Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana qiraat digunakan dalam pengajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur dan observasi langsung pada lembaga pendidikan Islam yang menerapkan metode qiraat. Metode qiraat adalah cara membaca Al-Qur'an yang melibatkan perubahan dalam pelafalan, tajwid, dan intonasi, yang diakui dan diajarkan dalam tradisi Islam. Penerapan metode ini dianggap penting untuk memperkaya pemahaman dan keindahan membaca Al-Qur'an serta untuk menjaga keberagaman dan kekayaan tradisi lisan Islam.

Abstract

. Reporting on the management of ZIS funds through SIMBA is an effort to realize accountable and transparent management. By knowing the effectiveness of the management information system (SIMBA) used by BAZNAS Banyumas Regency, we can see the level of efficiency in achieving the reporting objectives of managing zakat, infaq and alms funds at BAZNAS Banyumas Regency. The aim of this research is to show how effective the application of the SIMBA application is in reporting, supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of BAZNAS zakat, infaq and alms funds in Banyumas Regency. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques with all SIMBA Admins at BAZNAS Banyumas, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the SIMBA application in reporting management and zakat infaq and alms is proven by its ease, integration and accuracy; 2) Supporting factors include accountability, transparency and speed. Meanwhile, the obstacles found were that SIMBA was still dependent on internet connections, especially during maintenance, inadequate device infrastructure to be used and lack of admin training for the latest features. Another factor is the lack of in-kind zakat features.

Abstract

In upholding a good legal profession, ethics and morals are needed. The various legal professions include judges, prosecutors, advocates, notaries, and other agencies that are authorized by law. In order to work professionally and have moral integrity, the legal profession must comply with legal signs and professional ethics. Moral integrity plays an important role in problem solving. Qualifications of humanity, justice, honesty, as well as technical and ethical skills are required to be good organizers of the legal profession. Public trust can be restored with legal certainly, justice and morality.

Abstract

Law enforcement and good public service play an important role in maintaining order and security in the country, in the context of the Republic of Indonesia the police are one of the main pillars in the security and law enforcement system. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the ethics of the police profession in enforcing the law and as a public service, this study uses a library method that takes sources from books and journals. The results of the analysis show that the ethics of the Republic of Indonesia police profession are based on principles such as justice, integrity, courage and public service. Such principles can guide police behavior in carrying out their duties, this study makes an important contribution to understanding the ethics of the police profession. By strengthening the values ​​of police professional ethics, it is hoped that law enforcement and public service can be improved, so as to create a safer, fairer and more dignified society.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the principles of counseling guidance found in the Koran. which favorably leads to a mentor's efforts to help someone overcome their problems in the best way. This situation was first implemented directly by Rasulullah SAW because of the spiritual value that Allah SWT provides guidance for those who seek guidance. His friends, such as Umar and Usman, then followed this step. Currently, counseling guidance is provided as an Islamic counseling service through several services such as al-tabayyun, al-hikmah, al-mau'idhah, and al-mujjadi. In this research, descriptive qualitative methods were used to conduct library research. It also uses a hermeneutic approach to analyze the content. Arabic words for counseling.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an important key in helping foster children manage their emotions healthily and face life's challenges better. This research aims to analyze the role of social workers in increasing emotional intelligence, especially in terms of increasing the emotional intelligence of foster children, at the Full Hope Orphanage. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with orphanage managers. The research results show that guidance and emotional support actually have a positive impact in improving the ability of foster children in orphanages to better manage their emotions. Improved emotional intelligence helps foster children face the challenges of daily life more resiliently, as well as improving the quality of their interpersonal relationships. From the research results, it can be concluded that the role of social workers in increasing the emotional intelligence of foster children in orphanages is very significant, social workers can be agents of change who encourage the emotional growth of foster children and help them reach their full potential.

Abstract

This research will explain the characteristics of the legal profession that will be associated with the digitalization era, where technological developments will directly impact law offices, courts, police, prosecutors and other law enforcement agencies which will increasingly need more legal information engineers. This can be seen from the existence of IT experts who also understand the law, who understand the law are expected to be able to anticipate possible negative impacts from the use of electronics and the internet/cyberspace. This kind of expertise is also important for law enforcement institutions where they must be able to provide legal services that can help the community, government and legislative institutions as regulators to see from a different perspective the development of the world of law enforcement. Therefore, joint efforts are needed from all parties to take advantage of opportunities and overcome these challenges. With strong collaboration and commitment, digital transformation can bring positive changes to the world of law and improve the quality of legal services for society.

Abstract

Law enforcement by the police must be based on a code of ethics to maintain public security and comfort. The Republic of Indonesia Police (Polri) is guided by personal, state, institutional and social ethics as stated in various regulations, including Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 and Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2011. This ethics includes morals, responsibility, and fair service without discrimination. Strict supervision ensures that Polri members comply with a code of ethics to increase professionalism and public trust, as well as prevent violations of the law by police officers.

Abstract

This research will discuss the notary professional code of ethics. A professional code of ethics is a norm established and accepted by a professional group, which directs or gives instructions to its members on how they should act and at the same time guarantees the moral/ethical quality of the profession in the eyes of the public. A notary, which is one of the legal professions, is required to have a good personality. As a public official, a notary is required to have a personal ethic, one of which is the spirit of Pancasila, obeying the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia. The notarial profession is so crucial and noble that when carrying out their position a notary must comply with the applicable regulations, including using an office that has been determined by law, being aware of their obligations, not using mass media, and putting up nameplates in accordance with the provisions. The importance of this is because the presence of a notary will be needed by the community in the process of resolving the cases they experience, especially in the field of authentic deeds.

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out and explain the views of the people of Centong Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency regarding the Abstinence of Marriage in the Month of Muharram which is believed by the people of Centong Village to be their tradition. This research uses a qualitative research type and uses an Islamic Legal Philosophy approach. The nature of this research is empirical because the object of this research is symptoms and phenomena that occur in society.The results of this research are: 1) The prohibition on marriage during the month of Muharram in Centong Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency or also called the month of Suro is obeyed and trusted by Kejawen adherents due to several factors, namely following the customs of Javanese elders or according to Javanese people it is called snakes e wong era bien means a belief that is continuously held. 2) The prohibition on marriage during the month of Muharram fulfills the requirements for accepting urf as a legal source. So it can be said that the custom of prohibiting marriage during the month of Muharram is included in urf shahih. The most important thing is not to violate Sharia law, not to justify what is haram and not to cancel what is obligatory. And it can be concluded that this prohibition does not conflict with the urf category so that it can be carried out in everyday life and does not violate religious rules regarding believing in the prohibition of marriage in the month of Muharram.
