Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' learning motivation in Arabic language classes using the snowball throwing method. This method is designed to create an engaging and interactive learning environment while fostering students' confidence, responsibility, mutual respect, and enthusiasm for learning. The research employed a classroom action research approach conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. Each cycle was completed in one session with an allocated time of 2 x 40 minutes. The results indicate a significant improvement in the implementation of teaching modules by the teacher, students' learning activities, and their learning motivation. In Cycle I, the implementation of the teaching module by the teacher reached 63.4% (categorized as good) and increased to 84.6% (categorized as very good) in Cycle II. Similarly, students' learning activities improved from 67.6% (good) in Cycle I to 91.1% (very good) in Cycle II. Moreover, students' average learning motivation scores rose from 42.1 (65%) in Cycle I to 52.9 (82%) in Cycle II. These findings demonstrate that the snowball throwing method is effective in enhancing students' learning motivation in Arabic language classes.

Abstract

Education has an important role in forming individuals intellectually and spiritually, especially through Christian Religious Education (PAK). Spiritual maturity reflects a person's ability to live according to Christian values ​​such as love, forgiveness, and humility. This process involves learning, social experiences, and a deep appreciation of the faith. PAK not only teaches theological knowledge, but also instills moral values ​​that guide daily life. In the midst of the challenges of the modern era, PAK helps individuals develop spiritual awareness, integrate Christian values ​​in social relationships, and face life's challenges wisely. Through a holistic approach, PAK forms a character that is oriented towards intellectual achievement and real life transformation. This education creates individuals who are balanced between intellectual and spiritual intelligence, contributing to building a society full of love, harmony and meaning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content and implications of the Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023 regarding the shift in the labor paradigm, particularly in the context of termination of employment (PHK) in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, focusing on relevant laws and the Constitutional Court decision as the main study materials. This decision marks a turning point in the development of labor law in Indonesia, where the Constitutional Court emphasizes the importance of balancing the protection of workers' rights and the flexibility granted to employers. The study finds that the decision reinforces stricter and more transparent procedures regarding PHK, while still providing space for employers to maintain flexibility in their business operations. This paradigm shift has significant implications for PHK practices, where worker protection is strengthened without obstructing necessary restructuring or business adjustments. The study also offers recommendations for strengthening regulations, improving implementation oversight, and providing more effective labor dispute resolution to ensure fair and sustainable application

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of the Nurul Jannah Mosque in developing the value of tolerance in a pluralistic society, as well as analysing the methods and implementation applied by the mosque in creating inter-religious harmony. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research, which focuses on direct observation in the field and interviews with mosque administrators, community leaders, and worshipers. This research seeks to explore in depth how the Nurul Jannah Mosque contributes to shaping tolerance awareness in a heterogeneous society in Gresik. The results show that the Nurul Jannah Mosque plays a very important role in the social life of the community, especially in developing the value of tolerance among people of different religions. This mosque not only functions as a place of worship, but also as a centre for social activities, education, da'wah, and economic empowerment. One concrete example of the role of tolerance shown by the mosque is the freedom for religious people to carry out worship according to their respective beliefs, without any discrimination. In addition, the Nurul Jannah Mosque actively holds studies by presenting speakers from different Islamic organisations, which help enrich insight and strengthen the bond of brotherhood between people. Overall, this research shows that the Nurul Jannah Mosque not only plays a role in the spiritual aspect, but also as a facilitator that fosters the value of tolerance and pluralism in the community. The activities carried out by this mosque are a clear example of how places of worship can function as inclusive spaces that encourage the creation of interfaith harmony in a plural society.

Abstract

Education is a means to build a better future. Learning outcomes show students' achievements in understanding the learning process. Learning style is known to be a factor that determines learning outcomes. This literature study examines the influence of learning styles on the learning outcomes of junior high school students in various junior high schools in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method based on a literature study approach to explore the influence of learning styles on student learning outcomes. The analysis uses descriptive analysis using the literature results that have been found. The purpose of implementing the literature study method in this research is as an initial step in planning research to utilize literature to obtain data in the field without the need to go directly. The results of this research reveal that learning styles greatly influence student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of advocates in the Indonesian justice system, especially in the context of providing pro bono legal assistance to underprivileged communities. Since the enactment of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, advocates in Indonesia have been mandated to provide legal assistance without imbalance to individuals or groups who are economically disadvantaged. In addition, Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid further strengthens this obligation by guaranteeing the right to access justice for the poor through the provision of free legal services. The aim of providing legal aid is to ensure that justice can be accessed by all levels of society, regardless of their social or economic status. However, the implementation of this law has not gone without challenges. One of the issues that emerged was the publication of SKMA Number 73/KMA/HK.01/IX/2015 which changed the advocate organization system from "single bar" to "multi bar", which had implications for confusion regarding the authority of advocates in carrying out their profession. Nevertheless, efforts to unite the advocate profession in one organizational forum, in accordance with the mandate of the Advocate Law, continue to be carried out by advocate organizations, especially PERADI. This article emphasizes the importance of establishing a single forum for advocates in order to improve the quality of the profession, strengthen the code of ethics, and ensure that legal aid can be provided more evenly and effectively throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Learning is a teaching and learning interaction that occurs as a result of the mutual influence of teachers and students. In the learning process, the phenomenon of students being less active in studying Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects was found. This research aims to show the use of the Blooket game in increasing student activity. The method applied is a qualitative method with observation data collection techniques and the use of the Blooket platform. The results of this research show that the interactive, competitive and fun Blooket platform is considered to encourage students to participate more and take an active role in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the use of the imla' method influences the writing skills (maharah kitabah) of seventh-grade students at MTs Masyariqul Anwar. Twenty students served as the sample for this study, which employed a quantitative methodology. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation and were subsequently analyzed using the product-moment correlation formula. With a correlation coefficient of 0.72, the findings indicate a strong relationship between students' writing skills and the imla' approach. In other words, the use of this approach contributed 72% to the improvement in writing skills. The average score for students' overall writing ability was 77.3, which is considered high, while their average score for imla' was 75. This study highlights the value of the imla' method as an effective strategy for improving the writing proficiency of madrasah-level students in Arabic.

Abstract

This research aims to define the concept of Islamic business, analyze the importance of business ethics in Islam, and explain the basis in the Al-Qur'an as a guide to sustainable business practices. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, where researchers collect and analyze data from various relevant literature, including books, scientific articles, journals and other written sources. This research shows that the Islamic business concept does not only focus on achieving financial profits, but is also based on sharia principles which emphasize moral and ethical values, such as justice, transparency and social responsibility. Through studying the verses of the Qur'an and applying ethical principles in business practices, it was found that honesty in transactions and commitment to the welfare of society are very important aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis Richeese Factory dari aspek keuangan. Harapan dari penelitian ini adalah agar Richeese Factory dapat memperoleh wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai strategi keuangan yang tepat untuk memastikan kelayakan dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis Richeese Factory dari aspek keuangan dengan menggali berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Studi kepustakaan ini melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data sekunder dari berbagai referensi yang mencakup buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan industri, dan sumber-sumber kredibel lainnya Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Richeese Factory memiliki potensi kelayakan bisnis yang cukup baik dari aspek keuangan, meskipun menghadapi beberapa tantangan yang perlu dikelola secara efektif. Fluktuasi pendapatan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor musiman dan promosi menunjukkan perlunya strategi pemasaran yang lebih optimal untuk mempertahankan konsistensi pendapatan sepanjang tahun. Pengelolaan biaya produksi yang efisien, termasuk penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam mengelola persediaan, serta fokus pada kualitas produk dan layanan, menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung profitabilitas perusahaan.
