Abstract

MTS DINIYAH PUTRA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School as one of the formal educational institutions in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School with its own characteristics. MTS DINIYAH PUTRA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is designed as a full boarding school. The educational program is designed to produce a leading boarding school in developing the potential of students in the academic, religious, and skills fields with discipline as a foundation to be able to compete at the national and international levels. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture model and implement the roadmap made to make it easier to develop information system architecture in educational institutions in the future. Researchers conducted research at MTS DINIYAH PUTRA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School. From the results of the study, a business process design was obtained in activities at MTS DINIYAH PUTRA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School using Enterprise Architecture Planning TOGAF ADM with the Value Chain model. The research results can be known about the environment of the business process system at MTS DINIYAH PUTRA, Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic boarding school, which consists of three main activities, namely PPDB, Teaching and Learning Activities, graduation and alumni.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of guidance and counseling (GC) services in improving the quality of education at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with guidance counselors, school principal, and homeroom teachers, as well as direct observations of GC service implementation and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that service planning is carried out systematically through the identification of student needs personal, social, academic, and career aspects. The organization of services includes task distribution based on counselor competencies, the establishment of working structure, and interdepartmental coordination within school. Service implementation is conducted by professionals with academic backgrounds in guidance and counseling, employing various active methods such as classical and modeling approaches. The types of services provided include informational, orientation, individual, group, responsive, and peer counseling. Evaluation is conducted regularly through the development of instruments, data collection, and result analysis, as well as the identification of supporting and inhibiting factors. The study found that GC services are effective and positively received by students. It concludes that well-planned, organized, and collaborative management of GC services can significantly contribute to enhancing quality of education at the secondary school level

Abstract

The Pharmacy Installation of RSUD X served 1,164,190 prescriptions with a total of 6,261,058 types of medications throughout 2024. This high prescription volume impacted waiting times, with the average waiting time for compounded medications reaching 75.71 minutes and for non-compounded medications reaching 38.84 minutes, both of which exceeded the expected service standardsA medication error rate of 0,1% indicates that a high workload may reduce the work effectiveness of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technical staff. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work effectiveness among pharmacists and pharmaceutical technical personnel. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach was used. The study involved 96 respondents selected through total sampling. Univariate analysis showed that 10.4% of respondents experienced a low workload, 57.3% a moderate workload, and 32.3% a high workload. Meanwhile, the respondents' work effectiveness was categorized as ineffective in 26%, moderately effective in 61.5%, and effective in 12.5%. The Spearman Rank correlation test showed a significant negative relationship between workload and work effectiveness (p < 0.01; r = -0.388) indicating that higher workload tends to lower work effectiveness. This study concludes that the majority of respondents had a moderate workload with moderate work effectiveness, and there is a significant negative relationship between two. Therefore, RSUD X needs to conduct regular workload evaluations, maintain work balance, and improve work effectiveness through training and optimization of supporting facilities

Abstract

The patient registration system is an important factor in hospital services that affects patient satisfaction; with the advancement of technology, RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta has begun implementing an online registration system to improve efficiency and access. However, differences in patient characteristics and digital literacy lead to varying user experiences between the online and offline systems. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the level of patient satisfaction based on the registration system used. The study employed a comparative quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach, involving 399 respondents obtained from a population of 112,655 outpatient visits during the period of October to December 2024 who used either the online or offline registration system. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling, consisting of 395 respondents from the online registration system and 4 respondents from the offline system. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test due to the non-normal distribution of the data, which showed no significant difference in satisfaction levels between users of the online and offline systems (p = 0.443), although the mean rank for offline registration (243.88) was higher than that for online (199.56). Based on these results, it is recommended that RSUD Dr. Moewardi continue to improve the quality of services in both registration systems by focusing on enhancing the accessibility and user-friendliness of the online system, while also maintaining the offline system to serve patient groups less familiar with technology, in order to ensure and improve overall patient satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of the sekolah.data.kemdikbud.go.id website and its effect on user satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method. The method evaluates three main dimensions: usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality, which are then assessed for their influence on user satisfaction through SmartPLS analysis. Data were collected via an online questionnaire completed by 200 respondents. The results indicate that all three Webqual dimensions have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Among them, interaction quality shows the strongest influence with original sample value 0.531. This research highlights the importance of improving interaction quality and information delivery to enhance user experience on educational service websites.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the implementation of public policy communication in the land acquisition process for the construction of the Pematangsiantar–Parapat toll road, particularly within the Pematangsiantar City area. The main focus of this research is to examine the effectiveness of policy communication based on four key indicators proposed by Charles O. Jones: message clarity, communication channels, policy implementer structure, and public response. In addition, the study identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in policy communication implementation, as well as the forms of community response and participation in the land acquisition process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews with key informants, documentation, and field observation. The findings reveal that the government’s policy communication has not been fully effective. Although formal communication channels such as meetings and public outreach have been utilized, challenges remain in terms of message clarity, limited community involvement in deliberations, and distrust in the compensation determination process. Supporting factors include regulatory backing and the presence of a land acquisition team, while major inhibiting factors involve information asymmetry and public resistance due to perceived exclusion. The study concludes that the success of land acquisition is highly dependent on the effectiveness of public policy communication conducted by the government. Abstract

The Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is one of the main processes in a project because it is the basis for making a financing system offer and the budget framework that will be issued. The Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is needed to calculate a building or project with the amount of costs required for materials, wages and other costs related to building implementation. The Student Dormitory Building Construction Work Package in Bintaro was announced on the LPSE website of the Ministry of Finance. The Dormitory Building stands on a total land area of ±212,222m². Meanwhile, what will be built as a Student Dormitory building with a design area of ±3,647m² with a total of 8 Dormitory floors. From the calculation results, it is known that the recapitulation of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is Rp. 67,619,783,891 including 12% VAT with the largest work value being on the 2nd floor structure work with a value of Rp. 7,309,075,651. The advantage of e-Procurement is that it is very helpful for construction service providers to participate in each selection stage because it is not limited by distance and all processes are carried out online. However, in practice, this e-procurement system still relies on offline face-to-face meetings, such as the Aanwijzing stage, and is often found in the final negotiation stage. This can raise suspicion among every tender participant

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Self Quality Management (SQM) in Islamic Financial Institutions. The current development in the Islamic Finance industry is experiencing rapid progress, leading to increasingly intense competition. This situation necessitates Islamic financial intitutions to enchance the quality of services provided in order to remain competitive. The method employed in this research is qualitative, utilizing a literature study approach. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of SQM plays a crucial role in improving quality and performance in accordance with Islamic Principles. SQM not only cultivates individuals who are technically competent but also forters spiritual integrity and morality.

Abstract

UMKM Gula Aren Hariang in Lebak Regency faces major challenges in optimizing its sales strategy due to limitations in capital, time, and production capacity. This study aims to formulate an optimal sales strategy using the Simplex method, a linear programming approach proven effective in efficiently allocating resources. Data were collected from sales volume, production costs, and working hours across three main product variants: powdered palm sugar, molded palm sugar, and liquid palm sugar. Using the POM-QM application, the optimal solution was found by producing 300 units of powdered palm sugar, 200 units of molded palm sugar, and 180 units of liquid palm sugar, generating a total revenue of IDR 23,800,000 and a monthly profit margin of IDR 3,960,000. The analysis reveals that limited capital is the primary constraint to increasing production, even though working time capacity remains underutilized. This study recommends increasing capital as a long-term strategy to scale up production capacity and enhance the economic contribution of palm sugar UMKM to both the local community and the national economy. The Simplex method has proven to offer a practical, data-driven decision-making framework that can be effectively applied by UMKM actors to improve competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the phenomenon of Loneliness among middle-aged blind women. The research is driven by the social and emotional experiences of blind women who often face rejection, neglect, and limited social relationships, all of which significantly impact their psychological well-being. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was used to uncover the meanings behind the participants’ lived experiences of Loneliness. The participants consisted of three middle-aged blind women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that the experience of Loneliness among middle-aged blind women is marked by feelings of rejection, being unacknowledged, disappointment in social relationships, and a desire to withdraw. These conditions are accompanied by negative emotional responses such as hopelessness, impatience, self-condemnation, and mild depression. Contributing factors include abandonment by spouses, rejection from the surrounding environment, and a lack of social support. These findings highlight the importance of emotional support, social acceptance, and spiritual empowerment as integral parts of psychological recovery for individuals with visual impairments
