Abstract

In cases of environmental pollution and/or destruction in court carried out by companies, the court has not maximally applied the principle of absolute responsibility (Strict Liability). This legal research is normative legal research by looking for rules, norms (das sollen) and behavior (das sein). Article 1365 of the Civil Code which states that every act that is against the law and brings harm to another person, requires the person who caused the loss through his fault to compensate for the loss and Article 1366 of the Civil Code which states that every person is responsible not only for losses caused by his actions, but also for losses caused by negligence or lack of care.

Abstract

The notary's role in legal documents has significant credentials to the practice of law and the interested parties involved in the transaction. Notaries not only witness the creation of documents and agreements, but are also responsible for validating, notarizing, and storing those documents. The presence of a notary is key in maintaining the validity and legal force of documents and agreements, providing legal certainty for the parties involved. This research aims to analyze the role of notaries in proving documents and agreements in civil law and identify related practical obstacles and applications. Qualitative research methods were used, involving in-depth interviews with experienced notaries and concrete case study analysis. The research results show that the role of notaries is very important in maintaining the integrity of the civil legal system by providing legal certainty and protecting the interests of the parties involved. However, challenges such as high costs and procedural complexity, as well as adaptation to technological developments and a dynamic legal environment, highlight the need for efforts to increase the accessibility of notary services and maintain high standards of professional ethics. Therefore, this research provides a basis for developing relevant and effective legal policies in strengthening the role of notaries as guardians of fair and effective legal certainty for society

Abstract

This research explores the impact of financial innovation on the quality of education through financial management at SDN Kranggot. Based on data from interviews, observations, and document analysis, the main findings include the implementation of financial innovations such as digital financial systems, project fund management, and community involvement. This innovation has increased the efficiency and transparency of school financial management. Better fund management has supported the provision of better educational facilities, teacher training, and the provision of learning materials. Parental and local community involvement has also increased, contributing to the raising of additional funds and increasing accountability in the management of school funds. However, challenges such as limited resources and technical skills require solutions such as staff training. This research highlights the importance of financial innovation in improving the quality of education, while emphasizing the need for investment in capacity development to address emerging challenges

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of financial management at the Cilegon 02 State Elementary School (SDN) in increasing financial innovation in the education sector. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from in-depth interviews with school administrators and analysis of related documents. The findings show that effective financial management at SDN Cilegon 02 has a positive impact in increasing financial innovation, enabling wise allocation of funds and increasing the efficiency of use of financial resources. These results strengthen understanding of the importance of transparency, accountability and thorough financial planning in improving the quality of education. The implications of this research include encouraging the adoption of effective financial management practices in other schools as well as strengthening policies that support transparency and accountability in the management of education funds

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HR) in improving performance at Gedong Dalem 03 State Elementary School (SDN), Cilegon City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in-depth information about HR management practices implemented at the school. This research involved interviews with school administrators, teachers, and administrative staff to understand how HR management is implemented in basic education. In addition, analysis of documents such as HR policies, training programs and performance evaluations is also carried out to gain a comprehensive understanding. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into the effectiveness of the role of HR management in improving performance at SDN Gedong Dalem 03, Cilegon City. The implications of the findings of this research can make a positive contribution to improving human resource management in basic education institutions and provide recommendations for improvement and development of better policies. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a reference for related parties in improving the quality of education through optimizing human resource management

Abstract

Blackberries are the superior commodity cultivated organically in the Twelve's Gardens. This research aims to determine the growth response of Blackberry plants due to the application of manure (goat manure) in Eleven's organic garden. The method used compares two treatments on the same land with different beds. These results were obtained from four weeks of observations, with two treatments in four plots, that were different treatments, each treatment using the same two plots. Treatments for the first two plots are to apply manure evenly, and for the next two beds, there is no manure at all. That observation aims to determine the growth response of the Blackberry plant, due to the application of manure (goat manure) in the Twelve's Organic Garden. Apart from that, observations were done to see the comparisons of plant growth given manure and without manure through production results. Providing manure (goat) at a dose of 25kg/24 greatly influenced the growth response of blackberry plants in B1 and B2 with condition plant height, number of leaves, and number of new shoots. The treatment of providing goat manure on blackberry plants resulted in a greater growth in the number of leaves compared to the treatment without fertilization using goat manure

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the health of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in facing global challenges in the banking industry. The RGEC method is used to measure bank health during the 2016-2020 period. The results show that Bank BRI as a whole is in good health. In the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry, it is important for banks to maintain their existence with optimal performance. Bank health assessment is crucial in ensuring the bank's ability to face risks, implement good corporate governance, generate income and maintain capital. These findings highlight the importance of continuous efforts to improve bank health and performance in the face of changing market dynamics

Abstract

In motor vehicle consumer financing activities usually involve three parties. First, the creditor as a business entity that carries out financing for the procurement of installments for consumer needs (motorcycles or cars) with an installment or periodic payment system. Second, debtors as customers who receive financing facilities from creditors for the purchase of motor vehicles. Third, dealers as companies that provide consumer goods (motorcycles or cars) in the context of consumer financing. The relationship between risk and insurance is a close relationship with one another. From a risk management perspective, insurance is even considered as one of the best ways to handle a risk. In article 246 of the KUHD, the limitations of the insurance agreement are as follows: Insurance or coverage is an agreement, where an insurer binds himself to an insured, by asking for a premium, to provide compensation to him for a loss, damage, loss of expected profit, which may be suffered by an unspecified event

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of teaching style and the use of online learning media on student activity by mediating learning motivation in economics subjects. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The sample in this study was the entire population, as many as 145 student at SMAN 79 Negeri Jakarta. The results of this research show that teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student activity, teaching style has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, the use of online learning media has no effect on learning motivation, the use of online learning media has no positive and significant effect on student activity, learning motivation has no effect on student activity, learning motivation has no effect or does not mediate teaching style or the use of online learning media on student activity

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor that supports a company's ability to produce optimal output using available resources. PT. Pundi Alam Perkasa is one of the wood processing industries in Temanggung Regency that has been established since 2011, with the type of production, namely Barecore which is made from albasia wood. In its production process, PT. Pundi Alam Perkasa uses enormous resources, both human resources and raw materials. However, the barecore production target given by the company of 37,500 units or in cubic size of 1,451.062 M3 per month has not been met. Based on the results of the study, the productivity level of PT. Pundi Alam Perkasa is very fluctuating because the average production for the last 6 months, namely from April - September 2023, was 1428.15 M3, which means that the production target has not been met. The criteria used in this study are raw material productivity, labor productivity, effective working hour productivity, machine working hour productivity, and effective production productivity. The highest productivity value was achieved in August 2023 with a score of 740 because four criteria were above average. While the lowest value was recorded in April 2023 with a productivity value of only 309
