Abstract

Any organization, including companies, a leader is required to be able to develop a company and in developing the company a leader can apply effective leadership management by applying leadership that puts family and togetherness at the forefront, with such leadership employees will feel comfortable doing their jobs, the company will increase and be more developed if employees feel happy in doing the work given by the company. This study contains the following problem formulations: (1) What is the purpose of office administration? (2) What are the Scope of Office Management? (3) What is Management Information System? (4) What is the Importance of Management Information Systems in Organizations. Thus the purpose of the problem of this research is (1) Want to Know What is the Purpose of Office Administration? (2) Do you want to know what is the Scope of Office Management? (3) Want to Know What is a Management Information System? Abstract

Sunan Drajat Lamongan Traditional Market is a market with a relatively large number of traders. This market provides various kinds of needs, from household needs, typical Lamongan souvenirs, and etc. However, along with the rapid development of technology, some traders are experiencing difficulties due to the proliferation of online markets circulating in the trading world. Traders stated that now the profit they get is not what it used to be. This is because consumers prefer to shop through digital marking(online markets). Therefore, the team of lecturers at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Institute held socialization and assistance in the digital marketing sector, especially the creation of online stalls for Sunan Drajat Lamongan market traders. This activity aims to help traders compete in this digital marketing era. Apart from that, this activity also helps traders to improve and expand the marketing reach of their products through creating online stalls. From this activity, 10 traders have received socialization and assistance regarding creating online shop and how to operate them. In the monitoring carried out, the activity of creating online shop was apparently able to increase the income of traders. Within 2 weeks after the operation of the online shop that had been created, majority traders stated that they received additional income from buyers' orders through the online shop. This is in line with the aim of holding this activity.

Abstract

Cash payments using currency, especially banknote, are often used in buying and selling transactions. Sometimes paying for banknote makes the seller confused about finding change, if the nominal value of the banknote is too large compared to the price of the item. Business actors must also increase their vigilance against the rise of counterfeit banknote. With the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment method, it is hoped that business actors will not have to be confused about looking for change or worry about counterfeit money being widely circulated. There are many benefits of QRIS, such as increasing sales, practical, efficient, safe in transactions, increasing business popularity. Therefore, the service team provides outreach to business actors. The counseling aims to introduce and explain the importance of having QRIS. The team used communicative and interview methods. Business people are very enthusiastic about having QRIS after the team gave a presentation about the QRIS payment method.

Abstract

Nowadays, business competition is increasingly high, especially with increasingly rapid technological developments, MSME players must have a good strategy in order to remain competitive with other competitors. Therefore, this research aims to find out the marketing strategies carried out by MSMEs in facing very high competition in the digital era. The research method in this research uses a qualitative approach through carefully prepared interviews with MSME actors dagan. The results of this research are that the strategy that must be carried out by MSMEs dagan in order to survive in the digital era is to support aggressive marketing strategies so that they can show that these MSMEs can have the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, so they can open more branches and gain abundant profits. and can establish good communication relationships with consumers. Persaingan usaha pada zaman sekarang semakin tinggi apalagi pada perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membuat para pelaku UMKM harus mempunyai strategi yang baik agar tetap bisa bersaing dengan para kompetitor lainnya. Maka dari itu penelitihan ini bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh para UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan yang sangat tinggi di era digital. Metode penelitihan dalam penelitihan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara yang sudah dipersipkan secara matang pada pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitihan ini bahwa strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh UMKM agar bisa bersing pada era digital adalah mendukung pada strategi pemasaran yang agresif agar bisa menunjukan bahwa UMKM dagan ini bisa memiliki kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, agar bisa membuka cabang lebih banyak lagi dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang berlimpah dan dapat menjalin hubungan komunikasi dengan baik pada para konsumen.

Abstract

Aware of the potential possessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenggulun Village, it is essential to develop these potentials or assets. Furthermore, MSMEs play a vital role in local economic growth, and the application of digital technology can be the key to their success in expanding their businesses. Empowerment through Digital Marketing is undertaken to enhance the potential for reaching a broader and more optimal market. This assistance is manifested in the form of empowerment, with the primary target being the MSME entrepreneurs themselves, thus maximizing the potential of each MSME. This ki employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, with interviews and community engagement as data collection techniques. The research findings indicate that MSMEs in Tenggulun Village face challenges in marketing their products to a wider audience, both on social media and websites, which could improve their brand image and boost sales of their products or services. Therefore, efforts are required to provide training and mentoring to MSMEs in understanding and effectively implementing digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This activity started from the need for the PKK women's group, Petiyin hamlet, Takerharjo village, Solokuro sub-district, Lamongan district to develop catering activities into a business unit, the problem is that so far the PKK women's group has not carried out marketing activities in introducing their products, especially digital marketing activities. amidst today's technological sophistication, PKK women must be able to market their products online using digital marketing. One of the applications used is WhatsApp Business. Through socialization and training on digital marketing strategies by utilizing social media, it is hoped that the PKK women's group will be able to provide knowledge about how to expand consumer networks in marketing their products so that they can increase their competitive advantage. To achieve this, the Insud KKN Team provided outreach and training to PKK women to plan and create a business, create promotions, use the WhatsApp business application and provide assistance to complete the equipment needed for cooking activities.

Abstract

In daily life, humans are social creatures who need each other in various ways, including carrying out economic activities in order to fulfill their daily needs. It is impossible for humans to be social creatures who can fulfill their life needs alone, considering the many and varied needs themselves. Human limitations will encourage them to relate to each other to fulfill their needs, either by working together, exchanging goods or by buying and selling and so on. Buying and selling activities are routine activities carried out every time by all humans. However, not all Muslims carry out correct buying and selling according to Islamic law. There are even those who do not know at all about the provisions stipulated by Islamic law in terms of buying and selling (business). In Islamic law sources there are many examples or regulations for correct business according to Islam. Not only for sellers but also for buyers. Nowadays, more sellers prioritize individual profits without being guided by the provisions of Islamic law. They only seek worldly profits without expecting blessings from what they have done. The pillars of buying and selling include three things, namely: there must be an akid (the person making the contract), ma'qud alaihi (the thing being contracted) and shighat, which consists of ijab (offer) qabul (acceptance) A fake sale and purchase is a contract in which one of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled perfectly, such as a seller who is not competent, goods that cannot be handed over and so on. Abstract

Petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah is one of the businesses that moves from the ancestors and until now has grown rapidly to become part of the characteristics of East Klampis Village. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing on increasing the income of petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use formulas. The research method used is a simple linear regression analysis using the help of Eviews (Econometrie Views) software version 12. The purpose of the study is to answer, know, describe, and analyze problem formulations; 1) Does Digital Marketing affect the increase in revenue of petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah Klampis Timur, Klampis District, Bangkalan Regency? How does digital marketing affect the increase in revenue of petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah Klampis Timur, Klampis District, Bangkalan Regency? This study uses a descriptive field approach also dominated by the collection of sampling from the population. In addition, this study also uses classical assumption tests with the help of data using data analysis in the form of eviews software (Econometrie Views) version 12. The results of the study obtained showed that digital marketing variables had a significant effect on the increase in income of petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah. Petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dari nenek moyang dan hingga saat ini berkembang pesat menjadi bagian dari ciri khas Desa Klampis Timur. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh digital marketing terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana  dengan menggunakan bantuan berupa software Eviews (Econometrie Views) versi 12. Tujuan penelitian tersebut guna menjawab, mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis rumusan masalah; 1) Apakah Digital Marketing berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah Klampis Timur Kecamatan Klampis Kabupaten Bangkalan? Bagaimana pengaruh digital marketing terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah Klampis Timur Kecamatan Klampis Kabupaten Bangkalan?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan lapangan secara deskriptif juga didominasi dengan adanya pengumpulan sampling dari populasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dengan bantuan data menggunakan analisis data berupa software eviews (Econometrie Views) versi 12. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petis rojoro Hj. Nur Mawaddah.

Abstract

Dusun Bango, Payaman, Solokuro, Lamongan has creative economic potential as producers of bamboo crafts, “tumbu”. Tumbu or besek is a fish packaging for sale. Tumbu crafts utilize natural resources in Dusun Bango, bamboo trees which grow abundantly in the Dusun Bango area. This potential needs to be accompanied so that it is more empowered and successful in strengthening the community's economy. For this reason, KKN INSUD 2023 group 6 provides community assistance using the Participatory Action Research method. The result of this assistance is that tumbu craftsmen get several alternative business development strategies by optimizing strengths, taking advantage of opportunities, being ready to overcome weaknesses and face challenges. Strategies that can be implemented include increasing cooperation with fellow craftsmen and stakeholders from inside and outside the Dusun for self-development and expanding marketing, making various types of tumbu and trying to make other forms of bamboo crafts, promoting products as well as providing environmental education, empowering potential groups and the younger generation for business sustainability. Dusun Bango, Payaman, Solokuro, Lamongan memiliki potensi perekonomian kreatif sebagai penghasil kerajinan bambu yakni pembuatan tumbu. tumbu atau besek merupakan wadah yang digunakan untuk kemasan penjualan ikan layang. Kerajinan tumbu memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di dusun Bango yaitu pohon bambu yang tumbuh subur di wilayah Dusun Bango. Potensi ini perlu mendapatkan dampingan agar lebih berdaya dan berhasil dalam menguatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Untuk itu KKN INSUD 2023 kelompok 6 melakukan pendampingan dengan metode Participatory Action Research. Hasil dari pendampingan ini yaitu pengrajin tumbu mendapatkan beberapa alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha dengan mengoptimalkan kekuatan, memanfaatkan peluang, siap mengatasi kelemahan dan menghadapi tantangan. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan antara lain, meningkatkan kerjasama dengan sesama pengrajin dan stakeholder dari dalam maupun luar dusun untuk pengembangan diri dan memperluas pemasaran, membuat aneka variasi bentuk tumbu dan mencoba membuat bentuk kerajinan bambu yang lain, mempromosikan produk sekaligus melakukan edukasi terkait dengan produk yang ramah lingkungan, memberdayakan kelompok potensial dan generasi muda untuk keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of companions in entrepreneurial week activities and artistic creation at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan are carried out to instill entrepreneurial values ​​in students. The basis for implementing entrepreneurship week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan is the profile of Pancasila students and rahmatan lil-alamin students. The objectives of implementing the bazaar are: 1. Developing creativity and innovation. 2. Teaching entrepreneurial skills, 3. Sharpening the entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, 4. Forming multi-capable people. The forms of Bazaar Mentoring carried out are: 1. Providing direction and helping students understand the material, 2. Providing emotional support, 3. Providing constructive feedback to improve performance, 4. Arranging schedules, and overcoming problems that may arise, 5. As a role model to shape student character through positive behavior and attitudes, and 6. Collaborate and interact with other parties involved in field activities, such as parents, schools and field partners. The bazaar assistance provided was effective. This is proven by the implementation of bazaar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendamping dalam kegiatan pekan wirausaha dan kreasi seni di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan dilaksanakan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan siswa. Landasan pelaksanaan kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan adalah profil pelajar Pancasila dan pelajar rahmatan lil-alamin. Tujuan pelaksanaan bazaar adalah: 1. Mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi. 2. Mengajarkan Keterampilan Wirausaha, 3. Mengasah Jiwa Wirausaha Sejak Dini, 4. Membentuk Manusia yang multi kemampuan. Bentuk Pendampingan Bazaar yang dilakukan adalah: 1. Memberikan arahan, dan membantu siswa memahami materi, 2. Memberikan dukungan emosional, 3. Memberikan umpan balik konstruktif untuk memperbaiki kinerja, 4. Mengatur jadwal, dan mengatasi masalah yang mungkin muncul, 5. Sebagai teladan untuk membentuk karakter siswa melalui perilaku dan sikap yang positif, dan 6. Berkolaborasi dan berinteraksi dengan pihak lain yang terlibat dalam kegiatan lapangan, seperti orang tua, pihak sekolah, dan mitra lapangan. Pendampingan bazaar yang dilakukan efektif. Hal ini terbukti dengan terlaksananya kegiatan bazaar.
