Abstract The terms growth and development actually include two events that are different in nature, but interrelated and difficult to separate, namely growth and development. The purpose of this activity is to train cadres about massage therapy in children and then continue by holding a child therapy social service. Outputs: scientific articles in be-ISSN community service journals. First stage: Training with the target is cadre mothers to be trained in child therapy with the Aikipressure method. Second stage: Conducting child therapy social services to provide opportunities for cadres who have been trained to apply the knowledge gained during training, with assistance. Baby massage social service activities have been carried out at the Asyifa Kartopuran Surakarta Clinic on Sunday, June 4, 2023 which was attended by 24 infant and toddler patients. This activity was fully supported by the Asyifa Clinic team. Baby massage social service activities can provide benefits to the community, especially in increasing bonding attachment in the family and helping to overcome health problems in infants. In addition, knowledge and skills about infant massage are also important for mothers and health cadres to have so that they can perform infant massage independently and effectively.

Abstract

Mother's milk companion food (MP-ASI) is a complementary food to meet the nutritional needs of infants under five after six months of age. In practice there are still many Indonesian people giving MP-ASI at less than six months. This is what causes high incidence of infections such as diarrhea, airway infections, allergies to growth disorders. The high incidence of infection has an impact on the decline of the health of infants toddlers so that nutritional needs are not optimal that lead to stunting cases. Therefore, a promotive and preventive effort is needed by providing education the importance of giving MPASI, especially in the Golden Age period aged 6-24 months so that stunting problems are not a problem that always haunts children's health in Indonesia. It is hoped that this effort can significantly reduce stunting cases. The results of the preliminary study were obtained by most mothers who have toddlers in Jumapolo Karanganyar Regency lack understanding of the administration and processing of MPASI. Methods: The method carried out in this community service activity is in the form of giving education around MPASI followed by giving a questionnaire to find out the level of mother's knowledge about the importance of giving MP-ASI in meeting the nutritional needs of her child. Results: Participants in this community service as many as 30 mothers who have children aged 6 months-24 months and come to the posyandu Jumapolo Karanganyar Regency with only 79 % of mothers understand the importance of MP-ASI but after being given education the mother's understanding increased 94 %. Conclusion: Community service in the form of providing education to mothers under five is carried out well and active participants discuss in these activities. In the future it is expected that community service can be carried out by practicing MPASI making.

Abstract

One of the efforts needed in solving the problems of the elderly is with promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. One of these services can be provided in certain communities such as built villages that have been managed by Physiotherapy Bachelor Study Program of Faculty of Health Sciences Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekaangan Pekalongan. The role of the physiotherapist here is related to the changes in posture experienced by the elderly that are the impact of changes in the musculoskeletal system. One of the changes is the posture of the elderly who have begun to bend or so-called kyphosis which can be detected by examining the position of the flexion of the trunk. Other changes in the shape of the posture in the elderly are lordosis and scoliosis. Lordosis is a spinal disorder of the lumbar region that has excessive curvature, the bone curves back so excessively that it seems as if the bone is pulled forward.. When viewed from the left side of the patient, the lower back forms the letter “C”. As for posture changes scoliosis is a condition of vertebral deformity with a characteristic lateral deviation of at least 10° with rotation of the vertebrae. This scloliosis can be seen when the structure of the spine is shaped like the letter “S”. Some of the problems faced by partners are the need for maintenance with the form of approach activities carried out directly with simple methods of extension, observation and posture examination where later the elderly will be given education about daily activities so as not to aggravate the situation of their posture. From this effort, it was found that as many as 24 elderly experienced a change in posture towards kyphosis, 4 elderly people had lordosis posture and 2 scoliosis. Abstract

Entering old age, a person will experience a condition of physical deterioration characterized by less clear hearing, worsening vision, decreased muscle strength resulting in slow movements, and disproportionate body movements. As a result of the physical changes of the elderly, resulting in impaired physical mobility that will limit the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities and cause the risk of falling in the elderly. In Indonesia, the prevalence of injuries falls in the population over the age of 55 years reaches 49.4%, the age over 65 years and over 67.1% (Ministry of Health, RI, 2017). This training aims to reduce the risk of falls in the elderly. This training will be held face-to-face for one month in four meetings. The meeting consisted of pre-test assessment activities, lectures, video screenings, booklet distribution and post-test assessments. Previously, the team prepared and tested high risk management videos which were used as educational media in this training. The results of the study obtained increased knowledge of the risk of falling by elderly cadres with pre-test and post-test scores of 60 and 80. Abstract

Stunting is caused by multi-dimensional factors and not only caused by malnutrition which is experienced by pregnant women and children under five. The most decisive intervention to reduce the prevalence of stunting can be started in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK) of children under five. Lamongan is one of 5 regencies in East Java which has a high stunting rate of 27.5%. Community service activities are carried out to help reduce stunting rates in Lamongan, especially Cangkring Village, this activity is carried out in line with the Lamongan government program, namely providing counseling to parents who have toddlers, as well as parents who will have children. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 28 people. This activity began with counseling on the stunting response by paying attention to toddler nutrition and pregnant women's nutrition followed by demonstrations of making stunting-free food made from catfish which is easily available in Lamongan. Community Service activities carried out at the Cangkring Village Hall resulted in increased public knowledge about stunting and nutritious food as seen from the results of the questionnaires before and after counseling. Increasing public knowledge about stunting and how to prevent stunting in children is expected to be able to minimize the potential for stunting in children in Indonesia, especially in Cangkring Village, Bluluk District, Lamongan.
