Kewajiban perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang harus dimanfaatkan langsung baik secara teoritis maupun empiris terbukti telah memberikan dampak positif dari berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan ilmu di berbagai bidang banyak memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam kegiatan masyarakat sehingga memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi efektifitas pelaksanaan tugas-tugas administasi baik di lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta. Namun, hingga saat ini banyak dari penelitian terkait dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu yang banyak dilakukan oleh akademisi, praktisi maupun peneliti belum terpublikasi secara luas sehingga banyak informasi penting di dalamnya tidak dapat diakses secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Jurnal Penelitian Progressif ini hadir menjadi mitra peneliti untuk menampung inspirasi dalam mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya. Abstract

This research is entitled "Evaluation of Basic Football Skills in Students of SMP Negeri 2 Kutacane Class VIII 2023/2024 Academic Year". Football is a team game, each team consists of eleven players, and one of them is a goalkeeper. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out what basic football skills are in students at SMP Negeri 2 Kutacane class VIII for the 2023/2024 academic year. In this research the researcher took 100% of the total population of 26 students. From the results of research conducted by researchers, on class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kutacane for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the total T-Score values ​​for basic football skills in students of SMP Negeri 2 Kutacane for the academic year 2023/2024, the researcher concluded that, middle school students Negeri 2 Kutacane for the 2023/2024 Academic Year has good abilities in practicing basic football skills. The above statement can also be proven by the overall results of all test items where the average T-Score value of all test items is 64.0 which is included in the good category. Based on these results, the researcher suggests to health and recreation physical education teachers in junior high schools to provide regular training for students in order to achieve good performance.

Abstract

To determine the effect and to know the volume of extract of giving kepok banana peel extract (Musa paradisiaca L) on the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L). The population in this study included all types of cayenne pepper. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The research results for stem height (cm) were calculated based on analysis of variance, the average value starting at the age of 10 days, the calculated F value (1.28) < F table (3.48), at the age of 15 days the calculated F value (8.45) > F table (3.48), at the age of 20 days the calculated F value (11.82) > F table (3.48) and at the age of 25 days the calculated F value (10.72) > F table (3.48) Thus, it can be concluded that the administration of Kepok banana peel extract had a significant effect on the height growth of cayenne pepper plants at the ages of 15, 20 and 25, whereas at the age of 10 days there was no effect.

Abstract

The increasing intensity of land conversion in the Krueng Jreue Aceh Besar Sub-watershed from forest to non-forest or due to changes in land use causes changes in the biophysical aspects of the land. Changes in the biophysical aspects of land cause an increase in the level of flood vulnerability. This research uses a descriptive method (survey). The research results show: The variables determining the level of flood vulnerability are based on biophysical aspects of forest and land, namely: dynamic factors (rainfall, land use) and statistical factors (soil infiltration, slope slope). Flood Vulnerability Level Classes (TKB), consisting of: Very Vulnerable, organizations, rice fields (42≤TKB≤50); Vulnerable, moor (34≤TKB≤41); and Medium, open land, shrubs, grasslands, secondary forests, primary forests (26≤TKB≤33), average 32.38 (medium class). Directions for mitigating hydrological disasters in cultivation areas (settlements, rice fields and moors), by implementing flood prevention and air management measures, implementing soil and air conservation and regulating planting patterns. Meanwhile, in non-cultivated areas (open land, bushes, grasslands, secondary forests and primary forests), by implementing land rehabilitation packages and preventing illegal logging.

Flood Vulnerability Level Classes and Maps (TKB), consisting of: Very Vulnerable, residential areas, rice fields (42≤TKB≤50); Vulnerable, moor (34≤TKB≤41); and Medium, open land, shrubs, grasslands, secondary forests, primary forests (26≤TKB≤33), average 32.38 (medium class).Primary forests and secondary forests in non-cultivation areas, covering an area of ​​12,598.00 ha or 54.26% of the total area of ​​the Krueng Jreue Sub-watershed (23,218.06 ha), have the lowest level of flood vulnerability. Flood disasters occur in November-December, when rainfall is high, which causes residents to be exposed, physical and economic losses and land damage.

Flood disasters occur in November-December, when rainfall is high.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in VO2Max using the Interval Training training method in students of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh. This research is experimental research. The research sample consisted of 78 people, with total sampling. The design used in the research is Pre Test–Post Test Group Design. The research instrument uses a bleep test. Hypothesis testing used the paired t-test analysis technique (independent sample t-test) using SPSS with a significance level of p=0.05. Descriptive data analysis. The results of data analysis using the paired t-test showed an increase after carrying out the Interval Training training method for 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week with the results of the pre-test. The results of the paired t-test between pre-test and post-test data on students of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh were obtained with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means there was a significant increase in VO2Max among students of the University's Sports Coaching Education Study Program. Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that influence the decision of footwear MSMEs in Cibaduyut to adopt e-commerce. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the main theoretical framework, this research also considers the Technology-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) model to understand technological, organizational and environmental factors as well as personal factors of MSME owners. Primary data was collected through questionnaires filled out by 148 respondents from footwear MSMEs in Cibaduyut, and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that MSMEs have a positive attitude towards e-commerce, influenced by social norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived benefits, and government support. These findings suggest that MSMEs that have not yet adopted e-commerce need to consider the potential benefits, while those that have adopted can evaluate the existing challenges. The government is expected to contribute through training, infrastructure and regulations that support the use of e-commerce in MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze product development strategies in marketing management, focusing on the food and beverage industry. The research method employed is a qualitative case study, where data were collected through in-depth interviews with product managers and document analysis from several leading companies in the industry. The study identifies various product development strategies implemented, including product innovation, diversification, and adaptation to market trends. The results indicate that continuous product innovation and responsiveness to changing consumer preferences are key factors in maintaining company competitiveness. Furthermore, product diversification that considers market segmentation is proven effective in expanding market share and enhancing consumer loyalty. In conclusion, proactive and adaptive product development strategies play a crucial role in the success of marketing management in the food and beverage industry. This research provides practical insights for product managers and marketers to design more effective product development strategies in line with market dynamics.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Nested type integrated learning model in improving the Indonesian language skills of grade VI students at SD 1 Bireuen. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the Nested model significantly improved students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The integrated approach allows students to relate various aspects of language learning, thus creating a richer and more meaningful learning experience. This study confirms the potential of the Nested model as an innovative and effective teaching strategy in language education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of using educational game-based science media products on improving science literacy , especially in terms of critical thinking or problem-solving skills in elementary school students. Through an experimental research design, the results showed a significant increase in the aspects of science literacy studied in the group of students who used educational game media compared to the control group. The results showed a significant increase in the aspects of science literacy studied in the experimental group. These findings indicate that the use of educational games can be an effective method for improving high-level thinking skills in students, such as critical thinking and problem solving. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating educational games into the elementary education curriculum to support the development of science literacy in more depth. In addition, these results also open up further opportunities for research related to the effectiveness of educational games in various other aspects of education.
