Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penggalian sumber dana dan pengelolaan dana di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil serta peran komite sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait pengelolaan keuangan sekolah serta peran komite sekolah. Responden utama adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, anggota komite sekolah, dan stakeholder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber keuangan di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil melibatkan beberapa aspek, termasuk pengumpulan dana dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), kantin sekolah, infaq dari wali murid dan siswa, serta bantuan dari alumni. Proses pengelolaan keuangan sekolah dilakukan melalui pengacuan pada Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS), pelaporan keuangan yang transparan, serta pengawasan keuangan yang ketat dengan pertanggung jawaban yang jelas. Peran komite sekolah dalam pengelolaan keuangan di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil mencakup fungsi sebagai mediator dalam pemecahan masalah keuangan, motivator untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dalam pengumpulan dana, advisor dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan, serta monitor terhadap pelaksanaan RAPBS dan pertanggung jawaban keuangan sekolah. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini melibatkan perluasan sumber dana, peningkatan peran komite sekolah sebagai mitra strategis, dan penguatan mekanisme pengawasan keuangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber keuangan sekolah serta optimalisasi peran komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di tingkat nasional.

Abstract

This research examines the strategies and practices used in building leadership character through the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at Al Malikus Sholeh Sumobito Vocational School, Jombang. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and participant observation as data collection techniques. Research findings show that OSIS is an effective means for developing leadership skills, responsibility, teamwork, and moral values ??in students. This research provides good insight for schools and educators to design programs that focus on developing leadership character through OSIS activities.

Abstract

Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools have a strategic role in facing global flows by strengthening character education. This research discusses the theoretical basis, learning methods, and the impact of Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools on student character development. This Islamic boarding school not only maintains traditional Islamic values, but also integrates technology and innovation in its learning approach. This research is library research where data is collected through books, articles and relevant ones used as references. Meanwhile, data analysts are used according to the researcher's abilities and understanding of the data found. Islamic boarding schools contribute positively to the formation of students' personality, ethics and tolerance. Despite facing challenges such as adapting to technology and meeting national standards, Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools also have the opportunity to become centers of authentic Islamic understanding in providing solutions to global challenges. This research is expected to enrich understanding of the role of Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools in strengthening character in the global era, as well as stimulate cooperation between Islamic boarding schools, government and society to produce a generation that is morally and ethically strong in facing global dynamics

Abstract

This research aims to describe appropriate public relations management (PR) strategies to improve the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the right public relations strategy to improve the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang is creating an informative and attractive madrasah website, utilizing social media to promote the madrasah, holding interesting activities for the community, and building good relationships with alumni. The implementation of Public Relations strategies at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang has been quite effective in improving the quality of education. This is evidenced by the increasing number of new students, increasing student achievement, and increasing the image of madrasas in society.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of competency development for teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the professionalism competency of teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has reached a good level. This competency development occurs through an effective planning, implementation and evaluation process. Planning is carried out through regular supervision and work meetings to identify teacher training needs. Implementation is carried out through training and workshops which teaching staff must attend every year. Evaluation is carried out after training or workshops to evaluate the achievements and success of teaching staff. Thus, it can be concluded that MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has succeeded in managing and increasing the professional competence of its teaching staff, which is an important basis for improving the quality of education at the institution.

Abstract

This research examines the planning, implementation and supervision of the entrepreneurship learning program at the Cukir Diwek Jombang Muallimat College Vocational School. The aim of this research is to evaluate how curriculum planning is carried out, how learning programs are implemented, and how supervision of these programs is carried out. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method.  Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation of school principals, curriculum cadets and field teachers. The research results show that entrepreneurship curriculum planning is carried out comprehensively by involving various stakeholders, ensuring the curriculum is relevant and in line with the needs of the job market. Implementation of the program uses experiential learning methods, combining theory and direct practice, as well as collaboration with local industry, although it still requires improvements in the use of technology and ongoing training for teachers. Supervision is carried out through academic and non-academic approaches, ensuring the achievement of educational goals and the development of students' practical skills. In conclusion, the entrepreneurship learning program at the Jombang Muallimat Vocational School is effective in equipping students with the necessary entrepreneurial skills, but requires several improvements to achieve more optimal results

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for improving the quality of education carried out by Kiai in facing the challenges of globalization at MA Al Urwatul Wutsqo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the challenges of globalization include technological progress, moral decadence, and shifts in social values. The strategies implemented by Kiai to improve the quality of education to face globalization include providing adequate learning facilities, a comprehensive educational approach, selecting committed teachers, and maintaining A accreditation on an ongoing basis. This institution also focuses on developing students' character and morals through charitable activities, meeting educational standards set by the government, and integrating physical, moral, spiritual and managerial aspects in the learning process

Abstract

This research analyzes the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of local content curriculum management in developing Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills at SMPN 2 Diwek. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the curriculum was initially designed with an administrative model, but was later changed to a grass-roots model due to input from supervisors. Planning is done by preparing a learning plan at the beginning of the semester and submitting it to the school for monitoring. Organizing is carried out by the deputy principal by arranging teaching hours and lesson schedules. Implementation according to the predetermined schedule. Learning includes reading 2 Juz of the Qur'an per semester, recitation knowledge, and short surah imlak. Evaluation involves summative examinations tailored to the Learning Objectives, as well as teaching supervision by the principal and a team of senior teachers

Abstract

Kiai leadership is the center of change and control for the learning conditions in the boarding school. Good leadership from a good leadership of a kiai is able to realize a good quality of education for students. The purpose of this study is to detect how the influence of the kiai's leadership style on the increase in learning motivation and understanding of kiai's leadership style on increasing the motivation to learn and understanding of nahwu knowledge of santri. This research is expected to be able to provide input for the management of the boarding school in order to can develop ways of leading that have an impact on improving the quality of education. quality of education.  This type of research is quantitative, using observation and questionnaire data collection methods. questionnaire. The results of the study stated that the kiai's leadership style led to students by fostering discipline, providing motivation and giving awards it leads to the type of democratic leadership style. It leads to the type of democratic leadership style. Furthermore, it was found that the kiai's leadership style had an effect on the students' learning motivation by 0.424 with a positive sign. While the effect on students' understanding of nahwu is 0.813 with a positive sign. This means that the influence of the kiai's leadership style on these two variables can have an impact towards improvement
