Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Digital Literacy Training and Access to Digital Tools and Resources on Digital Skills Readiness in the context of manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency, by considering the mediating role of Self-Efficacy In Digital Tasks in digital tasks. In the ever-evolving digital era, digital skills readiness is a crucial issue for industry, especially in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to explore the relationship between these two factors and digital skills readiness, which include technical, information, and collaboration skills. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of respondents working in the manufacturing sector. The results of the analysis show that Digital Literacy Training has a significant positive impact on Digital Skills Readiness, while Access to Digital Tools and Resources also contributes to improving employees' digital skills. However, the role of Self-Efficacy In Digital Tasks as a mediator shows insignificant results in this relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in Digital Literacy Training to improve the digital skills of the workforce. From a practical perspective, this study provides clear guidance for HR managers and policymakers to prioritize structured training programs and equitable access to digital tools, while not overly relying on self-efficacy assumptions, in order to strengthen workforce preparedness. This study is expected to provide insight for companies and policy makers in designing effective digital skills development strategies, so that they can support innovation and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Ethical Leadership and Transparent Decision-Making Processes on Organizational Trust, with Communication Openness as a mediating variable, in electronics companies in the Bekasi Regency industrial area. In the competitive era of globalization, Organizational Trust is a key element of corporate success. This research is based on the phenomenon of low employee trust in companies, even though the electronics sector shows high potential in the economy. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 198 employees who had worked for at least one year. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Trust. Ethical leaders are able to create a work environment that supports trust, especially among young employees with high levels of education. In addition, Transparent Decision-Making Processes have also been shown to contribute positively to Organizational Trust, with transparency in decision-making increasing procedural fairness and two-way communication. Communication Openness functions as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between the two independent variables and Organizational Trust . This research provides important insights for leaders and policy makers in the electronics sector to increase organizational trust, which in turn can drive innovation and productivity. These findings also enrich the literature on the dynamics of ethical leadership and transparency in a corporate context, and emphasize the importance of open communication in building trust in a dynamic work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Career Development Strategy, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture influence Employee Retention at PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti, while also highlighting the study’s theoretical relevance in explaining how human resource practices reinforce employee commitment within the framework of social exchange dynamics. Using a descriptive quantitative method and a sample of 80 employees, the data were analyzed with SPSS 26. This methodological approach not only provides statistical evidence but also strengthens the practical applicability of the findings for HR decision-making in manufacturing settings. The results revealed that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee retention: Career Development Strategy, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture. Beyond statistical confirmation, these results contribute to existing literature by demonstrating that the integration of development opportunities, psychological engagement, and cultural alignment forms a synergistic retention mechanism in industrial workplaces. These findings indicate that a strong combination of clear career growth opportunities, active employee involvement, and a positive organizational culture contributes significantly to retaining employees. When employees feel valued, engaged, and supported in a growth-oriented work environment, their commitment to the company increases, leading to longer tenure and reduced turnover, thereby offering practical insights for organizations seeking evidence-based strategies to minimize attrition and strengthen workforce stability.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed investment behavior, particularly in relation to digital assets such as stocks and cryptocurrencies. In Jabodetabek, public participation in digital investment has increased alongside the widespread adoption of digital payment technologies. Nevertheless, this growing enthusiasm is not always supported by adequate financial literacy, which may expose individuals to irrational investment decisions and increased financial risk. This condition highlights the importance of financial literacy and digital payment adoption as key determinants of investment intention in the digital economy. This study aims to examine the effects of financial literacy and digital payment adoption on investment intention among residents of Jabodetabek. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. The research population consists of Generation Z and millennial individuals residing in the Jabodetabek area who actively use digital payment services. A total of 86 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of this study are expected to provide empirical insights into the role of financial literacy and digital payment adoption in shaping investment intention. Furthermore, the results may serve as a reference for policymakers, financial institutions, and educators in designing effective financial education programs and inclusive digital investment policies, particularly in the context of rapidly growing digital financial ecosystems.

Abstract

This study addresses the limited integration of traditional financial theory and behavioral perspectives in explaining youth investment decisions, particularly in emerging market contexts. This study aims to analyze the contribution of expected return based on the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and risk perception to the investment decisions of Generation Z in Bekasi Regency, thereby advancing theoretical understanding by integrating CAPM-based expected return with behavioral risk perception variables into a unified framework that explains how rational financial expectations and psychological risk evaluations jointly shape youth investment decision-making. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 62 Generation Z respondents who had experience in capital market investment. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that expected return (CAPM) has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, while risk perception significantly influences more rational and cautious investment behavior. These findings suggest that Generation Z considers not only potential returns but also the inherent risks of investment instruments before making decisions. This study provides empirical evidence enriching the literature on youth investment behavior and offers practical insights for policymakers and financial institutions in designing more effective investment education and financial literacy programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, physical work environment, and employee engagement on turnover intention among employees in the Thermal Division of PT. Denso Manufacturing Indonesia. The study responds to a research gap in the turnover intention literature by examining these three factors simultaneously in a manufacturing context, particularly within an Indonesian industrial setting that remains relatively underexplored. In addition, this study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on how employee-related and workplace-related factors jointly shape turnover intention in a specific organizational context. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey involving 75 randomly selected respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The findings show that work-life balance, physical work environment, and employee engagement significantly influence turnover intention, both partially and simultaneously. These results indicate that turnover intention is not only associated with employees’ psychological attachment to the organization, but also with the balance they experience between work and personal life as well as the conditions of the physical workplace. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company continue to promote work-life balance, enhance the physical conditions of the workplace, and strengthen employee engagement to reduce the likelihood of employee turnover.

Abstract

The digital economy has intensified interest in understanding how fintech adoption and lifestyle orientation influence individual consumption patterns. In the context of Bekasi Regency, the increasing use of digital financial services and the growing influence of contemporary lifestyle preferences may reshape the way individuals engage in consumption. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness of fintech and lifestyle orientation on consumptive behavior in Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach was employed to examine the relationships among variables. The population comprised the community in Bekasi Regency, and the sample size was determined using the Hair formula, resulting in 160 respondents. Data were collected through observation, literature study, and questionnaires, and were analyzed using Smart PLS. The results indicate that perceived usefulness of fintech positively affects consumptive behavior, and lifestyle orientation also has a positive effect on consumptive behavior. These findings highlight that fintech is not merely perceived as a functional financial tool, but may also encourage consumption when its utility aligns with lifestyle-driven preferences. This study enriches the literature on digital financial behavior by showing that technological and behavioral factors jointly influence consumptive behavior, while also underlining the importance of financial literacy in the digital era.
