Abstract

Sware of their potential, then the potential or assets need to be developed. This assistance is carried out in an effort to make the potential of the guardians of PP Hidayatul Mubtadi'in students more optimal. This assistance is manifested in the form of empowerment, the target of this empowerment is the guardians of students and caregivers, so that their potential can have a positive impact on the guardians of students and Islamic boarding schools in the economic sphere to become more established and prosperous. Empowerment is carried out using the ABCD (Asset base community development) method using several stages, including: Inculturation; Discovery; Dreams; Design; Define; and Destiny. The steps taken in empowering santri guardians in improving the economy, namely: brownies making training activities. This empowerment is implemented in activity 1, activity 2, and activity 3. With this training program, guardians of students and caregivers will be motivated to be more innovative in taking advantage of opportunities and assets they have and be encouraged to develop creative assets within themselves so that the economy of families and Islamic boarding schools is further improved. for a more prosperous future

Abstract

The development of information technology is something that cannot be avoided in the current era. Technological developments have influenced several aspects, such as in education. A software that supports the course of education is a way to improve the quality of education. It is time for schools to develop an effective and efficient information system that handles school administration. PPSD Kedungsantren in payment of tuition still uses the manual system. So that at this time the empowerment of students was carried out through the Kedungsantren Mobile application in financial management at PPSD Kedungsantren. The empowerment of students is carried out for one month using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The assets owned are human resources who are ready to run the KDS mobile application. The method used is Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny, where the method is a form of ABCD approach stages. The result of this empowerment is the creation of the Kedungsantren Mobile application which aims to make it easier to pay tuition fees

Abstract

In a company, a leader is required to be able to develop a company and in developing the company a leader can apply an effective leadership style by applying leadership that emphasizes kinship and togetherness, with such leadership employees will feel comfortable doing their jobs, the company will improve and more developed if employees feel happy in doing the work given by the company. This study contains the following problem formulation: (1). How is the Islamic Leadership Manager of Persada TV Lamongan? (2). What efforts are made by the Manager for employee performance? Thus the problem objectives of this research are (1). To find out how the Islamic leadership of Persada TV managers is applied. (2). To find out what efforts are made by the Manager in the performance of employees who are applied by Persada TV Lamongan. This research is to find out how effective Persada TV Lamongan's leadership is in employee performance, leadership style and performance principles, so that Persada TV Lamongan can develop even more. This study uses qualitative methods, namely the authors analyze data based on information obtained from interviews and documentation studies and the authors use analysis. From the results obtained. Shows that the leadership of the Persada TV Lamongan manager runs quite effectively in the performance of employees which can be seen from the development of Persada TV Lamongan as there are various events or broadcasts that have been scheduled and are still developing at other stages

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture program or Community Service Program is a mandatory program in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is carried out in Rumpuk Village with the aim of collaborating with the community and students with the aim of the welfare of the Rumpuk village community. The advice is all people who are involved in business or MSMEs. Typical production results from Rumpuk Village itself, namely in the form of woven mats from pandanus and the manufacture of furniture and furniture. Delivery for the marketing reach itself has reached the distance outside the district to outside the island. The marketing system is carried out through Word Of Marketing Mouth, wholesale orders to posting on social media. By conducting surveys and field observations, problem points were found which refer to the lack of a market for sales to the absence of legality for business actors. The implementation method carried out in this study is realized with the PAR or Participatory, Action, and Research method on how products can compete with good branding so that the realm of the legality of the business being undertaken is the process of making NIB certificates to residents and business groups to maximize business. through legality and strengthening product branding that can be used by the public to increase the value in the product and for the NIB certificate itself serves to complement personal administration in strengthening business in the future considering the growing era accompanied by increasingly sophisticated technology

Abstract

Abstract

Sunan Drajat Lamongan Traditional Market is a market with a relatively large number of traders. This market provides various kinds of needs, from household needs, typical Lamongan souvenirs, and etc. However, along with the rapid development of technology, some traders are experiencing difficulties due to the proliferation of online markets circulating in the trading world. Traders stated that now the profit they get is not what it used to be. This is because consumers prefer to shop through digital marking(online markets). Therefore, the team of lecturers at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Institute held socialization and assistance in the digital marketing sector, especially the creation of online stalls for Sunan Drajat Lamongan market traders. This activity aims to help traders compete in this digital marketing era. Apart from that, this activity also helps traders to improve and expand the marketing reach of their products through creating online stalls. From this activity, 10 traders have received socialization and assistance regarding creating online shop and how to operate them. In the monitoring carried out, the activity of creating online shop was apparently able to increase the income of traders. Within 2 weeks after the operation of the online shop that had been created, majority traders stated that they received additional income from buyers' orders through the online shop. This is in line with the aim of holding this activity.

Abstract

Cash payments using currency, especially banknote, are often used in buying and selling transactions. Sometimes paying for banknote makes the seller confused about finding change, if the nominal value of the banknote is too large compared to the price of the item. Business actors must also increase their vigilance against the rise of counterfeit banknote. With the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment method, it is hoped that business actors will not have to be confused about looking for change or worry about counterfeit money being widely circulated. There are many benefits of QRIS, such as increasing sales, practical, efficient, safe in transactions, increasing business popularity. Therefore, the service team provides outreach to business actors. The counseling aims to introduce and explain the importance of having QRIS. The team used communicative and interview methods. Business people are very enthusiastic about having QRIS after the team gave a presentation about the QRIS payment method.

Abstract

Aware of the potential possessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenggulun Village, it is essential to develop these potentials or assets. Furthermore, MSMEs play a vital role in local economic growth, and the application of digital technology can be the key to their success in expanding their businesses. Empowerment through Digital Marketing is undertaken to enhance the potential for reaching a broader and more optimal market. This assistance is manifested in the form of empowerment, with the primary target being the MSME entrepreneurs themselves, thus maximizing the potential of each MSME. This ki employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, with interviews and community engagement as data collection techniques. The research findings indicate that MSMEs in Tenggulun Village face challenges in marketing their products to a wider audience, both on social media and websites, which could improve their brand image and boost sales of their products or services. Therefore, efforts are required to provide training and mentoring to MSMEs in understanding and effectively implementing digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This activity started from the need for the PKK women's group, Petiyin hamlet, Takerharjo village, Solokuro sub-district, Lamongan district to develop catering activities into a business unit, the problem is that so far the PKK women's group has not carried out marketing activities in introducing their products, especially digital marketing activities. amidst today's technological sophistication, PKK women must be able to market their products online using digital marketing. One of the applications used is WhatsApp Business. Through socialization and training on digital marketing strategies by utilizing social media, it is hoped that the PKK women's group will be able to provide knowledge about how to expand consumer networks in marketing their products so that they can increase their competitive advantage. To achieve this, the Insud KKN Team provided outreach and training to PKK women to plan and create a business, create promotions, use the WhatsApp business application and provide assistance to complete the equipment needed for cooking activities.

Abstract

In daily life, humans are social creatures who need each other in various ways, including carrying out economic activities in order to fulfill their daily needs. It is impossible for humans to be social creatures who can fulfill their life needs alone, considering the many and varied needs themselves. Human limitations will encourage them to relate to each other to fulfill their needs, either by working together, exchanging goods or by buying and selling and so on. Buying and selling activities are routine activities carried out every time by all humans. However, not all Muslims carry out correct buying and selling according to Islamic law. There are even those who do not know at all about the provisions stipulated by Islamic law in terms of buying and selling (business). In Islamic law sources there are many examples or regulations for correct business according to Islam. Not only for sellers but also for buyers. Nowadays, more sellers prioritize individual profits without being guided by the provisions of Islamic law. They only seek worldly profits without expecting blessings from what they have done. The pillars of buying and selling include three things, namely: there must be an akid (the person making the contract), ma'qud alaihi (the thing being contracted) and shighat, which consists of ijab (offer) qabul (acceptance) A fake sale and purchase is a contract in which one of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled perfectly, such as a seller who is not competent, goods that cannot be handed over and so on. Meanwhile, a fasid sale and purchase is a contract that fulfills the conditions of harmony
