Abstract

Abstrak. Pembelajaran versi kurikulum 2013 diharapkan dapat mendorong peserta didik menjadi aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif. Pendidik diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik dalam mengkontruksikan masa lampau dengan mengaitkan kondisi masa sekarang agar pembelajaran lebih bermakna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar sejarah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) pada peserta didik kelas X 3 SMAN 1 Bangorejo. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari bulan April sampai bulan Mei 2014. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X 3 SMAN 1 Bangorejo dengan jumlah 31 peserta didik. Indikator yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kreativitas dan hasil belajar sejarah peserta didik. Kreativitas peserta didik secara klasikal pada siklus 1 memperoleh 60,48%, pada siklus 2 meningkat 18,60% menjadi 71,23%, pada siklus 3 meningkat 7,97% menjadi 77,95% . Pada siklus 1 hasil belajar kognitif memperoleh persentase sebesar 70,96%, pada siklus 2 meningkat 9,09% menjadi 77,41% pada siklus 3 meningkat 8,34% menjadi 83,87%. Hasil belajar psikomotorik pada siklus 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 62,29%, pada siklus 2 meningkat 14,89% menjadi 71,57% dan pada siklus 3 meningkat 7,88% menjadi 77,21%. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar sejarah peserta kelas X 3 SMAN 1 Bangorejo.   Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE), kreativitas, hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among vocabulary mastery, reading interest, and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students of Private Senior High School of Talang Ubi Sub-District of Pali regency. The total number of the population were 200 students. The sample for this study was 51 students taken through a two-stage random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for reading interest and test for vocabulary mastery and reading interest. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. The data analysis shows that = 0.774 with =0.599 and p-Value is 0.00. This value is lower than 0.05. This is significant. So, Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Conclusions suggested that there are significant correlations among vocabulary mastery, reading interest, and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students of Senior High School of Talang Ubi Sub-District of Pali Regency.

Abstract

Bactrocera dorsalis is a very harmful pest for fruit and vegetable. Chemicalcontrol of these pests has raised another problem. The use of surian leaf extractcan be a good and environmentally friendly alternative control. This study aims to determine the effect of the administration of vegetable pesticides from suren leaf extract in the control of B. dorsalis on red chili. This research had been carried out at Siliwangi University and BBPOPT, Karawang in July to August 2019. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six replications. The concentration of suren leaf extract were : 0%, 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1%. The results showed that chili fruit extracts with the highest 0.1% consistently could reduce the number of larvae and the number of fruit attacked. The maincompounds contained in the surian leaf extract include 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z) -, phytol, acetate, phenol, 2-methyl-5- (1,2,2-trimethylcyclopentyl) -, (S) -, Cedren-13-ol, 8-, and 3,7,11,15-Tetramethyl-2-. These compounds were thought to be strong compounds that play a role in suppressing the number of larvae and the number of fruit attacked.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and explain the types of errors in reading Arabic text that the fourth-grade students of KMI studied at Pondok Modern Arrisalah Ponorogo. This research is qualitative with a case study model. The research data is in the form of errors in reading Arabic text. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis was carried out by identifying Arabic text reading errors, grouping Arabic text reading errors, and analyzing Arabic text reading errors. The study's results stated that reading errors in Arabic text were grouped into grammatical, morphological, and phonological errors. The mistakes in reading Arabic texts amounted to 29 errors; 13 in the form of Arabic grammatical errors, 13 in the form of Arabic morphological errors, and 3 in the form of Arabic phonological errors. It was carried out to minimize the mistakes in reading Arabic text in class IV KMI at Pondok Modern Arrisalah Ponorogo; the teacher provides Arabic grammar learning enrichment consistently, repeats learning, and chooses a more appropriate Arabic learning method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Airmas Perkasa. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 29, mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, uji t, uji f, regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji t variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (t hitung = 2,890 > t tabel = 2,048) dan Lingkungan Kerja (t hitung = 3,194 > t tabel = 2,048) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 32,323 > F tabel = 3,35, berpengaruh simultan yang signifikan dari kedua variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja secara simultan 68,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara 31,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Secara individual, gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi sebesar 33,2% dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 37,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the Millennial era, learning should prioritize learning based on student-centered approaches based on self-direct learning, namely the Inquiry-based learning (IBL) model. This model is expected to enable students to apply self-direct learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning in Nursing Action Basic Skills Subjects for Patient Bed Preparation, to determine the application of the IBL model, and to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is classroom action research using cycles. The final result of this research is that the implementation of learning with the Inquiry-based learning model gives an excellent impression for students, with a percentage of 70% of the questionnaires, while the learning outcomes in the first cycle with 77% completeness and in the second cycle with 100% completeness. The percentage increase in learning outcomes from each cycle is 15.7% in the first cycle and 11.6% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process that is not easy to do. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding cannot be separated from problems that occur in the breastfeeding process, including the wrong belief that little milk comes out or breast milk is not sufficient for the baby's needs. This situation is caused by several factors including food and drinks consumed by the mother, psychological or emotional conditions of the mother, abnormal breast shape. New methods introduced to prevent and overcome this problem include endorphine massage and lactation massage, massage techniques performed on the head or neck, back, spine, and breast areas that aim to stimulate the hormones prolactin and oxytocin. The purpose of this dedication is to improve the knowledge and skills of breastfeeding mothers in doing lactation massage. The method carried out is to provide training starting with the correct preparation of breastfeeding material. The results of the training that has been given to breastfeeding mothers who attend the posyandu already know and are skilled in practicing lactation massage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kurikulum yang diterapkan di SDN Alalak Utara 3 Banjarmasin dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam pelaksanaannya serta implikasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, wawancara dengan guru kelas dan kepala sekolah, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah saat ini sudah sesuai dengan standar pendidikan nasional, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, sebagian guru belum siap dalam menerapkan kurikulum baru dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman esensi dari kurikulum tersebut, dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sekolah melakukan beberapa strategi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, termasuk peningkatan pelatihan guru, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, dan penerapan metode pembelajaran yang lebih partisipatif dan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan disekolah. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Alalak Utara 3 dapat dicapai melalui penyesuaian kurikulum yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan dukungan penuh dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan.
