Abstract

Sware Community service with the theme of entrepreneurship is a program of community service activities that focuses on entrepreneurial activities. Community service in Parallel Hamlet, Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency by group 7 KKN INSUD which focuses on the problem of the lack of community potential in entrepreneurship which is still lacking so it needs to be motivated and innovated so that it has an entrepreneurial spirit. By going through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, in which this approach is to get results or changes and new innovations that occur to women in parallel hamlets. This entrepreneurial activity assistance is aimed at housewives who are already entrepreneurs or those who have not started their own businesses. This entrepreneurial assistance is through training on making banana rolls, starting from production to marketing and promotion systems, and also providing socialization about entrepreneurship by providing understanding to mothers to foster a creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. The result of this series of community service activities is to provide new ideas for making banana rolls and more modern marketing, as well as other results in the form of designs in the form of logos, brands and others

Abstract

The results of the analysis found three main categories of variables that affect the performance of stock mutual funds: macroeconomic variables (inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates); mutual fund characteristics (size, age, and operational costs); and the ability of investment managers (the ability to choose securities and the ability to determine market time). While the influence of interest rates and exchange rates varies, the findings show that inflation generally has a negative impact on the performance ofstockmutual funds. The age ofmutualfunds usually has a positive impact on performance. This study shows that a holistic approach to assessing stock mutual funds is very important for investors; that investment managers should have a better ability to choose securities; and that regulators should make policies that increase the transparency and effectiveness of the mutual fund industry. This research increases our understanding ofthe dynamics ofstock mutual fund performance and shows areas that require further research in the context of the ever-changing capital market

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of financial management in the management of MSMEs to support business sustainability. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies, this study collects data from various reliable literature during the period 2017–2024. The focus of the research includes financial management strategies such as transaction recording, cash flow management, the use of technology, and financial literacy. The results show that good financial literacy and the application of modern technology greatly affect the efficiency and sustainability of MSMEs. Proper financial management helps MSMEs overcome challenges such as access to capital, financial records, and cost efficiency. Support from the government through the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program and financial training is a strategic step to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market.

Abstract

This study discusses the fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) regarding fundraising products in Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS), particularly in the form of savings, demand deposits, and term deposits. LKS are financial institutions that operate based on sharia principles derived from the Qur'an and hadith, avoiding the practice of riba (interest) and transactions that contradict Islamic law. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding the fatwas governing these products to ensure that the management of funds adheres to sharia principles. Through a normative and empirical legal approach, this article explores the mechanisms of fundraising in Islamic banking, particularly through Mudharabah and Wadi'ah contracts. The primary aim of this study is to provide guidance for the public in selecting Sharia-compliant fundraising products and to understand the rights and obligations of customers in transactions with LKS. This article also examines the legal and ethical implications of DSN-MUI fatwas regarding savings, demand deposits, and term deposits, as well as the challenges faced in implementing these products in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) conducted by Universitas PGRI Madiun in Candirejo Village, Magetan Regency, was strategically focused on community empowerment through a series of integrated initiatives. Core programs included the digitalization of administrative management for community health posts (posyandu), nutrition workshops for mothers, mentoring in digital marketing and product rebranding for MSMEs, the development of Community Reading Gardens (Taman Baca Masyarakat), training in Smart Digital Finance, as well as the establishment of Sustainable Food Houses and Organic Gardens. A flagship initiative centered on strengthening digital transformation among MSMEs, aiming to enhance digital literacy, expand market access, and improve the competitiveness of local products. Field observations identified several key challenges, including low digital literacy, overreliance on manual record-keeping, and limited understanding of digital platforms. These issues were attributed to insufficient training programs, inadequate technological infrastructure, and resistance to change. Structured interventions—comprising targeted training, technology provision, and intensive mentoring—proved effective in addressing these barriers. The program contributed significantly to administrative efficiency, improved the quality of community health services, and optimized MSME marketing strategies through digital platforms and competitive pricing. The findings underscore that digital transformation serves as a critical driver in achieving sustainable competitive advantage for local MSMEs amid the digital disruption era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Current Ratio (CR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. The method used in this study is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The population in this study uses the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is Purposive Sampling. The data analysis techniques used are financial ratio analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, statistical analysis through the EVIEWS calculation stages using EVIEWS version 10. The method used in this study is Panel Data Regression Analysis. Based on the partial test results, it shows that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

Sware of their potential, then the potential or assets need to be developed. This assistance is carried out in an effort to make the potential of the guardians of PP Hidayatul Mubtadi'in students more optimal. This assistance is manifested in the form of empowerment, the target of this empowerment is the guardians of students and caregivers, so that their potential can have a positive impact on the guardians of students and Islamic boarding schools in the economic sphere to become more established and prosperous. Empowerment is carried out using the ABCD (Asset base community development) method using several stages, including: Inculturation; Discovery; Dreams; Design; Define; and Destiny. The steps taken in empowering santri guardians in improving the economy, namely: brownies making training activities. This empowerment is implemented in activity 1, activity 2, and activity 3. With this training program, guardians of students and caregivers will be motivated to be more innovative in taking advantage of opportunities and assets they have and be encouraged to develop creative assets within themselves so that the economy of families and Islamic boarding schools is further improved. for a more prosperous future

Abstract

The development of information technology is something that cannot be avoided in the current era. Technological developments have influenced several aspects, such as in education. A software that supports the course of education is a way to improve the quality of education. It is time for schools to develop an effective and efficient information system that handles school administration. PPSD Kedungsantren in payment of tuition still uses the manual system. So that at this time the empowerment of students was carried out through the Kedungsantren Mobile application in financial management at PPSD Kedungsantren. The empowerment of students is carried out for one month using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The assets owned are human resources who are ready to run the KDS mobile application. The method used is Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny, where the method is a form of ABCD approach stages. The result of this empowerment is the creation of the Kedungsantren Mobile application which aims to make it easier to pay tuition fees

Abstract

In a company, a leader is required to be able to develop a company and in developing the company a leader can apply an effective leadership style by applying leadership that emphasizes kinship and togetherness, with such leadership employees will feel comfortable doing their jobs, the company will improve and more developed if employees feel happy in doing the work given by the company. This study contains the following problem formulation: (1). How is the Islamic Leadership Manager of Persada TV Lamongan? (2). What efforts are made by the Manager for employee performance? Thus the problem objectives of this research are (1). To find out how the Islamic leadership of Persada TV managers is applied. (2). To find out what efforts are made by the Manager in the performance of employees who are applied by Persada TV Lamongan. This research is to find out how effective Persada TV Lamongan's leadership is in employee performance, leadership style and performance principles, so that Persada TV Lamongan can develop even more. This study uses qualitative methods, namely the authors analyze data based on information obtained from interviews and documentation studies and the authors use analysis. From the results obtained. Shows that the leadership of the Persada TV Lamongan manager runs quite effectively in the performance of employees which can be seen from the development of Persada TV Lamongan as there are various events or broadcasts that have been scheduled and are still developing at other stages

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture program or Community Service Program is a mandatory program in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is carried out in Rumpuk Village with the aim of collaborating with the community and students with the aim of the welfare of the Rumpuk village community. The advice is all people who are involved in business or MSMEs. Typical production results from Rumpuk Village itself, namely in the form of woven mats from pandanus and the manufacture of furniture and furniture. Delivery for the marketing reach itself has reached the distance outside the district to outside the island. The marketing system is carried out through Word Of Marketing Mouth, wholesale orders to posting on social media. By conducting surveys and field observations, problem points were found which refer to the lack of a market for sales to the absence of legality for business actors. The implementation method carried out in this study is realized with the PAR or Participatory, Action, and Research method on how products can compete with good branding so that the realm of the legality of the business being undertaken is the process of making NIB certificates to residents and business groups to maximize business. through legality and strengthening product branding that can be used by the public to increase the value in the product and for the NIB certificate itself serves to complement personal administration in strengthening business in the future considering the growing era accompanied by increasingly sophisticated technology
