Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of On-Page and Off-Page SEO partially and simultaneously affects Brand Awareness. This type of research is quantitative. The technique used is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, where the number of samples is 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire through the Validity and Reliability test. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the OnPage SEO and Off-Page SEO variables partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study uses a quantitative research approach that emphasizes theory testing by measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical techniques. The population used is automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 14 automotive sub-sector companies that had complete data in the annual reports from 2017-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data collected through the company's annual financial statements accessed from idnfinancial and idx.co.id which are the research samples. Data collection techniques and data processing using Eviews 12. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis test provide results that: (X1) Current Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X3) Net Profit Margin partially affects earnings growth. And (X1) Current Ratio, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio, (X3) Net Profit Margin simultaneously affects profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire addressed to employees of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra. Sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 80 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical tool.The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of job training and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra. However, the variable of work motivation does not affect the performance of PT. Braja Mukti Cakra employees, in this study it shows that work motivation is not the main consideration in employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of financial knowledge, income, social influence, perception of ease, and perception of usefulness on the decisions of shopee paylater users in east bekasi. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of financial knowledge, social influence and perceived of usefulness have a positive effect on shopee paylater user decisions in East Bekasi. However, the variables of income and perceived of ease have no effect on shopee paylater user decisions, this study shows that income and perceived of ease are not the main considerations in using shopee paylater.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct and indirect influence of competence, job training, career development and insight into the performance of Indomaret employees in East Bekasi (case study of a real company). The results of this study provide an explanation that competency variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, the direct influence of career development has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether incentives, work motivation, and work stress affect the performance of grabbike drivers in Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research with grabbike drivers as subjects and objects in Bekasi. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 90 respondents. using the SPSS 22 statistical tool. The results of this study provide an explanation that the incentive variable has a positive effect on the performance of grabbike drivers, work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of grabbike drivers and work stress has a negative effect on the performance of grabbike drivers. Then simultaneously the variables of incentives, work motivation, and work stress affect the performance of grabbike drivers.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of financial literacy on financial satisfaction by using financial behavior as an intervening variable in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. The results of this study provide an explanation that the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial behavior is able to mediate the indirect effect of financial literacy on financial satisfaction. However, the direct effect of financial literacy has no effect on financial satisfaction, in this study it shows that financial satisfaction is not affected by the high level of financial literacy.

Abstract

The research aims to determine simultaneously and partially the independent variables namely Celebrity Endorser, product quality, and purchasing decision dependent variable. This research method is a quantitative method, which in this study uses purposive sampling calculations with Lemshow. The population in this study were Bhayangkara University students in Jakarta, with a sample of 100 respondents, where the criteria for respondents were Ubhara students and Ventela shoe consumers. Before conducting data analysis, researchers used 30 respondents as a pilot study to determine the feasibility of this study with the help of the SPSS version 24 program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Fire Department. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique obtained by 88 samples. The method used is quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results of the study conducted in the t test (partial) training variable had an effect on performance with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 6.173 t > table 1.988. The work environment variable did not have a significant effect on performance by obtaining a t count of 1.689 < t table 1.988 with a sig of 0.095 > 0.05. The results obtained from the F test (simultaneous) variables of training, work environment and performance affect simultaneously with the calculation results F calculated at 42.885 > 3.10 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

To achieve the goals of a company, employee performance is needed which is a driving factor for the creation of every organization in the company. However, to support the achievement of company goals, there are several factors that are strong and perfect employee performance, such as Communication, Work Stress, and Compensation.
