Abstract

Interpersonal communication plays an important role in a company, one of which is retail, the quality of good interpersonal communication needs to be mastered by customer service because it deals directly with customers, the quality of interpersonal communication is needed to create good service for customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication process of Lotte Grosir's customer service in serving customers in Samarinda City. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of 3 customer service people, 1 guard manager and 2 customers. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 elements found in the field, namely self-introduction and other individuals from customer service openness to customers and customer service digging into customer backgrounds to reduce uncertainty to customers. Knowing the situation can be seen from the way customer service listens to complaints experienced by customers before providing solutions. Creating and maintaining meaningful relationships is evident in customer service. Providing service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner, not hurting customer feelings, giving trust to customers. Persuasion is seen when customer service provides options for exchanging goods before a refund is made if there is a discrepancy with the customer. Relaxed interactions can be seen from the way customer service makes jokes to customers, but one customer service that lacks initiative tends to wait for customers who ask questions. Helping seen from customer service helps reduce cognitive and behavioral uncertainty in customers in making decisions if customers feel unsure about their choices.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is driving the emergence of many new applications in the healthcare field as innovative solutions for safe and effective healthcare services. The increase in smartphone penetration and internet access in Indonesia, especially among Generation Z (born 1995-2010) who are active internet users for more than seven hours per day, supports this trend. This study evaluated the SatuSehat app using the Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS) measurement tool. The aim was to provide an overview of government healthcare applications. The results review the features of the SatuSehat app and analyze its quality with MARS. This evaluation helps developers design useful and easy-to-use applications to meet the needs of the community in the future. SatuSehat application scored high in Application Quality variables such as Engagement, Functionality, Aesthetics, and Information, with a score of (4.1/5). The success of this application shows that the transformation from PeduliLindungi to SatuSehat has significantly improved its quality. The MARS evaluation shows that generation Z can rely on this app to manage their health. These results form the basis for further development so that SatuSehat continues to innovate and benefit the health of generation Z as the main users in the future.

Abstract

Teluk Buyung Village, Karawang Regency has implemented the SISKEUDES application since 2017 as a government effort to increase the effectiveness of village financial management. SISKEUDES is a technology-based application that is integrated and can make it easier for the village government to present accountable and transparent financial reports, in practice there are still obstacles experienced by the village government. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research was conducted on May 5, 2023. Researchers conducted research for 2 months, namely May-July 2023. The subjects for this study were the Village Head, Head of Finance for Telukbuyung Village, Pakisjaya District, Karawang Regency and BPKP West Java. This research uses two sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The central government's efforts to increase the effectiveness of financial management in Teluk Buyung Karawang Village experienced several obstacles, especially in the lack of understanding, resources in implementing SISKEUDES. and the recording stage which was not carried out in real time Overall, the research shows that the implementation of SIKEUDES in Telukbuyung Village has several aspects that have been implemented successfully, such as good communication, transparency, and the principle of orderly budgeting. Even though there have been positive steps, there are still obstacles that need to be overcome to increase effectiveness and efficiency, there are challenges in application operation, optimal accountability, and full participation of all related parties.

Abstract

In realizing the concept of good governance, community participation is needed to participate in development. In this regard, the government formed Pokdarwis as a development agent in the context of tourism as a tool for developing public awareness of the environment around them. This study uses Development Communication as the Grand Theory, Participatory Communication as the Middle Theory, and the service concept that uses four indicators of participatory communication namely, Heteroglasia, Dialogic, Polyphony, and Carnival. This research with the theme of ecotourism uses a type of qualitative description with a purposive sampling technique with the selection of informants based on certain criteria. Based on the findings in the field, it was found that some of the four concepts were found in the Pokdarwis participatory communication practices but some were not found meaning they did not meet the criteria to be included in the four indicators.

Abstract

Today, technological developments are developing rapidly and have a positive impact on the field of marketing. The digital era as it is now allows products to be known and in demand through social media. Social media is a strategic marketing tool that influences consumer trust and purchase intention. The good use of social media, especially Instagram, can increase buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods with primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The sample consists of 100 Instagram users who know Tel-U Store products, and the analysis is carried out using SPSS software. The results of the study show that the Instagram Tel-U Store social media marketing strategy is still effective, and customer buying interest is also high. There is a significant relationship between Instagram social media marketing and customer buying interest at Tel-U Store.

Abstract

Social media has changed the way consumers and producers communicate, enabling manufacturers such as CV. Donat Madu Cihanjuang (CV. DMC) to market their products through social media marketing, such as Instagram. CV. DMC, a food company, has emphasized halal, quality and best service to their customers. This study aims to develop product branding CV. Cihanjuang Honey Donuts on Instagram. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study are the development of Instagram social media content in CV. The Bojongsoang Honey Donuts need to be improved again, with the first way from planning content to evaluating Instagram content.

Abstract

Technological developments are now increasingly sophisticated, especially in data security. Data security and File Integrity have an essential role and are one of the main concerns in the corporate environment. Practical steps are needed for a data security system that detects data threats, especially File Integrity within the SWCU BTSI environment. The Wazuh system provides monitoring and detection of File change activity. This feature works because of Real-Real File change activity and log analysis. To maintain system security is to monitor File Integrity, namely ensuring that critical Files are not subject to unauthorized changes by unauthorized parties. Therefore, research was carried out and implementation of File Integrity Wazuh for security protection based on log activity at SWCU BTSI. The results showed that the implementation of the File Integrity Wazuh system can identify security incidents against suspicious activity on a File and is effectively able to provide notifications to administrators against unauthorized activity

Abstract

This research was created to design a website-based electronic filing system in the public section of the South Sumatra Province DPRD office. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of designing a website-based electronic archive storage system in the general section of the South Sumatra Province DPRD office. The archive storage system at the South Sumatra Province DPRD office, especially in the general section, is still manual, namely using a chronological and date system, so that retrieving archives takes a long time, and requires more archive storage space. The design of a website-based electronic archive storage system can make it easier for employees to manage records and does not require a lot of equipment in storage which will take up more space. Finding archives will also be easier and faster because archives are stored electronically.

Abstract

This research applies the Fuzzy Tahani method to a decision support system for evaluating the performance of faculty members in the Cyber Security Engineering Study Program at Bhakti Semesta Polytechnic. The Fuzzy Tahani method is expected to assist in processing data from faculty performance evaluation questionnaires and improve the accuracy of reporting and calculations. The Research and Development method is used as an approach to systematically address the issues. The decision support system for faculty performance assessment was successfully developed using the Fuzzy Tahani method with PHP programming language. This system is expected to help determine the level of student satisfaction with faculty performance and enhance faculty effectiveness. The test results show that the employed Fuzzy Tahani method achieved 100% accuracy, comparing manual calculations with the system's calculations. With the implementation of this system, the processing of faculty performance evaluation data becomes more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

The emergence of the Tinder dating application as a form of technological progress is utilized by many people to meet the needs of human life in finding a life partner. Tinder appears to make it easier for individuals to get acquainted with new people they meet on the internet. The process of communication and interaction changes. In starting a relationship, self-disclosure is the first step in achieving a deep relationship. In this case, the process of self-disclosure is a process of disclosing personal information. Personality disclosure affects the intimacy of a relationship. The purpose of this research is to find out the phenomenon of finding a mate through the Tinder application in the self-disclosure of users in Samarinda city. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and uses Social Penetration theory. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation of 5 Tinder application users in Samarinda City. Informant collection using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, the stages of informant self-disclosure in finding a mate through the application are at different stages. Not all informants are at the effective stage, where informants avoid conflict rather than resolve conflicts that occur so that the relationship runs aground before commitment. In the orientation process, selection is made through the user profile in the application, then the process of self-disclosure is carried out outside the application
