Abstract

This research examines how product quality, service quality, and price shape customer satisfaction at Marugame Udon The Park Solo. The study employs a quantitative design by distributing online questionnaires to customers who had visited the restaurant within the previous three months. A total of 80 valid responses were collected and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that product quality significantly contributes to customer satisfaction, indicating that flavor consistency, freshness, and product presentation strongly influence customer experiences. Service quality also shows a positive and significant impact and emerges as the most influential factor, highlighting the importance of employee responsiveness, courtesy, and service efficiency. In contrast, price does not demonstrate a significant effect on customer satisfaction, suggesting that customers prioritize overall value rather than price considerations alone. Collectively, the results emphasize that superior product standards and excellent service performance are key drivers of satisfaction. These findings offer practical insights for restaurant managers to focus on service excellence and product consistency to maintain competitiveness in the increasingly dynamic culinary industry.

Abstract

Perkembangan social commerce mendorong pelaku usaha memanfaatkan live streaming dan online customer review sebagai strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tas Flicka di TikTok Shop menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kuesioner dan analisis PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming dan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang menegaskan pentingnya interaksi real-time, refleksi produk, dan ulasan konsumen dalam membangun kepercayaan serta mendorong pembelian di TikTok Shop. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at Hypermart Puri Indah, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 92 employees of Hypermart Puri Indah. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results show that partially, work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by the t-value > t-tabel (12.724 > 1.987) and significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Similarly, the physical work environment (X2) positively and significantly affects employee performance with a t-value > t-tabel (11.710 > 1.987) and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-value > F-tabel (110.475 > 3.099) and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 65.4% indicates that both variables jointly influence employee performance, while the remaining 34.6% is affected by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of maintaining consistent work discipline and creating a conducive physical work environment to enhance employee productivity and performance. Therefore, the company is encouraged to strengthen its disciplinary system and improve workplace conditions to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the influence of parental socioeconomic status during childhood on the financial behavior and financial well-being of university students in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire administered to 20 student respondents aged 18–22 years. The results indicate that most respondents come from middle-class families, with an average score of 5.6 out of 10 on the social ladder scale. The findings reveal a paradox in students’ financial behavior: respondents demonstrate a high ability to compare prices before making purchases (score of 4.2), yet exhibit low ownership of emergency funds (score of 2.1) and a persistent tendency toward impulsive spending behavior (score of 3.6). These conditions are associated with a moderate level of financial well-being, as reflected in an average financial anxiety score of 3.4. The study concludes that a relatively stable economic background in childhood does not automatically lead to healthy financial behavior during university years. Students tend to possess short-term, tactical financial literacy, while remaining weak in risk management. Therefore, financial education programs that place greater emphasis on self-control and emergency fund management are necessary to enhance students’ financial well-being. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua di masa kecil terhadap perilaku keuangan dan kesejahteraan finansial mahasiswa di Indonesia saat ini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring terhadap 20 responden mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18–22 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berasal dari keluarga kelas menengah dengan skor rata-rata 5,6 dari 10 pada tangga sosial. Ditemukan adanya paradoks dalam perilaku keuangan mahasiswa, yaitu kemampuan yang tinggi dalam membandingkan harga sebelum berbelanja (skor 4,2), namun rendah dalam kepemilikan dana darurat (skor 2,1) serta masih sering terjebak dalam perilaku belanja impulsif (skor 3,6). Kondisi tersebut berimplikasi pada tingkat kesejahteraan finansial yang berada pada kategori moderat, dengan rata-rata skor kecemasan finansial sebesar 3,4. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa latar belakang ekonomi yang relatif stabil di masa kecil tidak secara otomatis membentuk perilaku keuangan yang sehat di masa perkuliahan. Mahasiswa cenderung memiliki literasi keuangan yang bersifat taktis jangka pendek, namun masih lemah dalam manajemen risiko. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi keuangan yang lebih menekankan pada pengendalian diri dan pengelolaan dana darurat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial mahasiswa.. Abstract

Abstrak: Financial management plays a strategic role in determining the success and sustainability of a company, particularly in managing its capital structure. A suboptimal capital structure can increase financial risk and threaten the stability of the company, even when operational performance is strong. This study aims to analyze financial management strategies in the management and optimization of a company's capital structure. The research method employed is a literature review, examining relevant theories and previous studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of effective financial management strategies, such as balancing debt and equity, controlling financial risks, and utilizing funding sources efficiently, helps companies achieve an optimal capital structure. An optimal capital structure contributes to lowering the cost of capital, enhancing firm value, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. This study is expected to serve as a reference for corporate management and academics in understanding the importance of financial management strategies in funding decision-making. Keywords: financial management, capital structure, funding strategy, financial risk, firm value Abstrak: Manajemen keuangan memegang peran strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan perusahaan, terutama dalam pengelolaan struktur modal. Struktur modal yang tidak optimal dapat meningkatkan risiko keuangan dan mengancam stabilitas perusahaan, meskipun kinerja operasional perusahaan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen keuangan dalam pengelolaan dan optimalisasi struktur modal perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai teori dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi manajemen keuangan yang tepat, seperti penyeimbangan antara penggunaan utang dan ekuitas, pengendalian risiko keuangan, serta pemanfaatan sumber pendanaan secara efisien, mampu membantu perusahaan mencapai struktur modal yang optimal. Struktur modal yang optimal berkontribusi dalam menurunkan biaya modal, meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, dan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi manajemen perusahaan dan akademisi dalam memahami pentingnya strategi manajemen keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan pendanaan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer perception on purchase intention through the Multiattribute Attitude Model on Hotway's Chicken products. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and analytical approach using the PLS-SEM technique. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from 120 respondents selected by accidental sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that consumer perception has a significant effect on the Multiattribute Attitude Model, which in turn also has a significant effect on consumer purchase intention. In addition, consumer perception also has a direct effect on product purchase intention. With an R-square value on purchase intention of (38.7%), this study confirms that increasing consumer perception and positive attitudes can encourage purchase interest in Hotway's Chicken products. This finding provides important implications for product attribute management and marketing strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and complaint handling on customer retention from the perspective of credit intermediation in the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) product at BRI Unit Parung Bogor. Customer retention in this research reflects the continuity of financing relationships, the tendency to apply for repeated financing, and the stability of customers in maintaining their credit commitments—all of which are closely related to the effectiveness of credit intermediation at the unit level. This study employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to KUR customers and analyzing the data using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination.The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer retention, and complaint handling likewise shows a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, service quality and complaint handling significantly influence customer retention, as evidenced by an F-value of 72.584 with a significance level of 0.000. This demonstrates that both variables collectively contribute strongly to increasing customer retention in KUR financing. High customer retention directly enhances the effectiveness of credit intermediation by improving repayment smoothness, reducing the risk of non-performing loans, and increasing the likelihood of customers reusing financing services.These findings emphasize that improving service quality and enhancing the professionalism of complaint handling are crucial strategies for BRI Unit Parung Bogor in strengthening customer retention and supporting sustainable credit intermediation within the microfinance sector.

Abstract

Shopee users' perceptions of reviews and ratings on Cargloss products are important in the process of choosing what to buy on online shopping sites. The issue discussed focuses on how users understand and use reviews and ratings as a source of information before purchasing car care products. The purpose of this paper is to assess the role of reviews and ratings in shaping users' views, trust, and confidence in Cargloss products on Shopee. The method employed is a literature review and conceptual analysis of various scientific sources on consumer behavior and e-commerce. The results of the discussion show that reviews are seen as a reflection of the genuine experiences of other users, providing qualitative information about product quality, while ratings function as quantitative indicators for consumers' initial assessments. The combination of reviews and ratings encourages users to be more selective and rational, and increases their trust in the products and sellers on Shopee. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Sahabat Dua Muda, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of 70 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method, resulting in a total sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is based on the regression equation Y = 39.398 + (-0.092) X1. The hypothesis test shows that the t-count < t-table (-0.933 < 1.997), meaning that H0₁ is accepted and Ha₁ is rejected. Therefore, there is no significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. The effect of Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is based on the regression equation Y = 21.884 + 0.440X2. The hypothesis test shows that the t-count > t-table (7.694 > 1.997), indicating that H0₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. Thus, there is a significant effect of the physical work environment on employee performance. Simultaneously, the effect of Work Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is based on the regression equation Y = 22.417 + (-0.014)X1 + 0.439X2. The hypothesis test shows that the F-count > F-table (29.199 > 3.13), meaning that H0₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. Therefore, there is a significant simultaneous effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The massive and rapid digitalization of higher education institutions, which was further accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has increased the level of technostress experienced by university lecturers. This condition is particularly evident among older lecturers who are required to adapt to various new digital technologies in their teaching and academic activities. This paper aims to explore strategies for the development of digital literacy and self-efficacy as efforts to cope with technostress, specifically by considering the needs, strengths, and limitations of older lecturers in higher education institutions. This study is based on a literature review on technostress and adult learning theory. On the basis of this review, a comprehensive framework focusing on the development of digital literacy and technological self-efficacy is proposed by applying andragogical principles. It is expected that the findings of this study can provide evidence-based strategies to assist older lecturers in managing technostress while maintaining teaching quality and personal well-being.
