Abstract

This study examines how digital technology, particularly social media platforms like TikTok, might promote the values of religious moderation. This study looks at how digital technology, particularly social media platforms like TikTok, might promote the ideas of religious moderation. Nowadays, TikTok has become a sensation among Gen-Z, who are more likely to trust the content on the platform and look for information. This study aims to examine how social media, particularly TikTok, contributes to the promotion of religious moderation.This study employs a desk research methodology and a qualitative approach.Information about social media and religious reform was gathered from a variety of pertinent books. An examination of TikTok programs pertaining to religious reform was carried out in order to comprehend how these messages are disseminated and interpreted by the general public, particularly the younger generation. The findings demonstrate that TikTok effectively disseminates ideas of religious equality through hashtag usage and innovative projects. A broader audience has been exposed to content that promotes religious reform ideals, mostly as a result of users' active involvement in the production and dissemination of constructive information and content. The study's conclusion is that religious reform ideals can be widely disseminated via social media, particularly Tik Tok. Social media may play a significant role in increasing public awareness and fostering intercultural and religious peace in Indonesia with the correct digital communication plan.

Abstract

This article discusses the learning revolution through Hanifida's actions in increasing students' self-confidence using qualitative descriptive methods with case study types. This research uses data reduction analysis and data collection using observation, interviews and documentation techniques in the field directly and checked using triangulation techniques. The results of research conducted by researchers show that: 1) The action program has been proven to increase students' self-confidence in learning. Before the students got to know this program, their learning system was still a mess. However, when the students are guided to use this program of action, the students become less lazy in studying, become fond of reading and make the students enjoy learning independently. There are 9 stages in this process, namely definitely reading, definitely understanding, definitely concluding, definitely exploring meaning, definitely summarizing, definitely drawing, definitely presenting, definitely documenting, and definitely uploading. 2). Supporting factors for the learning revolution through Hanifida's actions in increasing students' self-confidence are support from caregivers, support from parents, a supportive environment, involvement of administrators, availability of tools, materials and media, as well as predetermined regulations. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are accurate reading sources, monitoring control when reading, paying attention to the quality of the presentation, and students who do not yet know the true nature of the action learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the multidimensional legal aspects in business feasibility studies, focusing on the juridical review, licensing procedures, establishment, and legality of business entities, and their implications for business sustainability and economic growth in Indonesia. The legal framework plays a critical role in ensuring that businesses operate within the bounds of the law, providing protection and opportunities for growth, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through qualitative methods and library research, this study analyzes various regulations, including Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies, Law No. 25/1992 on Cooperatives, and the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The findings reveal that businesses that comply with legal requirements have better access to financial resources, legal protection, and market opportunities. However, the complex bureaucracy in licensing and business formation remains a significant challenge. This research provides practical recommendations for simplifying regulations and enhancing legal understanding among business owners to foster a more conducive and sustainable business environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of bullying victims among males and females and the resulting psychological, social, and academic impacts. A qualitative method was employed through face-to-face interviews with four adolescents, comprising two males and two females who experienced bullying. The findings revealed that male victims tend to experience physical bullying related to physical weaknesses or appearance, while female victims are more often subjected to verbal and social bullying. Psychological impacts include decreased self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, with deeper effects observed in females. Social impacts, such as withdrawal from social interactions, were evident in all respondents, while academic impacts were more prominent in females reporting decreased performance due to a lack of safety in school. This study also highlights the importance of social support and professional assistance as crucial strategies to mitigate the negative effects of bullying. The study's limitations include a small sample size and a focus on individuals without considering group dynamics or institutional policies. Future research is recommended to explore effective interventions for preventing bullying and supporting victim recovery.

Abstract

The selection of the best coffee supplier is a critical factor in ensuring the operational success and quality of products offered by Kedai Kopi Saka. A systematic and objective evaluation process is needed to identify the most suitable supplier that meets various criteria such as product quality, price, delivery punctuality, production capacity, and service quality. This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist Kedai Kopi Saka in selecting the best coffee supplier. The SAW method is employed due to its ability to handle multiple criteria and weight assignments, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers. The system evaluates suppliers based on predefined criteria, assigns weights to each criterion, normalizes the values, and calculates the final scores to rank the suppliers. The results of this system provide clear and reliable recommendations for decision-makers. The implementation of this decision support system ensures a more transparent, efficient, and accurate supplier selection process. Furthermore, this system contributes to improving the decision-making process at Kedai Kopi Saka and supports its goal of maintaining high-quality coffee offerings for its customers.

Abstract

Child psychological development is influenced by various factors, one of which is the environment in which they grow and develop. This study aims to analyze the differences in the psychological development of children raised in urban and rural environments, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive aspects. Urban and rural environments offer different conditions that affect children's development, including access to education, technology, and parenting styles. Children in urban areas tend to be more advanced in cognitive development due to greater access to education and technology, but they are more vulnerable to stress and anxiety due to social pressures. On the other hand, children in rural areas possess better social skills due to closer interaction with the community but are limited in access to educational resources and technology, which affects their cognitive development. The research method used is descriptive-comparative with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations involving children, parents, and teachers from both environments. The research findings indicate that although children in urban areas have greater access to facilities and technology, they face higher stress levels, whereas children in rural areas tend to have lower anxiety and better social skills, but are limited in terms of formal education. This study provides valuable insights for the development of inclusive educational policies and parenting styles that consider the contextual environment of children in order to optimally support their psychological development.

Abstract

QS. At-Taghabun verse 11 contains important concepts regarding faith and destiny, often serving as a foundation for Muslims in facing life's trials. This article aims to delve deeper into the meaning of calamities from both classical and contemporary tafsir perspectives, and how scholars interpret this verse within the context of Islamic theology. The methodology employed in this research is a qualitative approach with textual analysis from various tafsir books, including Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Al-Qushayri, and Tafsir Al-Kabir by Fakhruddin Ar-Razi. This study finds that calamities in QS. At-Taghabun verse 11 are understood as part of Allah's decree imbued with wisdom, urging Muslims to accept calamities with patience and reliance on Him, and to connect every event with Divine will. The conclusion of this research indicates that scholars' interpretations of calamities provide profound insights into understanding them as tests and manifestations of Allah's mercy, ultimately leading individuals to greater spiritual closeness with Him. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of Quranic exegesis studies, particularly in the exploration of verses related to calamities and life's trials.

Abstract

This comprehensive study looks at the effects of interactive media on language learning in children aged 1-3 years from a psycholinguistic standpoint. As interactive media becomes more integrated into early childhood education, it is vital to assess how technology affects language development, particularly vocabulary. The study uses a longitudinal mixed-methods approach to evaluate different types of interactive media, including educational apps, e-books, and interactive films. The findings show that children who used interactive media experienced considerable vocabulary gains, implying that well-designed media might be an effective aid for language development. However, the study emphasizes the risk of cognitive overload and distraction if media is not well regulated. The conversation provides valuable insights for educators, legislators, and instructional media designers, emphasizing the significance of balance and human interaction in early language development.

Abstract

Perubahan regulasi yang terus berkembang di Indonesia menuntut advokat untuk selalu adaptif. Pendidikan hukum berkelanjutan atau Continuing Legal Education (CLE) menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk menjaga kompetensi, profesionalitas, serta relevansi advokat di era modern ini. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh CLE terhadap mutu layanan hukum yang diberikan advokat, peranannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesional mereka, serta tingkat kesadaran dan partisipasi para advokat terhadap program tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dan pendekatan analitis, ditemukan bahwa CLE tidak hanya memperkaya wawasan hukum, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterampilan praktis, termasuk kemampuan beradaptasi dengan dinamika hukum, perkembangan teknologi, dan tren global. CLE menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk advokat yang berintegritas, profesional, dan efektif dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan hukum masa kini, sehingga memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat dan klien yang dilayani.
