Abstract

The use of information systems contained in E-commerce which of course will be very important to help someone who is about to enter the world of entrepreneurship, the role of the information system is also inseparable from the development of the digital world which is also inseparable from the role of big data itself. This journal will discuss the role of big data which stores a lot of data needed, then this data will be processed in the information system that exists in the E-commerce system so that it will produce very important information to help someone in making decisions for entrepreneurship and will also discuss components in each discussion. The purpose of this research is expected to be additional information to help someone in making decisions in entrepreneurship and also become an additional reference if there is further research. The methods to be used are qualitative methods and literature studies obtained from previous scientific journals and articles.

Abstract

In business there is the science of collecting accurate data and information that can be obtained from various sources, this knowledge is called Business Intelligence. This knowledge can help to provide appropriate options for business needs. The method used in writing this journal is a qualitative method, namely a method that collects previous research data as reference material for this journal research, how much influence one variable has on another. Business Intelligent is used to identify customer satisfaction in renting sports fields by collecting data from various sources using technology. Business Intelligent can strategically identify field locations leased to customers. This journal has literature results in the form of: 1) Customer satisfaction with sports field rentals; 2) The influence of Business Intelligent on sports field rental costs that are affordable for strategic locations.

Abstract

Intelligence implementation in marketing strategy Competition in the field of marketing is increasing, the implementation of artificial intelligence has become an increasingly important topic in the digital era. Now it can help startup companies process data more quickly and efficiently, enabling them to make smarter decisions and make the most of their own marketing strategy. Rules or systems that can be used in marketing is through customer data analysis. By using rules or machine learning processes, companies can analyze the existing behavior and uses of their customers, and predict their future needs and wants. Thus, companies can customize their products or services and enhance their marketing to achieve the business goals that startup companies require.

Abstract

The nation's economic development and the sports sector both depend on the sports industry. Offers field rental for sports, especially futsal. Companies that rent out futsal courts are called "futsal field rentals". The expansion of futsal rental in a number of places, including Bekasi, shows the growing importance of rental in the company's economic potential. This software will be ordered by the information system in an effort to help with the futsal field rental problem. To be useful, futsal field rentals currently utilize software-based technology (website). With the hope of reaching all the people who still rent by hand. This study aims to determine the potential value of business in the sports sector in projecting online futsal field rentals based on the results of information systems via the website. This study uses qualitative methods with journals for literature review.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of On-Page and Off-Page SEO partially and simultaneously affects Brand Awareness. This type of research is quantitative. The technique used is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, where the number of samples is 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire through the Validity and Reliability test. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the OnPage SEO and Off-Page SEO variables partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study uses a quantitative research approach that emphasizes theory testing by measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical techniques. The population used is automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 14 automotive sub-sector companies that had complete data in the annual reports from 2017-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data collected through the company's annual financial statements accessed from idnfinancial and idx.co.id which are the research samples. Data collection techniques and data processing using Eviews 12. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis test provide results that: (X1) Current Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X3) Net Profit Margin partially affects earnings growth. And (X1) Current Ratio, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio, (X3) Net Profit Margin simultaneously affects profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire addressed to employees of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra. Sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 80 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical tool.The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of job training and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra. However, the variable of work motivation does not affect the performance of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra employees, in this study it shows that work motivation is not the main consideration in employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of financial knowledge, income, social influence, perception of ease, and perception of usefulness on the decisions of shopee paylater users in east bekasi. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of financial knowledge, social influence and perceived of usefulness have a positive effect on shopee paylater user decisions in East Bekasi. However, the variables of income and perceived of ease have no effect on shopee paylater user decisions, this study shows that income and perceived of ease are not the main considerations in using shopee paylater.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct and indirect influence of competence, job training, career development and insight into the performance of Indomaret employees in East Bekasi (case study of a real company). The results of this study provide an explanation that competency variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, the direct influence of career development has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether incentives, work motivation, and work stress affect the performance of grabbike drivers in Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research with grabbike drivers as subjects and objects in Bekasi. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 90 respondents. using the SPSS 22 statistical tool. The results of this study provide an explanation that the incentive variable has a positive effect on the performance of grabbike drivers, work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of grabbike drivers and work stress has a negative effect on the performance of grabbike drivers. Then simultaneously the variables of incentives, work motivation, and work stress affect the performance of grabbike drivers.
