Abstract

The aimof the research was to evaluate the thermal comfort of greenhouse which has roof polycarbonate.The research used quantitative approach. The variables for comfort standards were temperature, humidity and air movement. The determination of the case was based on the criteria of greenhouse roof material and Environment conditions surrounding thegreenhouse. Data were obtained by using instruments of, i.e. Thermo-Hygrometer and Anemometer. Data were analyzed quantitatively using convenience standard of research.The results showed that there were significant differences between temperature in greenhouse and temperature out greenhouse. Oriented building effect, used element building and environment condition affected to temperature inside and outside greenhouse because design greenhouse was not in standard concept for the greenhouse building for tropic condition

Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan di kota Merauke ini tidak di imbangi dengan penataan taman kota yang baik dan belum diterapkannya peraturan Dirjen Tata Ruang Kota khususnya aturan mengenai RTH (ruang terbuka hijau), hal ini dapat kita lihat dari taman kota Mandala yang belum memiliki sarana yang memadai untuk memenuhi akan kebutuhan sarana berolah raga maupun bersantai disetiap akhir pekan untuk menghilangkan kejenuhan selama seminggu bekerja.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi langsung kelokasi penelitian yaitu pada taman kota Merauke yang berada di jln. Raya Mandala, melakukan studi literature mengenai aturan perkotaan khususnya ruang terbuka hijau (RTH), melakukan analisis dengan pedoman penyediaan dan pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di kawasan Perkotaan  yang di keluarakan oleh Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 05/PRT/M/2008, dengan standar Kementrian Pekekrjaan Umum yang ada, menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian sehingga menjadi suatu bahan masukan bagi pemerintah/instansi terkait serta sebagai informasi bagi masyarakat luas khususnya masyarakat Kota Merauke.Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas yang terdapat pada taman Kota Merauke masih belum memenuhi standar yang ada dan masih memerlukan tambahan fasilitas seperti area bermain anak, kursi, wc umum, parkiran sehingga taman kota ini dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dan dapat di nikmati oleh masyarakat luas

Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan di Kota Merauke tidak di imbangi dengan penataan Kota yang baik khusus pada kawasan Ruang ternuka hijau, ini dikarenakan belum diterapkannya peraturan Dirjen Tata Ruang Kota khususnya aturan mengenai RTH (ruang terbuka hijau), hal ini dapat kita lihat dari taman Kota Mandala yang penataanya belum sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum, tujuan dari penelitian ini Adela desain taman kota yang sesuai standar Menteri Pekerjaan Umum.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi (survey) langsung kelokasi penelitian yaitu pada taman Mandala Kota Merauke yang berada di jln. Raya Mandala, melakukan studi literature mengenai aturan per Kotaan khususnya ruang terbuka hijau  (RTH), pengukuran dengan menggunakan Theodolit dan meteran, menganalisis dengan pedoman penyediaan  dan pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau  (RTH) di kawasan Perkotaan  yang di keluarkan  oleh Peraturan  Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 05/PRT/M/2008,  menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian sehingga menjadi suatu bahan masukan bagi pemerintah/instansi terkait serta sebagai informasi bagi masyarakat luas khususnya masyarakat Kota Merauke, mendesain Taman Kota merauke sesuai dengan Peraturan Mentri Pekerjaan UmumDari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penataan Taman Kota  yang terdapat pada Taman Kota Merauke masih belum memenuhi standar yang ada dan masih memerlukan penataan yang lebih baik lagi dan menambah  fasilitas seperti area bermain anak, kursi, wc umum, parkiran sehingga taman Kota ini dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dan dapat di nikmati oleh masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aplikasi elemen arsitektur tradisional Toraja padabangunan pemerintahan di Kota Makale  Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif melalui pendekatan eksploratif. pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui observasi dan pengukuran, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Analisis data secara kuantitatif.Dilakukan terhadap 3 sampel bangunan Kantor pemerintahan  yang dipilih dengan menggunakanteknik purposive sampling Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan aplikasi elemen arsitektur tradisional Torajayang diterapkan pada bangunan pemerintahan mengalami perubahan terutama pada: a) bentuk atap,dimensi horisontal, dimensi vertikal dan struktur  kontuksi, b) ornamen dan ragam hias yang ada padaTongkonan tidak semua ada pada bangunan pemerintahan, c) material bangunan, dimana bagunantersebut pada umumnya menggunakan material pabrikasi. Perubahan tersebut di sebabkan olehbeberapa faktor yang berurutan yaitu: a) faktor kemajuan teknologi, b) kebutuhan ruang, c) fungsibangunan, e) sosial dan budaya,  f) kebijakan pemerintah.

Abstract

Universitas Musamus dalam perkembangannya sangat pesat terutama dalam melengkapi prasaranapenunjang perkuliahan, salah satunya adalah pembangunan gedung ruang perkuliahan. Dalam halperkembangan pembangunan tersebut harusnya mengikuti aturan atau standar tentang bangunan gedungyang berlaku di Indonesia maupun standar lain yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengkaji dan menggali kondisi gedung yang berkaitan dengan keandalan, kemudahan, keamanan danpenyamanan penghuni gedung. Setiap bangunan gedung harus diselenggarakan dan diwujudkan sesuaidengan fungsinya, serta mampu memenuhi persyaratan penyelenggaraan bangunan gedung, seperti yangdipersyaratkan dalam Undang-Undang dan standar yang ada. Hasil yang didapat bahwa Gedung ruang kuliahlantai tiga pada universitas Musamus, yang baru selesai dibangun pada tahun 2021. Secara garis besar sudahmemenuhi standar keamanan maupun kenyamanan bagi pemakai bangunan sesuai dengan aturan yangberlaku. Pada dasarnya akan lebih baik lagi jika ada perbaikan dan penambahan fasilitas dalam hal ukurandan fasilitas untuk penyandang disabilitas. Penambahan fasilitas yang diperlukan tersebut adalah ukuranlebar tangga, jarak antar tangga tidak lebih dari 40 meter, belum adanya Ramp dan jalur evakuasi yang jelas,arah bukaan pintu utama.

Abstract

The small type of housing, namely type 36, is mostly built in housing in addition to meetingthe needs of 1000 houses for the Jokowi Program, as well as targeting the middle to lowereconomic community. This phenomenon is also starting to bloom in Merauke. But behindthat, the community needs a design strategy to manage these small types of houses.Therefore, this service activity is carried out with the aim of providing education to thepublic through a socialization about this strategy. Community service partners are residentsof the Citra Small Town Merauke housing estate. The method of socialization is bypresenting the material directly to the homeowners. After that, a question and answerdiscussion session is opened and ends with the delivery of impressions and messages fromthe Head of Housing of Citra Small Town and representatives of socialization participants.The result of this activity is the acquisition of knowledge for the occupants of the house,especially in terms of the development of small type houses in the future as well as obtainingoutputs from scientific journal publications, photo documentation, and video testimonials ofactivities

Abstract

Merauke Regency has several recreational places including; Wasur National Park, RI-PNG Border Tourism Area in Sota, Lotus Garden, Kolam Parako, Semesta Commercial Area, PMI Culinary Festival Park. But there are no recreational places that are packaged in an integrated manner which consists of a place to eat, a place to relax, a place to play children. To support the development of Merauke City, a more representative Culinary Center facility needs to be held. The purpose of this study is to plan and design Kopa Culinary Tourism with an attractive visual appearance supported by a site that is accessible to the Modern Tropical architectural design approach. The method used in this research is descriptive research method, carried out by collecting data in the form of interviews with Kolam Parako managers and direct documentation of the object under study. The results of the data obtained are used as a reference to determine the type of space requirements and types of activities. The design of Kopa Culinary Tourism with a land area of ​​5 Ha is divided into 4 parts, namely; (1) Managing Facilities, (2) Culinary Facilities (3) Bathing Facilities (4) Supporting Facilities. Modern tropical architecture approaches are applied including; optimization of natural ventilation and lighting, use of modern materials such as the use of zincalum roof cover, use of GRC partition walls. Abstract

Pastor Bonus Middle Seminary, located in the YPPK Yos Sudarso High School complex in Merauke, currently does not have complete facilities in terms of space function and optimal building arrangement. Redesigning the Bonus Bonus Middle Seminary in Merauke is expected to be able to develop the existing seminary site area, so that it can meet the needs of facilities that are suitable for function and zoning. The purpose of this research is to redesign the Merauke Bonus Pastoral Seminary which prioritizes clarity of functions and zoning through a modern tropical architectural approach, as well as arranging building mass according to the site's shape by considering circulation. The method used in this study is the method of observation / direct observation to the location of the study, interviews with the seminary and Archdiocese of Merauke which provide direction for regional development and capacity building of seminary facilities. The results obtained are used as a reference for improving management facilities, educational facilities, talent talent facilities, religious facilities, residential facilities and service facilities. This design optimizes the lighting and natural airing of existing facilities by arranging the circulation and condition of the building against the tropical climate, so as to obtain a good design for the comfort of inner space and outside space. Abstract

Musamus University student dormitory is one of the facilities provided by the University for students, especially those from outside the area or distant homes. The design of this student dormitory can provide good facilities for the convenience of its occupants by applying the philosophy of honeycomb design and themes as well as the application of Green Architecture designs. Research uses descriptive method, namely to look for elements, characteristics, traits. Descriptive methods are carried out through: surveys, documentation and interviews. Where the data obtained will be a reference to the dormitory design. The number of UNMUS students until 2016 is 9,000 students, 60% of the total number of students in the dormitory is 4,000 students (boys and girls). The area of ​​the student dormitory is 90,000 m2 (9 Ha). Dormitory residents with a percentage of 59% of sons and 41% of daughters, division of dormitory class which consists of class 1: sons (1416), daughters (984), class 2putra (708) and daughters (492) and class 3: sons (236) and daughters (164). The application of Green Architechture is expected to maximize natural resources, including: utilization of rainwater, maximizing natural lighting (skylights), enlarging openings (openings can be penetrated by light and air), with the building stage, air can flow in the building properly, arrangement / building design patterns and vegetation planting are expected to inhibit wind speed. Abstract

Clean water services plan in Merauke district have not been running optimally. The lack of management, service and maintenance from the government affects the condition of the utility of the city of Merauke. The not yet optimally creating the utility of the city of Merauke is also one of the main problems of the clean water source network system. During the dry season, there is often difficulty in getting clean water. This study evaluates the existing conditions, then analyzes and makes the planning of clean water networks aimed at improving the conditions and quality of water supply services for residents of Merauke city. The results of this study are (1) Clean water plan, has not been evenly distributed and has not carried out maximum care. (2) The need for additional clean water distribution channels, maintenance of clean water pipelines and the need for filtration so that clean water is suitable for drinking. (3) It is necessary to add locations of raw water sources, water treatment plans, reservoirs and piping plan (see figure 13) to all urban settlements, so that optimal service equity can occur.
