long as it aligns with sharia principles. Therefore, cryptocurrency may be acceptable if it is properly regulated, backed by tangible assets, and adheres to the principles of justice, transparency, and security in accordance with the objectives of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah to preserve public welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi (BBPPMPV) Bisnis dan Pariwisata di Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan  asosiatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak  63 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling. Hal ini penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunikasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai thitung 2,921 > ttabel 1,670 dengan signifikansi >0,001. Stres Kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai thitung 4,995 > ttabel 1,670 dengan signifikasi 0,001. Secara simultan, Komunikasi dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, ditunjukan oleh nilai Fhitung 12,412 > Ftabel 3,15 dengan signifikansi >0,001. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar  29,3% menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel berkontribusi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan sisanya 70,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the meaning of money from an Islamic economic perspective in a philosophical and normative manner. In traditional economics, money is considered a medium of exchange, a store of wealth, and a morally neutral unit of measurement. However, from an Islamic economic perspective, money plays more than just an economic role, but also embodies ethical and moral values ​​based on the principles of monotheism, justice, and general welfare. Philosophically, money is seen as a trust that should be used for productive activities and should not be traded as a speculative commodity. From a normative perspective, the concept of money is governed by sharia rules that prohibit usury, gharar, and maisir, and prioritize the circulation of wealth in the real sector. Therefore, in Islamic economics, money acts as a tool to achieve prosperity and social justice, not to accumulate wealth. This study is expected to deepen the understanding that the monetary system in Islam places money as a means of distributing value and welfare in line with the maqashid of sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Tangerang Selatan. The type of research used is quantitative, with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling method, so the entire population was used as the research sample, totaling 87 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale, then processed using the SPSS version 25 application. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a simple regression equation of Y = 26.986 + 0.385X₁. The correlation value (R) of 0.352 indicates a low relationship, with a contribution of 12.4%. The hypothesis test proves that tcount > ttable (3.468 > 1.988) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, thus H₁ is accepted. Work discipline also has a significant effect on performance with the equation Y = 26.670 + 0.381X₂. The correlation value (R) of 0.327 indicates a low relationship, with a contribution of 10.7%. The hypothesis test shows that tcount > ttable (3.185 > 1.988) and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, thus H₂ is accepted. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 13.896 + 0.356X₁ + 0.347X₂. The correlation value (R) of 0.460 indicates a moderate relationship with a contribution of 21.1%, while the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The F test results prove that Fcount > Ftable (11.262 > 3.11) with a significance value < 0.05, thus H₃ is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees of the South Tangerang Branch of the Air Police Directorate. This study uses quantitative research. With a research population of 646 people and 86 people as samples taken using the Slovin formula in this study. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the results of the hypothesis test (t test) of the leadership style variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (16.843 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that the results of the study show that there is a significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.179 + 0.360 X1 + 0.445 X2 means that employee performance even without the influence of leadership style and work discipline already has an influence of 0.179. Simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, which is (264.977 > 3.113) with a significance value of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at the South Tangerang Branch of the Air Police Directorate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of recruitment and job placement on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Forestry, Central Jakarta. Human resources are a strategic factor that determines organizational success. Effective recruitment is expected to produce employees with the right competencies, while appropriate job placement can maximize employee potential in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. However, challenges remain, such as the decline in recruitment quality and job mismatches, which affect employee satis-faction levels.This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Job placement also has a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simul-taneously, both variables strongly influence job satisfaction, indicated by a cor-relation coefficient (R) of 0.675 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.456. This means that recruitment and job placement explain 45.6% of job satisfaction, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not included in this study.The findings highlight the importance of implementing transparent and pro-fessional recruitment, as well as job placement that matches employees’ back-grounds and competencies. Continuous improvement in both aspects is expected to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance within the Minis-try of Forestry, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Forestry, Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a population and sample of 56 people. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 74.6%, while the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect with a contribution of 67.2%. Simultaneously, work discipline and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 76.9%. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 5.687 + 0.602 (X1) + 0.277 (X2). This means that employee performance even without the influence of work discipline and the physical work environment already has an influence of 5.687. Work discipline and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated F value > F table, which is (38.352 > 3.172) with a significance value of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance simultaneously at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Forestry, Central Jakarta.
