Abstract

This study aims to enrich the literature on community service in the context of strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the green economy to support sustainable poverty alleviation. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analyzed descriptively. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites with a publication range from 1991 to 2026. Out of 50 articles identified in the initial stage, a rigorous selection process was conducted based on relevance, quality, and methodological suitability, resulting in 36 articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that community service plays a strategic role in enhancing MSME capacity through knowledge transfer, mentoring, and participatory empowerment. The integration of green economy principles, such as resource efficiency, waste management, and renewable energy utilization, has proven to improve operational efficiency, product value, and MSME competitiveness. Furthermore, this approach contributes to improving community welfare and reducing poverty in a sustainable manner. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, including limited environmental literacy, technological access, and policy support. Therefore, synergy among government, academia, and the private sector is required to develop integrated and sustainable community service programs.

Abstract

This study aims to enrich the body of knowledge related to community service, particularly in the context of sustainable innovation as an effort to develop an adaptive and resilient social ecosystem. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method analyzed descriptively. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites with a publication range from 1984 to 2026. Of the 50 articles identified in the initial stage, a rigorous selection process was conducted based on relevance, quality, and methodological suitability, resulting in 37 articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that sustainable innovation in community service plays a strategic role in enhancing individual and community capacities, strengthening social resilience, and fostering the development of adaptive social ecosystems. Innovative approaches that integrate technology, community participation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration have proven effective in improving program effectiveness and sustainability. Furthermore, the findings reveal that successful implementation is significantly influenced by policy support, access to resources, and the community’s ability to adapt to change. However, several challenges remain, including limited innovation literacy, lack of synergy among stakeholders, and financial constraints. Therefore, more integrated and sustainable strategies are required to optimize the role of innovation in community service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and enrich the literature related to community service in strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the green economy, business digitalization, and financial literacy in supporting sustainable poverty alleviation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method analyzed descriptively. Data were collected from Google Scholar and various credible websites within the period 1977–2026. Out of 50 identified articles, a rigorous selection process based on relevance, quality, and scientific contribution resulted in 40 articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that community service plays a strategic role in enhancing MSME capacity through an integrated approach combining digitalization, financial literacy, and green economy practices. The integration of these three aspects has been proven to improve business efficiency, the quality of financial decision-making, and environmental sustainability. However, several challenges remain, including low digital literacy, limited access to financing, and insufficient continuous mentoring. Therefore, an integrative, contextual, and sustainable community service model supported by multi-stakeholder collaboration is needed. This study is expected to provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of more effective and sustainable MSME empowerment programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sustainable innovation in community service through the integration of digital transformation and community empowerment as an effort to achieve an adaptive and resilient social ecosystem. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method focused on collecting and synthesizing findings from previous studies. Specifically, this study seeks to enrich references related to community service by emphasizing the importance of integrating technological and social aspects. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites within the period of 2000–2026. From an initial search of 50 articles, a rigorous selection process based on relevance, quality, and scientific contribution resulted in 34 articles for further analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances efficiency, information access, and the reach of community service programs. However, without community empowerment, program sustainability remains limited. Conversely, community empowerment without technological support tends to be less effective in addressing dynamic changes. Therefore, integrating both aspects is crucial for creating sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to enrich the literature on community service by examining the role of social innovation in enhancing value added and the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from various sources, including Google Scholar and credible websites, covering the period from 1994 to 2026. From an initial pool of 50 articles, a rigorous selection process based on relevance and quality resulted in 31 articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that community service based on social innovation can enhance MSME capacity through participatory approaches, cross-sector collaboration, and the utilization of digital technology. The integration of theories such as Social Innovation Theory, Participatory Development Theory, and the Resource-Based View reinforces that program success is determined by active community involvement and the strengthening of innovation ecosystems. Furthermore, the analyzed case studies show that social innovation can increase product value added, expand market access, and sustainably strengthen MSME competitiveness. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative, inclusive, and adaptive community service models in response to economic dynamics.

Abstract

Global uncertainty characterized by economic fluctuations, inflation, and technological disruptions has encouraged households to develop adaptive capabilities in managing their finances. This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy in strengthening household economic resilience through community service programs while explicitly enriching references related to community engagement within this context. The method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from Google Scholar and various credible websites covering the period from 1977 to 2026. The initial collection process yielded 50 articles, which were then rigorously screened based on relevance, quality, and contribution, resulting in 28 articles selected for further analysis. The findings indicate that financial literacy plays a significant role in shaping more structured financial behavior, improving risk management capabilities, and strengthening household economic stability. Community service programs have proven effective in transferring practical financial knowledge and skills, leading to improved saving habits, expenditure control, and utilization of formal financial services. Case studies demonstrate increases in financial literacy, financial inclusion, and changes in community economic behavior after participation in educational programs.

Abstract

The transformation of digital technology has driven significant changes in payment systems, contributing to the expansion of financial inclusion, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the role of digital payment in promoting MSME financial inclusion and its implications for innovation-based community service activities, while also enriching the literature on community engagement within the digital economy context. The method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis of sources obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites spanning the period 1964–2026. From an initial pool of 50 identified articles, a rigorous selection process resulted in 34 relevant articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that digital payment plays a significant role in enhancing MSMEs’ access to formal financial services, strengthening transaction transparency, and supporting the creation of financial track records that contribute to improved access to financing. The discussion also reveals that successful technology adoption is influenced by factors such as digital literacy, infrastructure availability, and trust in the system. Innovation-based community service activities play a strategic role in bridging these gaps through contextual education, training, and mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to examine inclusive education management through community service programs as an effort to achieve access and educational equity. The approach used is qualitative with a literature review research design, specifically intended to enrich references related to community service within the context of inclusive education. Data were collected from various scientific sources through Google Scholar and other credible websites within the period 1964–2026. From 50 articles obtained in the initial stage, a rigorous selection process based on relevance, quality, and topic suitability resulted in 26 articles being analyzed. The analysis technique employed was descriptive qualitative by identifying patterns, themes, and relationships among concepts. The findings indicate that the success of inclusive education is strongly influenced by community involvement, social support, and collaboration among stakeholders. Community service programs play a strategic role as instruments that bridge the gap between theory and practice, while also enhancing inclusive literacy in society. However, challenges remain in integrating these programs into a comprehensive education management system. Therefore, strengthening management, improving human resource capacity, and developing sustainable community-based models are necessary to optimally support the implementation of inclusive education.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged significant changes in marketing patterns within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly through the utilization of social media and digital communities as instruments for business development. This study aims to analyze community-based digital marketing strategies in MSME development and their contribution to the creative economy through community service activities. The study employed a literature review method using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data sources were obtained from Google Scholar, scientific journals, proceedings, and credible websites published between 2019 and 2026. The data collection process initially identified 50 articles, which were then screened based on thematic relevance, source quality, and alignment with the research focus, resulting in 28 main articles used in the study. The findings indicate that community-based digital marketing strategies are capable of increasing MSME competitiveness through market expansion, improved consumer engagement, strengthened local product branding, and enhanced social collaboration among business actors. Community service programs based on digital mentoring also contribute to improving digital literacy, marketing capabilities, and technological adaptation among MSME actors.

Abstract

Global uncertainty driven by economic changes, inflation, and the rapid development of digital technology has affected household economic stability across various social groups. These conditions have made financial literacy and household economic resilience increasingly relevant topics in community service programs. This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy and household economic resilience in community service programs while expanding references related to community service in the field of community economic empowerment. The study employed a literature review method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and several credible websites covering publications from 1964–2026. The initial search identified 50 articles, which were then strictly screened, resulting in 29 main articles used as analytical sources. The findings indicate that financial literacy influences people’s ability to manage income, control expenditures, and respond to household economic risks in a more adaptive and sustainable manner.
