Abstract

The importance of spreading Islamic religious knowledge through studies and lectures has become a primary focus in efforts to enhance the understanding of the community regarding Islamic teachings. According to data from BPS in 2018, there are more than 200 mosques scattered throughout Banjarmasin City. In addition to mosques, Banjarmasin City also has a significant number of majlis ta'lim. These mosques and majlis ta'lim certainly have various schedules for Islamic studies, ranging from daily, weekly, to monthly schedules. Currently, there is no system in Banjarmasin City that provides information about the scheduling of Islamic studies, making it difficult for the community to find information on where to look for these activities. Besides scheduling information, to facilitate the community in finding the location of Islamic studies, geographical information of each mosque and majlis ta'lim needs to be added as well. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD), resulting in a web-based system using PHP programming language and Leaflet JavaScript plugin for the geographic information system, with MySQL as the database. It is hoped that this system can help the community find information on Islamic study schedules and easily locate the venues for these activities.

Abstract

SMA Al-Hidayah is one of the private high schools located in Medan. At Al-Hidayah High School, the new student registration procedure is still done manually, where all prospective new students must come directly to the school to fill out the registration form and submit the new student registration files needed by the school. The new student registration method applied at Al-Hidayah High School is considered inefficient to get many enthusiasts from outside Medan City. So that it can reduce the opportunity for SMA Al-Hidayah to get more new students in each new school year. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based new student registration information system equipped with a user-friendly interface, complete features, and good data integration at SMA Al-Hidayah. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a web-based new student registration information system that can facilitate the process of registering new students at Al-Hidayah High School online.

Abstract

Introducing animals to early childhood is a crucial aspect of their initial educational development. At the age of 5, children are in a significant phase of developing language, observational skills, and conceptual understanding. In the context of learning, Augmented Reality (AR) can provide a more interactive and immersive learning experience compared to traditional methods. This application was created using Vuforia and Unity Engine, with the C# programming language. The application can display 3D animal objects, play animal sounds, and provide information about the animals in Indonesian. The animals featured in this application are the Brazilian turtle and the dog. Based on the data, images included in the Vuforia database showed a detection success rate of 7 out of 9 images for the Brazilian turtle. Meanwhile, for the dog, 10 out of 12 images included in the Vuforia database were successfully detected. These figures are reflected by the number of stars in the Vuforia database.

Abstract

In building a web-based cleaning material sales information system, the Business to Consumer (B2C) method is applied with the aim of improving a more efficient and effective sales process and reaching a wider market. This research builds a web platform that facilitates direct communication between manufacturers or distributors of cleaning materials and end consumers. This system was created with the aim of providing easy access to product information, transparent pricing, and a simple transaction process. The process of developing this web-based information system involves a number of steps, starting from analyzing needs, designing the system, implementing the design to conducting trials and evaluations. During the needs analysis process, the functional and non-functional needs of the users, either those who produce or use the products, were recognized. The system design includes a user interface that is easy to understand, a database that is efficient in its structure, as well as crucial features such as product listing, shopping cart, online payment methods, and order monitoring. To carry out the implementation, the latest web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were used along with the Laravel framework on the backend side. Product, transaction, and user information were managed using a MySQL database. The system is tested as a whole to verify each feature operates effectively and according to predefined specifications. From this research, it is evident that applying the B2C method in a web-based cleaning material sales information system increases consumer satisfaction because it provides easier, faster, and safer access to information and transactions. In addition, this system also plays a role in helping manufacturers manage sales and inventory more efficiently, as well as presenting analytical data that is useful for business decision making. Overall, the web-based B2C cleaning sales information system solution provides innovation and practicality in supporting business operations in the digital age. Not only does this technology improve the efficiency of the sales process, it also opens up new opportunities in marketing and distributing cleaning products more broadly.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Paris Pelaminan Party, especially in the administration section, which aims to assist administration in simplifying the process for customers in renting wedding equipment, making it easier for administration to process wedding equipment rental data and presenting reports to management. This research uses field research methods, library research, while the development method in this research is made using the Prototype method. The process and stages of prototyping and system development, it is hoped that after identifying user needs, the software created can be accepted by users. The information system designed is web-based, using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter 4 and MySQL database. This research produces an information system for wedding rental equipment so that this data management system can help the administration process rental data, make it easier for customers to rent, and present reports to management that are processed systematically, quickly, accurately, up to date, and practically to avoid errors in data management, so that problems at the Paris Bride Party can be resolved.

Abstract

This research proposes the use of a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), a deep learning approach consisting of two neural networks: a generator that generates high-resolution images from low-resolution images, and a discriminator that distinguishes between original high-resolution images. and the image the generator produces. Through joint training, the generator learns to produce increasingly realistic and detailed images. This research uses training data of 400 image data, 100 images consisting of training data and test data. The GAN model trial showed a success rate of 80% training data, 20% test data. This process continued through repeated testing and 10,000 epoch training periods using Pytorch to train the GAN, with sharper and more detailed results than conventional methods. The application of GANs in various applications such as medical image processing, video restoration, and security surveillance shows great potential in improving image quality. Challenges such as training stability and computational time are overcome through more efficient regularization and optimization techniques, so that GANs prove to be a powerful tool for image resolution enhancement with a significant contribution to the development of more advanced image processing technologies.

Abstract

Water is a basic human need, without water humans cannot carry out activities. However, not all types of water can be consumed and are healthy for humans. So it is important to check water quality regularly. Because the influence of weather can make the water quality unfit      consumption. To determine water quality, laboratory testing is required. This test requires complex analysis results so the time used in testing is relatively longer. In data mining there are classification techniques that can be used to group drinking water samples based on several variables that have been determined from water data. The aim of this research is to classify the types of drinking water that are suitable for consumption and the characteristics of healthy water. To process the data using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and produce an accuracy value of 75%.

Abstract

Senior High School Global Mulia is one of the schools in Bekasi district. This school is a formal education facility that equips students with knowledge, skills and socialization abilities in society. Therefore, each vocational school has a special agency to handle job placement for graduates, namely the Special Job Exchange (BKK). In this case, the implementation of BKK SMK Global Mulia's duties encountered problems when distributing job vacancy information and job registration information. The job registration process at BKK SMK Global Mulia is still done manually. Based on these problems, this web-based Special Job Exchange Information System is designed for job distribution, managing applicant data and information on calling for selection tests for companies that require it. The system was developed using the waterfall method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database manager. With this special job market information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for job seekers to obtain more effective information and make it easier for officers to manage BKK.

Abstract

Goods Delivery is preparing the delivery of goods from the building to the destination that has been adjusted to the ordering and delivery documents and in conditions that comply with the goods handling requirements. Just like RJ. Logistics Cargo, is a cargo expedition and entrustment service located at Jln. Surabaya Karang Mulia, Nabire, Central Papua. RJ. Logistics Cargo also strives to optimize the delivery of goods to consumers. RJ. Logistics Cargo provides solutions to consumers who need reliable and fast delivery of goods. So far, RJ has been considering it. Logistics Cargo in arranging routes is only limited to capacity, weight of goods transported and location, never considering whether the distance traveled on the route is minimal or not. Delivery routes are determined randomly according to the driver's intuition. Therefore, an important thing that freight forwarding companies must pay attention to apart from transportation is cost optimization. Cost optimization needs to be applied to various company activities, and one of the things companies do is to optimize transportation costs. So it can help solve the problem of distributing products from sources to several destinations and reduce total distribution costs. By optimizing transportation costs, it is useful to help distribute effectively and efficiently with minimum costs.

Abstract

This research examines the use of Speech Processing techniques in an Android-based translation app aimed at improving Natural Language Processing (NLP) for translating between Minang and Indonesian. The Minang language, spoken in West Sumatra, Indonesia, features complex linguistic structures, idiomatic phrases, and specialized vocabulary that challenge automated translation systems. These linguistic attributes make it hard for traditional NLP algorithms to accurately translate the language. To overcome these issues, the app incorporates sophisticated Speech Processing methods to accurately recognize and convert spoken Minang into text for NLP analysis. The NLP component then interprets and translates this text into Indonesian while preserving the Minang language's nuances. The app's evaluation shows significant progress in translation accuracy, especially with simple and common phrases. Nonetheless, it still struggles with intricate sentence structures, dialectal differences, and culturally specific terms unique to Minang. The study highlights the need for customized technological solutions that accommodate the intricacies of regional languages like Minang. Such advancements are essential not only for enhancing communication in multilingual contexts but also for the digital preservation and promotion of indigenous languages in a globalized world.
