Abstract

This journal examines independent state institutions in Indonesian constitutionalism, which are an important element in maintaining the balance of power and the implementation of democracy. This journal focuses on the dynamics and concept of independent institutions in Indonesian state administration. Independent institutions, such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the General Election Commission (KPU), and the Judicial Commission, are designed to operate freely from executive and legislative influence, maintain the integrity of government, and ensure justice. The purpose of this journal is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of independent institutions in Indonesia in carrying out their duties and authorities. In an era of democracy and transparency, independent institutions are considered a means of checks and balances in government. These institutions ensure that the government acts by the rules and the public interest. With independent institutions, oversight of government policies and actions becomes more effective, reducing the risk of abuse of power or corruption. In addition, independent institutions play a role in increasing public accountability and trust in government, as well as providing objective recommendations and reports that can be used to improve government performance and ensure transparency in decision-making.

Abstract

In this current era, digitalization of law is very much needed. In the digital era, more sophisticated technology will replace everything that is technological. Currently, artificial intelligence machines have a higher level of accuracy and legal certainty compared to the capabilities of the human legal profession. In the industrial revolution 4.0 phase, digital advances are changing the paradigm and way people practice law, people do not need to consult a law office, because artificial intelligence machines provide answers to various legal problems. In fact, law firms, courts, police and prosecutors will also increasingly depend on artificial intelligence machines.The performance of artificial intelligence machines has been proven to be faster and more accurate than human legal professions in identifying and analyzing legal problems. Of course, that doesn't mean it can immediately replace all the roles of the human legal profession. Intelligence machines are limited to providing legal certainty, while in certain legal cases there is a struggle between certainty, expediency and justice. Justice is not a matter of algorithms, but rather of conscience, sensitivity to human values, and a critical perspective on reality. Strictly speaking, to bring the law closer to justice, the legal profession requires human beings who have integrity and have an intelligent conscience.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the strategy DinKop UMKM in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises ( UMKM) which focused on the trade sector. In this case, the marketing mechanism which became one of the benchmarks in the development of UMKM. Moreover, empowerment conducted by DinKop UMKM should be maximized to increase the capacity of human resources in order to produce innovative products. In empowering micro, small, and medium-needed three phases which initials, participators phase, and phase emancipatory. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection instruments are interviews and observations on location and also based on documents/ records/reports and legislation relating to the matter being investigated. The focus of this research is based on the initial phase, the phase of the participatory, emancipatory phase. These results indicate that the empowerment strategy DinKop UMKM in empowering Small, Mikro, and Medium Enterprises is not running optimally. Empowerment undertaken by the government in the initial phase is quite a role in providing training and counseling. The next step of participatory society and government have collaborated in developing UMKM. While the government is still constrained emancipatory phase of the provision of facilities and infrastructure in the development of UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and find out how to examine the sound system from an educational perspective. This research is literature review research. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the exploration of phonology in the realm of education reveals its multifaceted significance in language teaching and learning. Through a thorough examination of phonological concepts, educators gain insight into various aspects of language acquisition, literacy development, language teaching, and remediation strategies for language learning difficulties. Phonology serves as a foundational element in early literacy acquisition, language instruction, and language assessment, contributing to the holistic development of learners' language skills. By recognizing the pivotal role of phonology and integrating its principles into educational practices, educators can create supportive learning environments that cater to diverse learners' needs and promote their language proficiency and academic success. Thus, phonology emerges as a vital component in shaping effective language education policies and practices worldwide.

Ethics is a conception of whether a person's temperament or behavior is good or bad. Professional ethics is an ethical attitude that is an integral part of one's attitude towards living one's life as a professional. Continuation of an outdated system. Advances in computer science and technology can give rise to new types of crime. Abstract

Economic inequality is a common challenge faced by various modern economic systems. Unfair income and wealth disparities are the root of the problem of poverty. The development of thinking about distributive justice in Islamic economics was triggered by the realization that existing economic theories were not fully able to overcome the problems of poverty and inequality. Therefore, the study of distribution becomes an important focus in the context of Islamic economics. This article discusses the concept of distribution from an Islamic economic perspective, examines issues of injustice in the Indonesian distribution system, provides a critique of capitalist economic distribution, and ends with a presentation of how Islamic economics supports distributive justice and distribution mechanisms as a solution to achieving justice and social welfare.

Abstract

Rice is a food commodity that is widely consumed by the Indonesian people. With the presence of branded and unbranded rice in the sale of rice on the market, it is necessary to study consumer behavior so that consumer needs for rice products are in line with expectations. The objectives of this study are; (1) Analyzing the factors that influence consumers in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market, (2) Analyzing the Factors that have a significant influence on rice purchases at Jambu Dua Market. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results concluded that; (1) Factors such as age, income, price and distance have an influence on consumer behavior in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market in Bogor City, (2) Factors that have a significant influence on consumer behavior in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market in Bogor City are age and price.

Abstract

Elsa Marito. NPM. 2001060085. This research aims to determine the influence of Study Habits and Study Concentration on the Accounting learning outcomes of Class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar T.A 2023/2024. This type of quantitative research has a research population of 100 students. The research sample consisted of 100 students. The sampling technique used is the non-probabilistic sampling technique. The sample used in this sample is a saturated sample. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests on student learning outcomes using multiple choice questions with a total of 20 questions.The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on student study habits on student accounting learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of study habits is 5.351 > t table value 1.665, which means this variable is significant. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of Learning Concentration on students' accounting learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of Learning Concentration is 14.77 > t table value of 1.665, which means this variable is significant. 3) Study habits and study concentration together influence the results. It can be seen in the calculated f test that the Sig F value is (0.026) smaller than the sig α value of 0.05. This indicates that the research results are rejected and accepted. Study Habits and Study Concentration influence the Accounting learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

In the professional world, there are regulations that must be obeyed and ethics that must be followed. Notaries, as a legal profession, are no exception to the importance of complying with ethics in carrying out their duties. This article discusses the ethics of the notary profession by referring to Gustav Radbruch's thoughts on three basic legal values: justice, legal certainty and benefit to society. Previously, the meaning of the three basic legal values ​​according to Radbruch was presented. This research uses the library research method, collecting literature in the form of books, notes and reports of previous research results. Notaries, as public officials who have the authority to make authentic deeds, are expected to carry out their duties with integrity, fairness and professionalism. The Notary Code of Ethics is a reference in the legal profession. Notary personality ethics include fairness, moral integrity, and honesty towards all parties. The ethics of carrying out notary duties emphasizes professionalism, expertise and extensive experience. Meanwhile, notary service ethics requires considering the social benefits and social impacts of their actions. Gustav Radbruch's thoughts provide a framework for understanding and applying ethics in the notary profession. Justice refers to a fair attitude towards all parties. Legal certainty emphasizes clear and accurate documentation, as well as providing appropriate legal advice. Social utility emphasizes considering the positive impact on society as a whole. By implementing these basic values, notaries can carry out their duties with integrity and professionalism, and contribute to justice and legal certainty in society. Notary service ethics are an important basis for maintaining public trust and carrying out the profession well.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of philosophy as the basis for the development of science. The key questions to be answered involve how philosophy provides the basis for the formation of scientific concepts and theories, how philosophy provides the basis for the development of scientific methods, and how philosophy guides scientists in conducting research. This research uses library research method, which is a method of collecting data through reading and reviewing books and literature related to the research theme. In conclusion, it can be recognized that the philosophy of science is not only a theoretical mirror of science, but also a driving force in shaping and directing the evolution of science.
