Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work facilities on employee performance at the Ruky, Safrudin and Rekan Public Appraisal Services Office, Tebet Branch, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The study used an associative quantitative method with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, and determination coefficients. Hypothesis testing was carried out through t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This was evidenced by the regression equation Y = 18.047 + 0.370X1 + e and the tvalue of 7.916 > ttable 2.011. These findings indicate that increasing work motivation can significantly boost employee performance. Work facilities were also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, based on the regression equation Y = 18.047 + 0.215X2 + e and the t-value of 5.083 > t-table 2.011. Simultaneously, work motivation and work facilities have a significant influence on employee performance, which is shown through the regression equation Y = 18.047 + 0.370X1 + 0.215X2 + e. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.894 indicates a very strong relationship, while the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.791 indicates that both variables contribute 79.1% to employee performance, and the remaining 20.9% is influenced by other factors. The F test obtained a calculated F value of 93.492 > Ftable 3.20, so overall it can be concluded that work motivation and work facilities have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi administrasi desa dan kompetensi digital terhadap kinerja pelayanan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan dari 50 responden yang merupakan perangkat desa dari berbagai wilayah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Variabel yang dikaji meliputi digitalisasi administrasi desa (X₁), kompetensi digital (X₂), dan kinerja pelayanan perangkat desa (Y). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi administrasi desa dan kompetensi digital secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan perangkat desa. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,428 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen menjelaskan 42,8% variasi dalam kinerja pelayanan. Secara parsial, digitalisasi administrasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kompetensi digital. Kesimpulan temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work conflict and work environment on employee performance at PT Fastrata Buana, Serpong Branch. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Fastrata Buana, Serpong Branch, totaling 38 people, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling, so the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques employed include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²) test using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of t count = -3.251 < -t table = -2.030 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Furthermore, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t count = 5.487 > t table = 2.030 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work conflict and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the F count = 18.726 > F table = 3.27 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the two independent variables contribute 50.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Every human resource requires training and discipline in working. Both of these aim to improve employee performance so that they can work optimally. This study aims to examine the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia Gelora Bung Karno Area, South Jakarta. By using quantitative research methods and a research sample of 64 employees, the results of the study indicate that job training (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT.ISS Indonesia Gelora Bung Karno Area, In South Jakarta. The constant (a) value of 0.906 states that when job training and work discipline do not increase or do not increase, Employee Performance (Y) remains at 0.906. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.838 states that the variables of job training and work discipline contribute 83.8% to the Employee Performance variable (Y) while the rest comes from other variables not discussed. In the F-test, the significance value of the job training and work discipline variables was 0.01 < 0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting H1, indicating a positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE Express) Bandara Mas Branch, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample consisted of 75 employees. Data collection techniques were conducted through primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 23.201 + 0.485X₁, with a t-value of 5.732 greater than the t-table value of 1.992 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 19.927 + 0.560X₂, with a t-value of 7.758 greater than the t-table value of 1.992 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, workload and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 15.229 + 0.236X₁ + 0.437X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.710, a coefficient of determination of 50.4%, and an F-value of 6.509 greater than the F-table value of 3.12, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The implementation of work flecibility has become a corporatae strategy to adapt to technological advancements and changing work patterns however it also presents challenges in maintaining employee work discipline. This study aims to analyze the implementation of work discipline in the era of work flexibility at PT XYZ and to indentify the factors that hinder its effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis conducted using NVivo software. The findings indicate that work discipline is primaly based on performance outcomes and individual responsibility. The obtacles indentified include suboptimal work communication and unclear boundaries of work flexibility. This study provides implications for companies to strengthen policies and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that work flexibility remains aligned with work discipline. Abstract

The modern manufacturing and retail industry, particularly in the e-cigarette sector, demands high productivity, which often triggers friction between individuals within organizations. PT. Rokok Elektrik Enak faces internal challenges in the form of inter-employee conflicts that impact job stability. This qualitative research aims to understand and explain this social phenomenon through in-depth analysis. The research method used is inductive, with data collected through observation and interviews to capture the nuances and individual variations in conflict. The results indicate that the root of the problem stems from ineffective communication, differences in values between generations (senior vs. junior), and high ego. Psychological impacts found include decreased motivation, "fake smiles" in customer service, and barriers to healthy interpersonal interactions. The resolution was achieved through "rembukan" (mediation) and firming up Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, particularly in absorbing labor and providing employment opportunities for the community. One type of MSME that is growing rapidly in Indonesia is the culinary business, including meatballs. This study aims to analyze the various challenges faced by the Bakso Syahid MSME in running and maintaining its business sustainability. The research method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the Bakso Syahid MSME faces several key challenges, including limited business capital, fluctuating raw material prices, increasingly fierce business competition, limited marketing strategies, and obstacles in business management. This research is expected to provide a realistic picture of the condition of culinary MSMEs and serve as a consideration in formulating more sustainable business development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance both partially, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially, and simultaneously at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Parung Branch, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with an approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total of 100 employees. Data collection techniques are carried out through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing. Partial hypothesis testing of variables using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Career development (X1) obtained t-count 5.839> t-table 1.661 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means that career development (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) (2) Job satisfaction hypothesis test (X2) produces a t-count of 2.226> t-table 1.661 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means that job satisfaction (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) (3) simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained an F-count value of 40.894> F-table 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means that career development and job satisfaction variables have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The determination obtained R Square of 0.457 means that career development and job satisfaction variables together have an influence of 45.7% on employee performance. While the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The increasing competition among Indonesian higher education institutions, particularly in major cities on Java Island, has prompted universities to pay greater attention to strategies related to student recruitment. This study presents a literature-based review of marketing and management approaches reported in previous studies focusing on universities in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Semarang. The review specifically examines discussions related to digital marketing, social media utilization, institutional branding, and reputation management within the context of higher education management. Based on the synthesis of the literature, this paper develops a conceptual framework that brings together elements of digital marketing effectiveness, social media marketing activities, brand equity development, and reputation management. The reviewed studies generally indicate that social media platforms, particularly Instagram, are frequently discussed as channels that may influence prospective students’ awareness and perceptions of universities. In addition, digital marketing practices such as content tailored to Generation Z, search engine advertising, and interactive social media activities are commonly reported as part of student recruitment efforts. This study contributes to the education management literature by summarizing existing research on university marketing in Indonesia and offering directions for future empirical investigation.
