Abstract

The implementation of Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) is an integral part of higher education, including at Al-Ittihad Islamic College (STAI) in Cianjur, which offers Sharia Economics programs. However, the implementation of PKL often faces several challenges that affect the quality of students' learning experiences. Literature review highlights the need for enhanced cooperation between educational institutions and the industrial sector, as well as the necessity for better guidance for students during PKL. This research adopts a qualitative approach by interviewing students and Sharia economics faculty at STAI Al-Ittihad Cianjur. The findings indicate that students encounter difficulties in finding suitable PKL placements and perceive a lack of guidance from PKL supervisors. Additionally, it is identified that students tend to feel hesitant to ask questions to supervisors. The implications of these findings underscore the need for improved coordination between educational institutions and industry, training for PKL supervisors, and efforts to create a supportive environment for students. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of addressing these challenges to enhance the quality of Sharia economics education at STAI Al-Ittihad Cianjur.

Abstract

Language is used as a communication tool because with language someone can express ideas, ideas and thoughts. Not only in everyday life but in the business world, language is the main thing to pay attention to in order to create a good and successful business. In business activities, communication is an important factor in establishing relationships between business people and consumers. In business activities, the use of language has a very important role and function. Good language will have a positive effect so that business processes run smoothly and as expected. Business is a production, sales, marketing activity carried out by individuals, organizations or groups to gain profit. To run a business well, a person needs a good attitude, creativity, agility and good language skills. Language is a part of business communication ethics that needs to be considered. The method in this research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the aim is to describe the role and function of language as the main component of communication in business activities. From the results of this research it was found that the importance of using language in business communication includes several things such as the role and function of language as a component of the main tool of business communication, a means to facilitate promotion, a means to facilitate branding, a means to facilitate marketing, and a means to expand networks to the global level.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, companies face challenges in managing financial performance efficiently and responding to rapid market changes. Management accounting information systems (MAIS) have emerged as a crucial solution to these challenges, given their ability to provide integrated and real-time financial data. This study aims to explore the role of management accounting information systems (MAIS) in optimizing corporate financial performance using a qualitative descriptive literature review method. The literature review reveals that management accounting information systems (MAIS) significantly contributes to improving decision-making processes, reducing manual errors, and enhancing financial transparency. However, the implementation of management accounting information systems (MAIS) also faces challenges, particularly regarding technology adaptation and human resources. This research is expected to offer insights for companies on how to leverage management accounting information systems (MAIS) to achieve optimal financial performance in the digital age.

Abstract

Infrastructure and financing are one of the complex problems in the management of Early Childhood Education today. This is caused by the environment of the educational institution itself. The main problem lies in the accumulated need for an ideal management of educational institutions. An ideal educational institution requires a set of references for planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling all available resources to achieve the goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. This study uses a qualitative research method of literature study. Data analysis uses an interactive model by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the right managerial solution to overcome the problem of facilities and infrastructure as well as Early Childhood Education financing from a managerial perspective was through collaborative management planning. This is because the high need for funding for Early Childhood Education institutions can at least be overcome with various opportunities for financing support that have the potential to be obtained. Various opportunities can be through the government or private parties that are not binding on the Early Childhood Education institution itself. However, despite collaborating with the government and the private sector, the Early Childhood Education institution's commitment to the rules to meet the priority scale is a must. The priority scale of human resource planning, infrastructure and financing must be implemented by Early Childhood Education institutions. This is so that the institution has a balance of financing stability despite changes in social economic conditions.

Abstract

The usefulness of employing audio-visual materials with video through a projector to promote gross motor abilities in early childhood through intelligent, fun, and healthy gymnastics movements serves as the driving force behind this research (descriptive study at PAUD Riyadul Ulum Group B). The purpose of this study is to better understand the gymnastics exercises that are frequently conducted by teachers and students utilizing audio-only materials and giving the pupils the task of mimicking the teacher's movements. 1) Understanding how to employ audio-visual media with video through a projector to enhance gross motor skills through healthy, intelligent, joyful gymnastics movements in early children at Riyadul Ulum PAUD is the main goal of this research. 2) Being aware of the outcomes of employing audiovisual media and video through a projector to promote gross motor abilities in young children at PAUD Riyadul Ulum Group B through healthy, clever, and joyful gymnastics routines. Students, instructors, guardians, and school principals are the topics of this study. This study is a case study-style qualitative field investigation. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in comparison to earlier research that used only audio media, the assessment of the application of audio-visual media using videos of gymnastic movements through a projector nearly met the target and was significantly successful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul implementasi metode bermain playmat untuk meningkatkan pada motorik kasar melompat kanak-kanak usia dini (Studi Kasus kelompok B pada PAUD Cendrawasih 8 Gekbrong). Kemampuan gerakan anak untuk berkembang dan tumbuh seiring dengan bertambahnya usia otot dan saraf mereka dikenal sebagai perkembangan motorik kasar. Perkembangan ini akan terus berlanjut, tergantung pada usia anak. Kemampuan motorik kasar anak memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka secara keseluruhan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah dan keterlambatan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus memengaruhi sekitar 45% anak di negara berkembang. Kekurangan ini mengganggu koordinasi, kontrol, dan cara otot-otot dalam tubuh saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menggunakan pendekatan playmat untuk membantu keterampilan motorik kasar anak kecil, yaitu melompat. Studi kasus dan metodologi kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa playmat dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk membantu anak kecil di kelompok B PAUD Cendrawasih 8 Gekbrong mengembangkan keterampilan motorik kasar mereka dalam melompat. Guru telah berhasil memasukkan permainan playmat, dan anak-anak tampak bersenang-senang saat memainkan permainan mereka. Permainan playmat yang membantu anak-anak usia dini di PAUD Cendrawasih 8 mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar mereka dalam melompat didukung oleh aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan pola makan dan gizi serta unsur-unsur yang berkaitan dengan kematangan atau kesiapan fisik atau psikologis. Pengaruh yang menghambat meliputi hal-hal yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, seperti ketika anak-anak bercanda atau saling mendorong, yang mungkin berdampak pada satu sama lain.

Abstract

Tauhid education in early childhood, especially in educational institutions for children, is by introducing the qualities that exist in Allah from an early age. Through nadzom wujud, qidam, baqa, children will understand the nature of Allah, which means existing, previous and eternal, and children can apply it to everyday life. Through this method, learning will be more interactive and conducive to children being taught abstract things but will understand and believe in them wholeheartedly. This research aims to find out how monotheism education is implemented through nadzom wujud, qidam, baqa in PAUD Ibnu Umar. Based on the problem of children's low knowledge regarding Tauhid education, it encouraged researchers to conduct this research which aims to apply knowledge and understanding about tauhid education. This research uses qualitative research, using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, document study and triangulation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that: (1) The implementation of the nadzom wujud, qidam, baqa method for tauhid education for children aged 5-6 years at Ibnu Umar PAUD cannot be separated from the daily learning implementation plan (modul ajar), as for the nadzom wujud, qidam, baqa learning planning stated in the RPPH are the learning steps and time allocation used. Second, the implementation of this method activity, which was initially limited to nadzom, was developed with an understanding of the meaning and application in everyday life. Third, the evaluation of learning outcomes looked very good with the increase in children's learning achievements. Teachers understanding of this method is proven by a systematic and well-planned learning flow and increasing and developing student evaluation results. This method is proven to be effective by referring to the implementation of learning and teacher understanding.

Abstract

Reading proficiency is a crucial component of language development that needs to be nurtured appropriately, aligning with the stages of children's reading growth. One effective approach to enhancing children's reading skills is the Metode Petualangan Maharaja. This method is designed to stimulate reading abilities through the use of diverse tools such as flashcards and games like snakes and ladders. At its core, this method integrates reading instruction with the natural developmental needs of children, emphasizing learning through play. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) explore the implementation process of the Metode Petualangan Maharaja in improving reading skills among Group B students at PAUD Al-Hikmah, (2) examine the impact of this method on the reading abilities of young learners at PAUD Al-Hikmah Group B, and (3) identify the supporting and hindering factors in applying the Metode Petualangan Maharaja at PAUD Al-Hikmah. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing field research conducted at PAUD Al-Hikmah, an institution that has adopted this method. The study was carried out over two months, from July to August. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research process involved extensive data gathering from multiple sources to obtain comprehensive and detailed insights into the implementation of the Metode Petualangan Maharaja at PAUD Al-Hikmah. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Metode Petualangan Maharaja in Group B at PAUD Al-Hikmah follows structured stages, including planning, execution, and child assessment. The method has positively impacted children's reading abilities, as evidenced by noticeable improvements and increased motivation among students to engage in reading. Key supporting factors for the method's success include the principal's support, the teachers' pedagogical skills, and the children's inherent potential. On the other hand, challenges such as insufficient facilities and parental misconceptions about learning methods have hindered its effectiveness. In conclusion, the Metode Petualangan Maharaja has demonstrated a significant positive influence on the reading abilities of students at PAUD Al-Hikmah, highlighting its potential as an effective educational tool for early childhood reading development.

Abstract

Until now, the communication abilities of autistic children are still an obstacle in the interaction process, due to deficiencies in these abilities. Parents, as parties who have a major role in children's development, need to be actively involved in dealing with all developmental problems faced by their children. This research aims to understand the level of communication skills of autistic children and evaluate how the role of parents influences the development of autistic children aged 4-5 years at the Cianjur Family Club Inclusive PAUD. This research applies a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies conducted on parents of autistic children, autistic children and also school principals and Foundation Trustees at the Cianjur Family Club Inclusive PAUD. The results of the research revealed that the communication skills of autistic children aged 4-5 years at the Cianjur Family Club Inclusive PAUD focused on three main aspects, namely the first is speaking ability, where children experience difficulty in pronouncing words, however, children can already understand the delivery process. message. Second, the listening ability of autistic children is also quite good; Most children can grasp the expressions received, thanks to their fairly extensive vocabulary knowledge and their ability to demonstrate understanding of the messages received. And thirdly, the nonverbal speaking abilities of autistic children show better development than verbal communication. Children often use nonverbal movements as an effective form of communication. Subsequent research revealed that the role of parents is very important in the language development of autistic children aged 4-5 years at the Cianjur Family Club Inclusive PAUD. There are four main roles carried out by parents: caring, educating, nurturing, and providing love. They are aware of the limitations that autistic children have and feel it is very important to carry out these roles.

Abstract

This study specifically examines a learning process conducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture through the implementation of a new curriculum, namely the Merdeka Curriculum. Every educational institution faces significant challenges in carrying out innovations within this educational system. The new curriculum requires considerable time and effort. Consequently, this research is essential for enhancing our understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in terms of planning, executing, and assessing the curriculum in early childhood education (PAUD). The primary objective of this study is to identify several issues encountered by TK Insan Hasanah Cianjur and to explain how the Merdeka Curriculum is being implemented. This research employs a descriptive approach with a qualitative method and was conducted at TK Insan Hasanah Cianjur. The subjects of this study are teachers and the school principal. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. First, the findings indicate that understanding learning outcomes and objectives, designing a sequence of learning objectives, and developing lesson plans, teaching modules, and assessments are all integral components of Merdeka Curriculum planning. Second, the evaluation of the Merdeka Curriculum encompasses activities in the opening, core, and closing stages. Moreover, TK Insan Hasanah Cianjur faces several challenges in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, including a shortage of human resources, an educational and teaching system that has not yet been fully established, and a lack of readiness in applying this curriculum effectively.
