Abstract

Background: The JKN program is here to provide benefits to Indonesian citizens in the form of comprehensive individual health services. The number of JKN participant referrals from FKTP to FKRTL has increased. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on strengthening basic health services to minimize the increase in health service costs borne by BPJS. Method: This study is a descriptive type of research because it is to describe how to optimize primary care. Data collection uses literature studies. Results: Based on a review of the four studies above from various countries, strengthening primary care is important to do by means such as integrating client-centered health services at the health center level, increasing community involvement when sick for treatment, optimizing the role of the government, implementing the Family Health Team approach, and routinely conducting socialization of JKN benefits in primary care. Conclusion: JKN provides benefits to improve public health so that strengthening primary health services is needed to help reduce inefficiencies in health service costs while increasing access to comprehensive and patient-centered health services.

Abstract

Age is a risk factor for postpartum hemorrhage, according to Rahmawati's research. An association between age and bleeding due to uterine atony was also found. Mothers aged 20 to 35 years have a 12 times higher risk of experiencing postpartum hemorrhage than mothers aged 20 to 35 years (Edah, 2019). Age parity is also a risk factor for postpartum hemorrhage. Parity refers to the number of children born to a mother (both born alive or dead). Mothers with three children are more at risk of bleeding after delivery than mothers with parity 1 to 3. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between age and parity and the amount of bleeding that occurs in mothers who have just given birth. The literature review method was used in this study. Various scientific articles and research reports discussing risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage are thoroughly explained. The results showed that older maternal age (above 35 years) and high parity (giving birth more than once) increased the risk of postnatal bleeding. These results suggest that mothers with these characteristics should be given special attention to reduce the risk of these complications by obtaining appropriate education, supervision during pregnancy, and appropriate birth planning.

The research design used is a descriptive research design. There are two populations in this study, namely nursing actions and documentation of critical nursing care, the sampling technique used purposive sampling 51 respondents and total sampling (critical nursing care documentation) as many as 68 respondents. The data collection instrument uses observation sheets for nursing actions consisting of infusions, ECG usage and oxygen therapy, as well as critical nursing care using observation sheets consisting of assessment, diagnosis, intervention/implementation and evaluation. The results show that the infusion was according to the SOP, the use of ECG was according to the SOP and sufficient oxygen therapy is according to the SOP for 51 respondents (100%). Critical nursing care complete review 65 (96%), diagnosis quite complete 48 (71%), complete intervention/implementation 65 (96%), complete evaluation 67 (99%) and documentation of critical nursing care majority complete 65 (96%) of 68 respondents. Abstract

To carry out the constitutional mandate to overcome the very complex problems arising among youth, the Indonesian government, through the BKKBN organization, has launched a program called Generasi Beplan, or GenRe for short, for teenagers. Planning Generation, integrated into the Youth/Student Information and Consulting Center (PIK R/M), aims to provide communication, information, and education services to reproductive health adolescents to create quality adolescents. Many countries have issued regulations on reproductive health services, but implementation is still limited. The author uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive analysis method. The data collected is secondary data in the form of legal regulations related to adolescent reproductive health services. The results of this study indicate that UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has implemented adolescent reproductive health services in the form of KIE provided during peer teacher training. At the same time, KIE (communication, information, and education) is provided formally and informally, as well as activities that empower the younger generation as peer educators. Therefore, implementation of adolescent reproductive health services at Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Institute of Medical Sciences through UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has been carried out in accordance with the constitutional provisions of PP No. 61 of 2014.

Abstract

Background: Pre-operation is the initial stage to prepare the patient as much as possible, more than two-thirds of patients waiting for surgery experience anxiety because it is their first time undergoing spinal anesthesia surgery. As a result of the patient's intense preoperative anxiety, there is a possibility that the operation cannot be carried out. The way to overcome anxiety is through deep breathing relaxation techniques. Objective: To determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation on anxiety in preoperative patients. Research methods: This research uses quantitative research design using Quasy Experiment, namely an experimental design carried out without randomization. This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in the operating room in February 2024. This population consisted of 42 patients in one month with a research sample of 30 respondents. This research instrument uses the APAIS questionnaire. This research technique uses purposive sampling. Results: The data that can be generated when using the deep breathing relaxation technique is 30 respondents using the pre test-post test technique. During the pre-test, those experiencing moderate anxiety amounted to 40.0%, severe anxiety amounted to 40.0%, the most severe anxiety/panic amounted to 20.0%. At the time of the post test, those experiencing mild anxiety were 66.7%, and those experiencing moderate anxiety were 33.3%. Conclusion: When the observation was carried out, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety, so that the respondent's anxiety had reduced.

Abstract

Lean Management is a method that emphasizes reducing waste and increasing added value in healthcare service processes. Through a systematic literature review, this study identifies various aspects of Lean implementation in hospitals, such as reducing patient waiting times, optimizing resource utilization, and improving patient satisfaction. The findings reveal that Lean Management implementation not only supports operational efficiency but also enhances service quality and patient experience. The success of this method heavily depends on management support, active staff involvement, and adequate training. This study also highlights challenges such as resistance to change and budget constraints. These findings have significant implications for hospital managers and policymakers in formulating strategies to improve healthcare service effectiveness. Recommendations for future research include empirical studies examining Lean implementation in various hospital contexts, particularly in developing countries. This study aims to explore and analyze strategies for improving hospital operational efficiency through the Lean Management approach.
