Abstract

Education becomes the focal point in the context of nation building. However, between the idealized aspirations and the realities that unfold, there are portrayals that need to be seriously considered. This paper aims to explore the dynamics of character education in Indonesia, examining the disparities between ideals and realities. Firstly, this paper will delineate the ideal aspirations in character education which encompass moral values, ethics, and strong leadership. Subsequently, challenges and obstacles that arise in the implementation of character education amidst a complex and diverse society will be elucidated. Towards the conclusion, the paper will highlight the portrayal of the disparities between aspirations and realities existing within character education in Indonesia. This research adopts a qualitative approach, delving into data from various sources such as literature, case studies, and interviews with education experts and relevant stakeholders. In-depth analysis will be conducted to comprehensively depict the current condition of character education. Findings from this research are expected to provide valuable insights for stakeholders in improving the nation's character education system. By understanding the portrayal of aspirations and realities, concrete steps can be taken to enhance the effectiveness of character education and realize the ideal vision of nation building.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital age, the role of parents in supporting their children's learning process is increasingly crucial. This study aims to explore the efforts made by parents in facilitating their children's learning amidst the advancements in digital technology. The research method employed is a literature review to gather information from various reliable sources. The findings indicate that parents face new challenges in managing technology use at home and ensuring their children can utilize it productively. Common efforts made by parents include limiting screen time, guiding in selecting appropriate digital content, and providing positive support for online learning. However, there is still a need for a deeper understanding of how parents can effectively integrate digital technology into their children's learning without neglecting other essential aspects of their development. This research offers valuable insights for parents, educators, and practitioners in designing strategies to support children's learning in this digital era.

Abstract

Improving critical thinking skills in elementary school is an important part of education. The debate method has proven to be effective in helping students develop critical thinking skills. From the research results, it is known that elementary school students' critical thinking abilities using the discussion method have increased significantly. Students who have the opportunity to learn using the discussion method significantly improve their ability to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and make decisions. This research provides strong evidence regarding the benefits of using discussion techniques in basic education programs to improve students' critical thinking skills. Such practice implies that it is important for primary school teachers to focus on the integration of discussion techniques in everyday classes, in order to enrich students' learning experience and improve their academic performance.

Abstract

Our goal in this research is to find out how administration ismanagedat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirim, howtoimprove the quality of madrasas. This research uses qualitative. The data collection technique that we use is observation, documentation and interviews. The results obtained are that the administrativemanagementatMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirimisgoingwell in improvingthequalityofmadrasas. The administration of the Madrasah curriculum has been going well, as evidenced by the students who successfully pass one hundred percent every year and Accreditation A. The quality can be seen from the curriculum, educators, and education staff. This research has a relationship between supervisors and Madrasah involvement. To study administrativemanagementat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirim in improvingthequalityofMadrasas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create different views on the two genders' linguistic characteristics, so that in language they are both seen as having different characteristics. So basically language, gender and culture are related. In society, women are seen as gentle and emotional, while men are seen as firm and strong. Not only are women gentle and emotional, women are also known to often say things that contain uncertainty. In expressing this uncertainty, women often use a syntactic tool called a tag question. It could be said that the women and men who often use tag questions are women (Hidayati, 2016:12). This proves that men are more confident in what they say than women. Tag questions are used by women to confirm what they are saying to their interlocutor (Hidayati, 2010:11). From the explanation above, it indicates that linguistic characteristics can be found in films.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the ability to write descriptive text through a process skills approach in class VII students at SMP Darussalam Cimanggu. To find answers to these problems, the author conducted experimental research with a sample of 19 students. The research design used is one group Pre-Test Post-Test design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is through tests given to students before and after implementing the process skills approach learning. Next, the data was analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with simple linear regression. Based on the research results, students' ability to write descriptive text through the process skills approach learning of class VII Darussalam Cimanggu Middle School, before implementing the process skills approach learning was categorized as less effective. This can be seen from the percentage of student learning outcomes obtained in the incomplete category of 84.2% and in the completed category of 15.78%, after applying the process skills learning approach it was categorized as effective. This can be seen from the percentage of results obtained in the completed category of 73.67% and the incomplete category and 26.30%. Based on the hypothesis testing carried out, applying the learning process skills approach has an influence on the learning outcomes of writing descriptive text for class VII students at Darussalam Cimanggu Middle School, which is obtained where F count = 11.605 is greater than F table = 0.000, meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Language is a system of arbitrary sound symbols, which is used by social groups to collaborate, communicate and identify themselves. Language court is a method used in Islamic boarding schools to discipline students to speak official languages. The aim of this research is to describe the background to the use of language court methods at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Cilacap. Then, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School language court method. And to describe the procedures for implementing the language court method in the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School environment in Cilacap. This research is qualitative descriptive research, namely research procedures in order to present descriptive data in the form of a person's written or spoken words and behavior that can be studied. The research results illustrate that students come from different regions, so there is a need for language uniformity. Then, the supporting factors are the enthusiastic students and support from administrators and teachers in overseeing it. The inhibiting factors are that the students are not very confident in using Indonesian and the students' circle of friends and the procedure for implementing the language court method is fairly systematic because first, the students become spies then look for language violators and then record them in spy paper, then the paper is handed over to the management and announced after the implementation of evening prayers and then the trial and punishment process.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze Majaz 'Aqli, which is found in Surah Al-Baqarah. Although there are many majaz in the Qur'an, this article only discusses one verse, namely Surah Al-Baqarah verse 2. The type of research in this article is qualitative, so this research is part of a Literature Review. This research was conducted by collecting and taking data related to the topic. Data search was carried out using primary data sources in the form of the Qur'an and secondary data sources in the form of books, journals, theses and dissertations related to the title, namely "Analysis of majaz Aqli in surah al-baqarah verse 2 (study of Balagah science analysis). In this study, the author found 7 majaz 'Aqli contained in the letter Al-Baqarah. Based on these findings, the author concludes that majaz has several functions, including to emphasize the meaning of the majazi in question, describe something clearly, and convey the meaning of the majazi in question using fewer words than its basic meaning.

Abstract

The professional code of ethics has a crucial role in improving the quality of services provided by medical personnel and health workers. This research aims to explore the implementation of a professional code of ethics in the context of improving the quality of health services. The research method used is literature analysis to identify the role of professional ethical codes in health practice. The results of the analysis show that the professional code of ethics is not only a moral guideline, but also a basis for building ethical relationships between medical personnel, health workers and patients. Consistent application of a professional code of ethics can help increase public trust in the health profession and optimize the services provided. However, challenges in implementing and enforcing the code of ethics also need to be considered. This research provides a deeper understanding of the important role of professional codes of ethics in improving the quality of service for medical personnel and health workers, as well as providing a basis for further discussion in the context of ethical health practice.

Abstract

Since September 24 1960, disputes regarding land disputes have arisen due to inconsistent, overlapping and conflicting government policies. So Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations (UUPA) which have been ratified with the issuance of sectoral regulations such as mining regulations, forestry regulations, regional government regulations (Autonomy), each of which has placed its land on an object. The purpose of this research is how to alternatively resolve land disputes in the context of disputes between disadvantaged parties over their rights to the land. The method used in this research, if seen from its type, is that this research is included in the type of normative legal research by means of document study, whereas seen from its nature, this research is descriptive in nature, namely to provide a clear and detailed picture of the main problem being studied. . The results of the discussion show that Agrarian Law is a collection of laws, each of which regulates control rights over natural resources consisting of land law, water law, mining law, fisheries law, control law over energy and elements in outer space. The conclusion obtained from this research is that applying alternative routes in resolving land disputes must be done to reach mutual agreement. So that the parties can obtain legal certainty regarding their rights and a sense of justice in the problems they experience and ways to defend the rights they should have.
