Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on the convenience of shopping which can be done online and is considered more time saving. One of the marketplaces for conducting online shopping activities is Shopee. This study was conducted to determine the effect of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, product photos, seller service quality, and price discounts on buying interest in the Shopee marketplace. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 201 people of Yogyakarta who have Shopee. The source of the data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on online customer review variables, online customer ratings, product photos, seller service quality, and price discounts on buying interest in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Experiential marketing, to the interest of visitors to SiLOL Jogja cafe. This research is quantitative research whose source of research data is primary data obtained from a sample of SiLOL cafe visitors. The data selection technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely by distributing 117 questionnaires to the respondents. This research method also uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study prove that Experiential marketing has a significant effect on the interest of repeat visits to SiLOL Jogja cafe consumers in sense, feel, think, act, and relation, either simultaneously or partially. This promotion is also the variable that has the most influence on the decision to visit SiLOL Jogja, cafe customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Dana Perimbangan, dengan moderasi pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap Belanja Modal. penelitian ini dilakukan pada pemerintah kabupaten/kota karanganyar provinsi jawa tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dan terdapat 1 kabupaten/ kota karanganyar provinsi jawa tengah yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan Realisasi APBD dan tabel PDRB periode 2013-2021 sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal, dan Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal, Variabel moderasi (pertumbuhan ekonomi) tidak mampu memoderasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Belanja Modal dan juga pada variabel Dana Perimbangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada aplikasi investasi online Bibit dengan menggunakan model TAM. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, risiko, kepercayaan, dan pengaruh lingkungan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada aplikasi investasi online Bibit. Jenis data penelitian adalah data kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap para respondennya yaitu masyarakat umum yang telah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi software SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan, dan variabel pengaruh lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan SIA pada investasi online Bibit. Sedangkan, variabel manfaat, risiko, dan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan SIA pada Investasi online Bibit. Kata kunci: Kemudahan Penggunaan, Manfaat, Risiko, Kepercayaan, dan Pengaruh Lingkungan SIA pada Aplikasi Bibit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of e-marketing, consumer trust, and e-WOM on online purchasing decisions fashion products in the Shopee marketplace. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample 100 respondents at least 17 years old and purchasing fashion products online in the Shopee marketplace for the past 1 year during which this research was conducted. The results of the Instrument Test stated that the data in this study were valid and reliable on The results of the Classical Assumption Test stated that the data in this study were normally distributed and produced a regression model that was free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that e-marketing has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions fashion products in the Shopee marketplace with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Consumer trust has no positive or significant effect on online purchasing decisions fashion products in the Shopee marketplace with a greater significance level of 0.997 > 0.05. Then e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions fashion products in the Shopee marketplace with a significance level of 0.009 <0.05.

Abstract

Smoking has become a normal activity for the community. At any time, it is very easy to find people who have smoking habits from all walks of life and even ages. Cigarettes are getting easier to find because nowadays cigarettes are easy to get in every shop, even small stalls. Cigarettes are the result of processed tobacco which is unhealthy for consumption, the use of cigarettes is smoked and emits smoke from the mouth using a filter which has many toxic substances in it which are not good for human health. The government is trying to control the spread and public interest in smoking through visual appeals on cigarette packages. Based on the test results, the use of visual images to make smokers aware of the dangers of smoking is effective.

Abstract

This research involved 248 consumers of green products. The study aims to analyze whether the perceived green value has indirect effect on green loyalty through two mediators: green satisfaction and green trust. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to prove the hypotheses processed with SmartPLS3 software. The findings from this study are green satisfaction and green trust partially mediate the positive effect of green perceived value on green loyalty. Another finding is that each variable of green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust has a positive effect on green loyalty. Enhancing in green perceived value will also increase consumer satisfaction and trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian keamanan di PT. Duta Cakra Pesona Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian keamanan di PT. 23 Duta Cakra Pesona Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh (total sampling), dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada tiga atasan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji t. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah perlu memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang disiplin waktu dan memiliki kinerja yang baik, sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik kepada seluruh karyawan lainnya untuk selalu disiplin waktu dan bekerja dengan baik sesuai prosedur yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan. perusahaann.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh tekanan, kesempatan, rasionalisasi (segitiga penipuan) dan hak akademik terhadap kecurangan akademik mahasiswa akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ketika mahasiswa akuntansi menghadapi tekanan dan peluang yang tinggi mereka cenderung melakukan kecurangan akademik. Sementara itu, faktor rasionalisasi dan hak akademik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik mahasiswa akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan 201 mahasiswa program studi akuntansi STIE YKPN Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Value, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of Anteraja expedition services in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who had used Anteraja's shipping services. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. Instrument test results stated that the data in this study proved valid and reliable. In the Classical Assumption Test stated in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study prove that: (1) Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty on Anteraja expedition services in Yogyakarta, (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty on Anteraja expedition services in Yogyakarta, (3) Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect and significant to Customer Loyalty on Anteraja expedition services in Yogyakarta. These results have implications for supporting previous literature studies which state that customer loyalty is influenced by perceived value, trust and customer satisfaction. The findings of this study have implications for Anteraja shipping company in Yogyakarta in studying the level of customer loyalty and this research is expected to be a reference for companies in designing marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty.
