Abstract

Karang Taruna Manjahlega is a social organization that is a forum for the development of community members based on a sense of social responsibility based on the principle of from, by and for the community. Mobilizing youth for social welfare for the community that can contribute to the scope of the village or sub-district. The role and vision of Karang Taruna in society have the meaning of making Karang Taruna an important organization to be able to facilitate positive youth activities. The voluntary principle applied makes it difficult for Karang Taruna to develop because the involvement and other roles in the lives of its members make many activities not run optimally. Community Service Activities with the theme of Managing Quality Human Resources in Karang Taruna, aim to increase awareness of Karang Taruna Manjahlega members regarding the sense of belonging and responsibility for the organization so that they can become a more creative and innovative Karang Taruna, fostering the enthusiasm of Karang Taruna members in carrying out activities that help in community welfare. The method used in PKM activities is counseling by involving interactive activities with participants to increase familiarity between Karang Taruna members in improving the quality and performance of the organization in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bentuk partisipasi terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para wanita dan ibu hamil mengenai pengelolaan asupan gizi dan pengelolaan hidup yang sehat. Usaha pemberian gizi diharapkan mampu memberikan peluang baru. Jika pertumbuhan jumlah wanita dan ibu hamil yang memiliki kesadaran akan asupan nutrisi meningkat, maka sasaran bayi lahir dengan kondisi Zero Stunting akan lebih kecil. Adanya literasi mengenai asupan gizi dan meningkatnya pendapatan diharapkan akan membantu mewujudkan masyarakat Indonesia yang sejahtera. Yang harus diperbaiki salah satunya adalah merumuskan solusi yang berkaitan dengan kendala-kendala tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian di atas sebagai bentuk partisipasi terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia, Progam Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para wanita dan ibu hamil mengenai pengelolaan asupan gizi dan pengelolaan hidup yang sehat.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to assist PT. Seduh Boga Sejahtera, the owner of the Oncil beverage brand, in developing an effective digital promotion strategy through collaboration with influencers. Oncil is a small and medium enterprise (SME) based in Bandung Regency that offers beverages with a fresh brewed concept, positioning itself as a budget drink with premium taste. Facing intense competition, Oncil encounters challenges such as limited business networks, weak branding, and declining profits. The proposed solution involves leveraging digital platforms like Instagram and TikTok for product promotion through influencers with extensive reach to enhance brand awareness and attract more customers. This strategy is expected to expand Oncil's market, increase sales, and help the SME survive and grow amidst the dynamics of the beverage industry.

Abstract

Students are learners who are in the career exploration stage. In this stage, they begin looking for career that suitable to choose in order to prepare their future. Many challenges at this stage often make students meet failure and downturn. If students can assess the failure, self-deficiency, and being down are normal things that happen to humans, then students will be able to handle the negative emotions they feel and not judge themselves. In the concept of Psychology, this is known as self-compassion, which is a state where individuals are able to accept and remain kind to themselves, especially when faced a failure. Self-compassion is one of the aspects that students need to have when handling a failure, especially for preparing their career choices. However, not all students have self-compassion. There are some students in the 2017 batch of the UNIBI Management Study Program who actually labeling themselves with something negative and don’t accept their failure in the studies. This study aims to find out about the self-compassion in 2017 batch students of the UNIBI Management Study Programme. Using quantitative research methods, this study was conducted on 69 students using the Self-Compassion Scale measuring instrument. Based on descriptive tests and analyses, the results show that 22 students (32%) are compassionate, which is able to accept themselves when they experience failure. And 47 students (68%) are uncompassionate, or less able to accept themselves when faced with failure.

Abstract

Students are in the age where they start exploring their careers and planning for their future. Internal and external factors can influence it, so the future needs to be prepared comprehensively. This is known as future orientation (OMD). Healthy self-acceptance factors (self-compassion) also play an important role in an individual's readiness to face their future. However, this isn’t parallel with the facts around us. Many students don’t accept their own condition, and often labelling themselves with something negative. Therefore, it’s necessary to conduct a study about relationship between self-compassion and future orientation. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and future orientation in the student of 2017 year of UNIBI Management Study Program. Using quantitative research methods, this study was conducted on 69 students. The measuring instruments is Self-Compassion Scale which adapted into Indonesian, as well as the Future Orientation measuring instrument constructed from Nurmi's theory. Product Moment analysis was used to obtain accurate results. Based on the results of the analysis, data was obtained that there is a positive relationship between self-compassion and future orientation with a correlation value of 0.652. Abstract

Technological Development and Business Change: Digital transformation has changed the business paradigm globally. The use of the internet and adoption of technology has become the key to expanding market reach and increasing competitiveness. However, many MSMEs have not utilized the full potential of this technology due to a lack of knowledge and skills in the digital field. Local MSME Potential Sukapura and Kiaracondong Districts have many MSMEs with unique products and large market potential. However, many of them do not yet have a strong online presence to market their products widely. In general, by designing a website, utilizing the marketplace, and being active on social media, Rinkadaily can optimize marketing strategies to increase its online presence and business growth in the fashion and knitted sweater industry. The website acts as an efficient information center, the marketplace helps in expanding and increasing sales, while social media functions as a tool for interaction with customers and promotion of services. The integration of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and collaboration with influencers, along with regular maintenance across all platforms, forms an effective combination that can strengthen Rinkadaily's brand image and increase its competitiveness in the digital fashion and knitted sweater space. With this approach, Rinkadaily can more effectively reach potential consumers, build positive engagement, and achieve sustainable business growth amidst intense online competition.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' financial literacy through education on stock investment. The research targets students of SMK Pasundan Majalaya, who are considered to have significant potential to understand investment concepts from an early age. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory education approach. The educational activities include basic understanding of stocks, the workings of the capital market, risks, and investment strategies for beginners. The results of the study indicate that this education significantly improves students' understanding of stock investments, making them more aware of the importance of financial management and investment as a step toward future financial stability. The implications of this study emphasize the need to integrate financial literacy materials, particularly stock investments, into the vocational high school curriculum. This is expected to prepare students with relevant skills to face global economic challenges.

Abstract

Istilah gender selalu menjadi hal yang menarik perhatian untuk dibahas. Ketika membahas tentang gender, maka tidak akan lepas dari persepsi dan pandangan individu terhadap laki-laki dan Perempuan. Serta apa yang diharapkan dari individu berdasarkan pada jenis kelaminnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran gender stereotype pada dewasa awal. Penelitian melibatkan 103 responden (53 perempuan, rerata: 21,73 tahun). Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan alat ukur gender role stereotype dengan reliabilitas 0.947. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan responden berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini berarti, responden penelitian memiliki sikap tentang stereotype gender yang tinggi. Kondisi dapat dikatakan bahwa sebagian besar responden melihat bahwa setiap gender memiliki kharakteristik atau labeling tersendiri.

Abstract

Bojongloa Kidul District is an area that has as many as 28 MSMEs which are divided into 10 MSMEs in the field of food culinary, 6 MSMEs in hijab fashion convection, 4 MSMEs in handicrafts, 6 MSMEs in culinary and beverages and 2 MSMEs in services. However, the number of MSMEs has not been balanced with the social media-based marketing capabilities of MSME actors. The challenges faced by MSME actors are how to create interesting content and schedules that are still inconsistent. This is due to the limited ability to use social media and the use of the features of social media. In addition, MSME actors expect an increase in their ability to create content, both photos and videos of their products or services. So that social media-based marketing used by MSME actors in Bojongloa Kidul District can be more effective and efficient with training from other parties.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul Pemanfaatan Search Engine Optimizing dan Search Engine Marketing dalam Website Penjualan UMKM pada Pengusaha Muda bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pengusaha muda. Program ini dirancang menggunakan metode partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan peserta. Pelatihan meliputi teori dan praktik SEO serta SEM, dengan tahapan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan dasar, praktik langsung, hingga pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang SEO dan SEM, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor rata-rata post-test sebesar 45%. Selain itu, implementasi SEO dan SEM pada website UMKM menghasilkan peningkatan lalu lintas rata-rata sebesar 150% dan kenaikan konversi penjualan sebesar 20%. Survei kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa 92% peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola pemasaran digital mereka. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan berbasis praktik dan partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta. Program ini juga menunjukkan potensi besar pengusaha muda dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Namun, untuk meningkatkan dampak jangka panjang, perlu dilakukan pendampingan lebih intensif di masa depan. Kegiatan ini dapat dijadikan model untuk pengabdian masyarakat lainnya di bidang literasi digital.
