Abstract

This study aims to examine the economic impact of tourism development on increasing community welfare in Gunungkidul Regency. Verification of the impact is carried out through community perceptions which are divided into 4 groups, namely community groups around tourist objects, local government groups, groups of business actors around tourist objects, and groups of visitors to tourist objects. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community affect employment; the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community in influencing economic activity; the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community do not affect the negative impacts of tourism; and employment and economic activity affect people's income, while the negative impact of tourism does not affect people's income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information system quality, information service quality, perceived usefulness, top manager support, and technical capabilities of accounting information system personnel on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. The population in this study were 21,145 MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Determination of the sample using the slovin formula so that a sample of 100 MSMEs was obtained with a total of 300 respondents. The data used is primary data and analyzed using the Structral Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that information system quality, information service quality, perceived usefulness, top manager support, and AIS personal technical ability affect AIS user satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out, analyze, and test the effect of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for employees of PT Nusantara Mobil International. The job embeddedness was measured by fit, links, and sacrifice. Moreover, emotional intelligence was measured by self-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, social awareness, and social skills. Employee engagement was measured by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees of PT Nusantara Mobil International which consisted of 74 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which members of the population were the sample.  Additionally, a questionnaire was used as the data collection method. In this research, the data analysis technique is based on multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25.0. The results concluded that job embeddedness has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Similarly, both emotional intelligence and employee engagement had a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Increasingly tight competition in the marketplace forces Lazada to continue to innovate to attract consumers to make purchases at Lazada. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Trust and Promotion on purchasing decisions at Lazada. The population used in this research were students from the Surabaya College of Economics class of 2019. The sampling technique used accidental sampling on students from the Surabaya College of Economics class of 2019 who met the specified criteria, namely 89 people. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 20. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Lazada, namely by providing quality service it will increase consumer purchasing decisions towards Lazada. Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because by increasing consumer trust, they will not hesitate to use Lazada as their purchasing decision. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because by carrying out promotions that are right on target, many consumers will be interested and increase purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, service quality, trust and promotion have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of promotion among viral marketing, brand awareness, celebrity endorser, and affiliate marketing towards purchase intention on Tik Tok. It employed a purposive technique by distributing questionnaires through google form. In total, there were 145 respondents of millennials and Z generations who own Tik Tok. This study used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26 data analysist method. The data analysis resulted in the influence of viral marketing, celebrity endorser, brand awareness, and affiliate marketing on purchase intention with partial, simultaneous, and multiple linear regression tests. In addition, the test result proved that affiliate marketing has the strongest influence compare to other independent variables toward purchase intention with multiple linear regression value 0.695

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), advertising, and ease of transactions on purchasing interest in the TikTok Shop application. A quantitative approach was used in this research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The respondents involved in this research were active users of the TikTok Shop application. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS 22 for the analytic tools. This research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence purchasing interest in the TikTok Shop application. The practical implication of this research is that marketing managers can pay attention to and improve E-WOM strategies, advertising, and ease of transactions to increase consumer buying interest in the TikTok Shop application.

Abstract

Payment by QR code is a digital payment method that does not require physical contact between the seller and the buyer. Apart from that, the presence of QRIS facilitates various types of payment transactions which can have an impact on visitor satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) impacts the level of satisfaction of visitors to art and ceramics museums. This research is field research using descriptive quantitative methods. The research results show that the use of QRIS has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum. While the value given by respondents for visitor satisfaction at the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics is very satisfied and the use of QRIS is very useful in carrying out transaction activities, the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics still has to improve the quality of service in order to reduce and even eliminate visitor complaints so as to increase the number visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, habits, hedonic motivations, and transaction costs on the interest in using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which is quantitative. This study used respondents from Mimika Regency residents, with the criteria of having an m-banking application and having used QRIS in making payments. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that performance expectations, habits, hedonic motivations and transaction costs have a positive effect on the interest in using QRIS in the community in Mimika Regency. Based on the results of this study, we hope that the people of Mimika Regency can increase the use of non-cash transactions such as the use of QRIS as a means of payment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust on interest in using QRIS. This study was conducted on students at STIE YKPN Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative, data collection by distributing questionnaires with a total of 130 respondents, and the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression which was previously tested for data quality, namely validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and trust have a positive effect on interest in using QRIS. While perceived ease of use does not affect interest in using QRIS

Abstract

Business needs enterprise resource planning (ERP). SAP is the market leader of ERP. Due the importance of ERP in business, higher education implements in curriculum. that require internal cross-disciplinary coordination. Students must acquire and understand cross functional business processes while implementing the SAP software. It is challenging for students to be successful in this class. Based on the conditions, the purpose of study is finding the effect of instructor support and peer support toward student satisfaction. This is quantitative research. The research design is collecting primary data using online survey for students. There were 104 students as respondents. The students conduct ERP class by hybrid, online and offline methods. SPSS was used to analyse data using multiple regression. Data was running for validity and reliability test. The result is data could analyse further for the model. Based on F test, the model fits. Regression analysis indicated that instructor support and peer support are positively related to student satisfaction. This study demonstrated the importance for building support for student satisfaction. The result aligned with prior studies.
