<![CDATA[Automated Trading Systems & Autopilot Manual Trading training for 6 days on 10-15 January 2023 provides an understanding of the concepts and workings of ATS and AMT as well as risk management in trading. This training is expected to make participants more independent in trading and able to maximize the use of ATS and AMT to gain profits in their investments. In addition, this training is expected to make a positive contribution in increasing financial literacy and investment in society. However, this needs to be done in a structured and comprehensive manner so that capital market participants understand the potential risks that may arise when using Automated Trading Systems and Autopilot Manual Trading in their investment activities. The recommendation that can be made is to hold regular training and outreach, both by regulators, securities companies, and capital market associations. With effective training and outreach as well as strict supervision, it is hoped that capital market players will be able to optimize their investment potential by avoiding unwanted risks. This training can also help increase awareness and understanding of sharia compliance in investing in the Indonesian sharia capital market.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat is important for encouraging social awareness and correcting economic inequality, but there are still many people who do not understand how to calculate it due to several factors such as lack of understanding, outreach, and difficulty in manual calculations. In February 2023, a socialization of the zakat counter application was held for the people of Bireun Regency. This activity aims to increase understanding of zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat. In this event, the public was given an explanation on how to use the zakat counter application and it was hoped that they would be able to calculate zakat more easily and accurately. The expected results are increasing awareness about the importance of zakat and benefiting from the zakat counter application in helping the process of calculating zakat more effectively and efficiently. With the zakat counter application, it is hoped that it can increase the amount of zakat collected to help people in need. In addition, this socialization is also expected to strengthen cooperation between the government and the community in developing a better zakat calculating application in the future. Therefore, organizing the socialization of the zakat calculating application in Bireun Regency is an important step to increase public awareness about zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat effectively and efficiently.]]>

<![CDATA[Corruption has become a serious problem in Indonesia and the prevention of corruption needs to be done from an early age. One effort that can be taken is to conduct socialization on corruption prevention through problem-based learning methods at TK Al-Kawanad. This method can help children understand the dangers of corruption and how to prevent it through direct experience in solving corruption problems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning methods in socializing corruption prevention at TK Al-Kawanad. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that problem-based learning methods are effective in improving children's understanding of the importance of corruption prevention and how to prevent it. In addition, children are also more motivated and involved in learning through this method. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in efforts to prevent corruption in Indonesia through character education from an early age.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge, attitudes and skills of PKK mothers in Gue Gajah Village regarding verticulture shelf assembly techniques, proper business management, diversification of verticultural processed food and professional marketing using a mobile application. Implementation activities will begin with the coordination and socialization stage with partners for the implementation of activities, then proceed with training on diversification of processed food products. The next activity is to provide counseling on business management, and ways to develop it. Providing counseling on business management, and ways to develop it. Furthermore, partners will be facilitated in making mobile application digital marketing applications so as to facilitate the marketing process. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that partners have increased their knowledge and skills in improving horticultural cultivation vertically. Long-term planning on the use of a marketing android application to increase sales of vegetables. This application is expected to be one of the models in tools for marketing vegetable products in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The continuation of this program can also be carried out by forming partners or partners for Study Programs within the University of Syiah Kuala to support the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Students will later do an internship at Dudi Partners with conditions that have been agreed upon by both parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Welding technology is an applied technology that can be applied to society as a service company (welding contractor). The welding services business is a productive economic sector and has a wide range of markets, for example, the domestic market i.e. the manufacture of walkways, fences, canopies and d'Agliannes, as well as the transport sector for the repair and modification of automobiles. The use of welding technology in the community is based on training models. Through the PKM UNMUS 2022 programme, the PKM team is providing welding training using industrial safety equipment (K3) to the daily fish packing workers in Karang Inda Village, Merauke. Welding training is the solution for unskilled workers to increase their productivity. Training activities include socializing the community service program, training in welding theory through personal presentations and lectures, welding hands-on, and providing an understanding of K3 procedures and the use of PPE in the welding field. We hope that through this series of social contribution activities based on the social collaboration service SKIM, participants in the social contribution collaboration program will be able to acquire welding technology knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service is to increase the entrepreneurial interest of Papua Aboriginal women in Mandala Village. We will also increase the production of banana raw materials that can be processed into products with high economic value. The method of delivery of this service activity is lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice. The outcome achieved was learning opportunities and support to improve entrepreneurial management, as well as entrepreneurial training on how to manufacture processed banana products for Papuan indigenous women in Mandala Village. In addition, increased interest in entrepreneurship among Papuan indigenous women in Mandala Village is expected to reduce unemployment and poverty in the region. This service activity is also expected to have a positive impact on the environment. B. Improve common interests and strengthen local economies. In the long term, this activity aims to be a role model for other communities to start businesses and develop local potential in their respective regions.]]>

<![CDATA[Conventional fuels such as kerosene, whose prices continue to increase and firewood is increasingly scarce, will cause many residents to experience difficulties in meeting their energy needs, both for their daily needs and for business needs. Daily cooking needs require a sufficient supply of fuel, such as kerosene, or firewood. The need for kerosene in a month is ± 30 liters, but its availability is often scarce, and when it is rare for retailers to sell it at multiple prices, this condition makes it even more difficult for people to meet their fuel needs. A service program to help provide solutions due to the scarcity of kerosene fuel. Training on making bus wood charcoal briquettes and training on the use of briquette stoves for household needs in Kamundu sub-district, Merauke, is very helpful for housewives (OAP) in making alternative fuels in the form of charcoal briquettes made from bus wood and also how to do it. using charcoal briquettes as fuel. After the training was held, we conducted monitoring regarding the making of bus wood charcoal briquettes by housewives (OAP) which they would then use as an alternative to kerosene fuel for their household needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Land has a very important value due to its nature and fact. Land, by its very nature, is immutable and fixed, making it a promising investment value for most people. This is because land prices or sales prices tend to continue to rise. Kampung Buti generally do not understand the importance of owning land certificates and many people still believe that the cost of issuing these certificates is high. Most of the proofs are in the form of Kikitir or SPPT (they consider proof of ownership of property). The rest are in the form of sales agreements (AJBs), but very few are in the form of title deeds. Result of this activity: (1) Journal, (2) Land Title Registration Procedures and Conditions, (3) Land Title Registration Paperback. Methodologies used in aid programs are implemented through seminars, workshops, and guidance in the preparation of the I-Kind Anti-Corruption Program. This includes developing training materials for caregiver lectures, case studies, group discussions, games, and brainstorming. This mentoring activity was carried out in three phases: the seminar in the first phase, her in the second phase. Third phase of workshops and technical guidance, and support and training for land title registration. It is hoped that this service will raise awareness of the importance of land title registration.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem faced by Hamlet Sarsangg, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency is the difficulty in managing administration because Hamlet Sarsangg is still attached to Kampung Yasa Mulya which is quite far away and public transportation is not available. Therefore, counseling and administrative training activities were carried out using the counseling and training method which consisted of 3 stages, namely counseling on the importance of administrative activities, administrative training using Microsoft Office software, and archiving training. The people who were involved in this service activity were the Sarsang Hamlet Bamuskam, the Head of the RT of Sarsangg Hamlet, and the Head of the RW of Sarsangg Hamlet. The expected result of this community service activity is that Sarsangg Hamlet officials have the ability in administrative activities and administrative filing. It is hoped that the acquired skills will become material for consideration for the Regional Government of Merauke Regency to make Sarsangg Hamlet a definitive Sarsangg Village, especially in terms of human resources who have good administrative skills. Administrative extension and training activities are expected to help the people of Sarsangg Hamlet in administrative matters and improve the quality of human resources in Sarsangg Hamlet.]]>

<![CDATA[In Sarsang Hamlet, most of the residents are native Papuans where they like to plant tubers and bananas as food ingredients for rice substitutes, but they have also started processing tubers and bananas into processed products in the form of chips. The purpose of this service is to provide training to Papuan women from Dusun Sarsang regarding how to process banana products besides making chips but in the form of other processed products, namely sale bananas using the Simple Drying Building.The methods used are Experimental and Applicative, counseling and training on making Simple Drying Buildings using simple and inexpensive materials. The mechanism is carried out in 4 stages, namely (1) designing a Simple Drying Building (Unmus Architecture Laboratory), (2) Building/making a Simple Drying Building (Unmus Architecture Laboratory), (3) Preparation of Materials and Tools for Extension and Training (Unmus Architecture Laboratory), (4) Counseling on making Pisang Saleh and how to use the Drying Building.The results of this service are expected to use Simple Drying Buiding to make the process of making sale bananas and other products (with the drying process) healthier (hygienic free from dust, flies and other bacteria), besides that the native Papuan mothers of Sarsangg village can make or produce new business (opaque, salted fish and others) independently so as to improve the economy of indigenous Papuan women.]]>
